We recently had to do this to travel across the country and looked for help with taking care of our cat at home, where she is most comfortable. Bianca was absolutely wonderful about taking care of our cat, letting her get acquainted at her own pace. Within a couple of days, our cat was snuggling to Bianca like she'd known her for years ! About: I am a dog lover and grew up with multiple dogs. I am retired and want to take care of dogs during my free time I travel occasionally, but when I am in town I am available full time. “Bao was wonderful and took excellent care of our little pup as if it were one of her own dogs. We planned a busy Saturday and decided at the last minute to do something Friday night. We reached out to Bao; she was very accommodating and welcomed us to bring Archie over on Friday, since she was already planning to watch him on Saturday. Traveling with a dog is not easy. You have to plan your time around your dog’s needs and worry about their safety and well-being. Our dog is very attached to us and struggles with being left behind. Since I work from home, I have a flexible schedule and plenty of time to give pets attention throughout the day. Walks, drop-ins, and playtime naturally fit into my routine. The only times I’m unavailable are: • Sundays: 8:30am–1pm • Tuesdays: 7–9pm • Thursdays: 7–9:30pm • Fridays: 6–9:30pm • Occasionally Saturdays: 6–9pm Outside of those windows, I’m usually available and happy to make pets part of my daily routine. In my home, pets are treated like part of the household—I keep them on their normal routines, make sure they get plenty of walks/playtime, and create a calm, safe space. Since I already live with a small dog (Maltipoo) and a kitten, I know how to manage different personalities and make sure everyone feels comfortable. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow your instructions closely so your pets stick to their usual schedule. I’ll take care of the basics—feeding, fresh water, walks, litter changes—and add in attention, play, and cuddles so they don’t feel alone while you’re away.
