She was patient and understanding with my questions, and so kind. I got pupdates throughout my leave while she played with and treated my pupper like her own. My dog is very needy (requires special diet, constant attention, cannot be left alone at all) and Lisa obliged happily. I cannot be more grateful for the love and care my baby received and the peace of mind given. With that being said, I would HIGHLY recommend! Your doggo will thank you.”

“Louis was great! I was super nervous about boarding our pup as it was our first time apart and also first time using Rover. Louis was very communicative before, during, and after taking care of our 6 month old Dachsund mix. While she was nervous at first, he was consistent and patient and made us feel like she was in good hands. I’m sure the big yard allowed my pup to exercise her curiosity. I would have no reservations about leaving our fur baby in Louis’ care again and would 100% recommend.”

“Haeun was amazing with our cat, Sky. He had gotten ill right before we had to leave out of town. She was quick with replying to our request, was willing to and able to give him his medicine and attention that he needed. She kept us updated with his condition by providing regular feedback on medication times and even his reactions. She also provided plenty of cute pictures that showed how well he was adjusting, from sleeping, being cuddly, to showing remarkable recovery. Haeun was an amazing sitter for our cat and even though he started off quiet, uncomfortable, and unhappy, by the time we returned he was happy, energetic, and back his normal self again. We were exceptionally happy with how she cared for our cat and recommend anyone with a need for a pet sitter to choose Haeun.”
