About: Ever since I can remember, I’ve helped care for our family dogs. I have a talent to get along with dogs and even train them on accident. Work from home. Do dedicated dog walks twice a day. Dogs will have access to inside and outside the house via doggy door. Dry food and water always out (unless requested otherwise). Hangout in the living room with family for tv/game night. Couches pretty much have permanent blankets that we change out. Typically give little bits of our cooked meals to dogs (unless requested otherwise). Dog(s) will be assessed with me first, then integrate dogs with environment/other dog(s), Dogs will be given a guided tour by me to show the boundary’s of the yard and see how well they do with the doggy door (some training or magnetic screen maybe needed. Dog will need to be washed if observed fleas are present. I will provide the dog(s) a bath to prevent fleas from coming into and out of my house. I will adhere to any rules/policies you request.

Also have our yellow dilute Australian Shepherd. He’s a rescue and hes already sooooo loved. He’s more on the shy side. I've had a lot of experience dog sitting for friends. I absolutely love all animals, but dogs are my favorite. I was responsible for grooming and caring for a large black lab throughout the last 6 years. I also have had some experience with puppies, senior dogs and providing medication to pups if needed. I work from home from 5am to 1:30pm, Monday through Friday. This gives me the flexibility to spend quality time with my little Aussies and your little ball of fur! We had hired Tonia to walk our dog while my in-laws were staying w our kids over a weekend a few weeks ago, and it was a positive experience, so when our regular cat sitter could not accomodate us a couple weeks ago we asked Tonia if she could drop in. Since this is our first time using a Rover for our two cats, I was a little worried about how things would go. Thankfully, Jennifer did a wonderful job taking care of them!! From the beginning, with the meet and greet, she was gentle with our boys and asked really great questions. While we were away, she followed our detailed instructions on how to feed them, clean their litter boxes, and spoil them with treats. She even brought in a package that was left outside our front door! After receiving the first Rover card and photos, I felt such ease knowing that she was the one dropping in to check on them. Kristina had her work cut out for her when she agreed to care for our Scamper kitty! 🐈⬛ Scamper came to us because she was born in our backyard! She was feral and we have been caring for her ever since. As she is feral, and not used to too many people, it took our family a long time to be able to pet her, put her in a carrier to transport her to the vet, and for her to come into our house, so we have never left her in the care of anyone outside our family. Well our boys have grown up and out of the house, so we had a dilemma. But after we met with Kristina, we could see right away she was very caring and professional. She sent pictures and updates each time she visited Scamper. For a few days, Scamper stayed under our bed. On the third day Kristina sent a video of Scamper out in our living room letting Kristina pet and love on her! Made my heart sing! Scamper felt that comfortable with Kristina in such a short amount of time, was unbelievable. We are so very thankful for getting to know Kristina, and her peaceful approach to Scamper! Kristina was prompt and completed everything we requested of her.
Naylea took such a good care of my cat Sundance, who needs an inhaler twice a day. Naylea put in an effort to learn how to administer the dose and also kept me posted on Sundance s condition. She is detail oriented and noticed an incident when the automatic feeder might not have worked properly on the last day of her visit. I appreciate her photos and communication. It meant a lot to me. Sundance was happy to see her during each visit.

Kimi took amazing care of my 18 year old cat with stage 3 CKD while I was away for a week. She visited twice a day and handled everything so patiently and compassionately, including feeding her, giving subcutaneous fluids, cleaning the litter box, giving pills, and helping with the extra challenges of a senior cat who is picky with food and struggles with constipation. She was incredibly kind, reliable, and attentive, and I could tell she truly cared about my cat’s comfort and wellbeing. This was my first time using rover and honestly I was super nervous. Those nerves went away so fast with Andrea. She asked a ton of follow up questions when meeting my cats to ensure she would be able to take care of them properly. That really eased my mind when I was leaving.
