About: I am an experienced dog walker and cat/bird drop-in care. Specialized in emotionally challenged dogs. Very large dogs that pull can be difficult for me to manage. I have availability between 8am and 9pm most days, seven days a week. My availability is uploaded a month in advance. Please book early to guarantee availability. Pet safety is my priority. I am aware of surroundings during walks, particularly for coyotes, and carry pepper spray for extra protection. I also gauge walks based on a dog’s need and capacity.

About: I’ve always had dogs growing up. Recently just lost my senior pug who had diabetes and several health issues. I have no problem administering and keeping track of medications/glucose and feeding schedules. I have a small fenced in yard for bathroom breaks, as well as a flexible lifestyle that allows me to walk dogs twice a day every day. I am a part time dance teacher so I only work in the evenings for 5 hours max. I love being active but am always home every night at a reasonable hour. I lost my dog in February so I am free to take care of dogs who aren’t so friendly with others or who need extra attention. I have a fenced in yard for bathroom breaks and am young and able to take long walks in my neighborhood. We have a gated den area for pups to hang out in during the day with windows and toys.

“Patricia is very knowledgeable with dogs and did a wonderful job taking care of my dog. She sent lots of pics Daily all throughout the day. I was very nervous and anxious about leaving my dog for six days but she made me feel at ease. Highly recommend her.”
“Akiko and her awesome family have provided a true home away from home for our two golden retrievers--one of which is a very large puppy and can be a lot to deal with. Our two dogs can be a total handful, but she and her sons and their husky Hunter welcome the pups with open arms. Akiko has an awesome backyard and takes the pups on long walks to the park. The dogs also enjoy snuggling up with her sons on the couch or in bed and are always so excited to stay at her place. She's communicative and thoughtful and you cannot ask for a better human to give your babies a safe and loving (and fun) home. She books out pretty far in advance but it's a testament to what a wonderful environment she provides.”
