About: I am a true pet lover with lifelong experience caring for dogs, cats, bunnies and birds. I’ve been around dogs since I was six years old and have hands-on experience caring for breeds including Pekingese, Yorkshire Terriers, Poodles, Shih Tzus, and Maltese. I am also a dedicated cat parent to two wonderful cats, so I understand feline behavior and the special care that cats need. I am particularly experienced with long-haired cats and know how important regular grooming, cleanliness, and attention are to their comfort and well-being. I work from home full-time, which means your pet will receive plenty of supervision, companionship, and personalized care throughout the day. My home is a spacious five-bedroom house with a secure yard and beautiful water views, giving pets plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable. For pets who prefer extra privacy or need a quieter environment, I can even provide their own dedicated room. I treat every pet as if they were my own family member. I pay close attention to their routines, personalities, and individual needs to help them feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. Whether your pet enjoys playtime, cuddles, quiet companionship, or extra attention, I am committed to providing a comfortable and stress-free experience. I’m working from home for a tech job. I have plenty of time to play and give the best care of your lovely ones! With experience of sitting and playing with different breeds of cats and dogs, I’m confident to have a good time with every little friend! When caring for pets in my home, I provide a safe, clean, and comfortable environment where they can relax and feel at home. I live in a spacious five-bedroom house with a secure yard and beautiful water view. The little friend can either stay with me or have their own private room if they prefer a quieter space. I follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, playtime, grooming, litter box maintenance, walks (for dogs), and any special instructions from the owner. Cat trees, scratch boards and plenty of toys are available. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I will totally follow the owner’s instructions, no matter for the little ones or the place.I focus on maintaining their familiar routine and environment to minimize stress. I make sure they are fed on schedule, have fresh water, receive plenty of attention and companionship, and keep their living areas clean. For cats, I pay special attention to litter box cleanliness, behavior changes, and making sure they feel comfortable and secure. I treat every pet as if they were my own and provide regular updates so owners can feel confident that their pets are happy and well cared for.

About: I have been both a cat and dog owner, and have taken care of friends' pets before. I do not have experience training puppies or taking care of senior or special needs animals! But I am responsible, responsive, and flexible. I like going for walks and also just relaxing with your pets at home. I am also more than happy to do other services like feeding fish, watering plants, and taking in mail for longer house sitting bookings. I have an open and flexible schedule! I just graduated with my masters and don't start my full time job for another few months. I can pretty much be available all throughout the day. I will not be offering pet boarding in my home, but rest assured I will treat your own home with the utmost respect. I have no interest in your personal belongings, and I would never leave behind a mess. I'm just a 20-something looking to go for walks to slim down and make extra money while I enjoy my summer before starting my full-time job.

About: Hi! My name is Nikki, I just graduated from UCSC with a B.S. in Neuroscience and a B.A. in Psychology and am now training as an EMT. I have a 3 year old cat named Mr. Whiskers that I adopted during my time in Santa Cruz and quite a few family pets - a 13 year old standard poodle, a 13 year old yorkie-poo, a 5 year old miniature labradoodle, and a 1 year old cat (along with a tortoise and some other exotic pets!). I have always loved dog-sitting for my neighbors, with breeds including german shepherds, golden retrievers, labs, doodles, jack russel's, and other mixed breeds. I'd been consistently dog-sitting for 4 years until I took a break being in Santa Cruz, since my client base is in Socal, but had committed myself to caring for my own cat and my friend's pets when they are out of town. When it comes to caring for your pet, I will dedicate just as much love and care as I do my own! Additionally, my cat has unfortunately had to deal with some urinary issues causing him to be on a permanent urinary prescription diet and having to take meds during his flare-ups. Because of this, I completely understand the struggles of caring for a loved pet with health issues. It has allowed me to be very comfortable with administering both pill and liquid forms of medication to pets and punctual with needed times of administration. I would love to take care of your fur babies for enrichment, feeding, playing, and anything you already do with them that helps them feel happy and comfortable! I am currently training as an EMT and doing a part time internship but have time before and after both of these to spend time with your pets! I am super flexible with the environment that I am in to care for your pets and want them to feel as comfortable as possible while their owners are gone. I have no problem following very specific routines for your pet's needs!

About: I have had dogs since I was born! I think anyone who doesn't grow up with a dog pulled the short end of the stick. I grew up with huskies my whole life, and when I finally moved away for college, I knew I had to find a way to still hang out with dogs. My roommate has a yorkie who has become my best friend and I couldn't imagine my life without him. I have dealt with dogs ranging from 150 pounds to 5, so I am prepared for everything. Always being surrounded by dogs has taught me how to handle different temperaments and attitudes. I know how to navigate any situation in front of me. I love all dogs, and I can't wait to meet yours!
