“We were nervous to book our first overnight dog sitter ever for a weekend family wedding we planned to attend on the east coast. Our local buzz recommended Kathryn overwhelmingly. We needn’t have worried. Kathryn was amazing. Sent several check ins through the day to be sure we knew our fur family was doing well. She treated our home like her own and left the room she stayed in clean and laundered. I told her not to but she insisted. Our dogs absolutely loved her and I think the feeling was mutual. We will 1000% use Kathryn again and are so happy we found someone we can trust to love and care for our pets and have in our home while we’re away. Thank you so much Kathryn!😊🐾🐾🐾”

“Michelle was great! She was great at communicating with us, sent lots of pictures of our dog, and even left flowers on our kitchen table! We will definitely book her again. Highly recommend!”

About: My first pet was at the age of 10. My first adult dog was at 18 and she lived a wonderful 17 years. Currently I’m the Dad to, what I think, is the greatest living dog alive - Mr. Milo Bareilles. I am also the loving and grateful uncle to 4 other dogs and 2 cats. Loving animals is one of my favorite past times. And much like babies, animals are always obsessed with me. They will be in the BEST care! Full available and ready to help for all your animal needs. They will be so well taken care of and I guarantee you can trust they are getting the best care. I mean, don’t we all treat our animals better than we even treat ourselves? They will be the love of my life for as long as I am with them, and are sure to receive copious amounts of cuddles and kisses as well!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs ever since I was a teenager. Friends and family completely trust their fur babies in my care. I treat every dog as my own. I currently work full-time in an office but I have flexibility to care for your fur babies when needed. I’m available during the week early morning or at noon and also have open availability on the weekends when needed. I have a fenced yard and also a very large park area in my community to take my pup and yours for a walk. When watching pups in others home I make sure to follow exact instructions left and treat every pet with the upmost love and respect
About: I have 2 years of hands-on dog care, regularly watching a large Golden Retriever and a medium Chihuahua–Dachshund mix. I’m comfortable with strong pullers and high-energy pups, and I’m just as gentle with small dogs. I follow your routines for meals, walks, potty breaks, and playtime, and I send clear updates with photos after each visit. Safety and calm handling are my priorities—I keep leashes secure, monitor weather and hydration, and tidy up after outdoor fun. I can help with brushing and basic cues like sit/stay/leave-it. Your dog will get patient, reliable care and lots of affection every time. I work fully remote, so I’m home and attentive most of the day. I pop out once daily for the gym (about an hour) and plan visits around it. I’m available for morning, lunchtime, and evening walks/check-ins, plus overnight house sitting when needed. Weekends are open. Your pup’s meals, potty breaks, and playtime fit naturally into my routine, and I send quick updates so you always know how they’re doing. I follow your dog’s routine exactly—feeding, meds, crate, and house rules. I double-check doors and gates, keep dogs leashed unless you’ve approved a secure fenced area, and handle both strong pullers (Golden Retriever) and small dogs (Chiweenie) with calm, confident control. I monitor heat/cold, carry water, wipe paws, clean bowls, and tidy up before I leave. Home stays locked and secure, and you’ll get clear photo updates every visit.

I am happy to accommodate your needs pretty much any time of the day and week. I am happy to meet your pet where they are at in the comfort of their home. I can either stop by for visits or stay overnight as needed.
About: Hi! My name is Carissa and I’m currently a college student attending Santiago Canyon College. I’ve always had a huge love for animals and currently have three Chihuahua terriers of my own! I have around 7 years of experience caring for dogs, including dog walking, pet sitting, overnight stays, feeding, playtime, and making sure pets feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. I also previously helped run my family’s dog care business, which gave me hands-on experience working with dogs of different breeds, personalities, and needs. Now, I’m excited to start building my own pet care business independently and provide loving, reliable care for your pets just like they’re my own. I understand how important trust is when leaving your animals with someone, and I always strive to make both pets and owners feel comfortable and at ease. I’m dependable, patient, attentive, and truly enjoy spending time with animals. I look forward to meeting you and your dogs. Pet care fits very naturally into my daily routine! I currently take college classes online, which gives me a very flexible schedule throughout the day. I also work part-time as a nanny in the evenings for a few hours, but outside of that I have open availability for walks, drop-ins, daycare, and overnight stays. Caring for animals has always been a big part of my life, so I genuinely enjoy making time for it in my schedule. I’m very reliable, responsive, and flexible, and I always make sure pets receive the attention, care, and consistency they need. I always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for, whether in my home or a client’s home. I follow each pet’s routine closely, including feeding, walks, potty breaks, playtime, and any special instructions. I also provide lots of attention, supervision, and updates with photos/messages so owners feel reassured while they’re away.
“We have a very active 60 lb. dog who requires a daily hike. Tina took Hazel out for an hour each day, and when it proved too hot in the afternoon she switched to mornings. She followed all of our requests and Hazel really liked Tina. She (Tina, not Hazel) left the house clean and tidy. We have already made arrangements to hire Tina again. We recommend her wholeheartedly.”

“I have used Lena several times now for house sitting and she is always attentive and gives excellent updates. She clearly loves animals and my fluffs enjoy the time they have with her.”

“Jillian was wonderful! She was great at communicating prior to our appointment, she was on time, she was loving to Guinness, and shared some sweet pics. We are so happy that we found Jillian on Rover!!”

About: I am the biggest dog person you will ever meet! I grew up taking care of a dog until my senior year of high school when she sadly passed away. In my senior year of college my roommate and I owned and took care of a senior dog. After she passed I decided to provide dog sitting services in the Berkeley area. I have experience with both large and small dogs, dogs that are leash reactive, dogs that are anxious, and dogs with a ton of energy! Additionally, throughout high school and over COVID I volunteered at a local animal shelter and provided dog walking and dog sitting services in Orange County! I've been told that I have a way with dogs, with many owners surprised that their normally timid pup warms up to me quickly. If you need to know your dog's in good hands, I am more than happy to give them a wonderful stay! I am home for two months this summer before I move to Ireland. My only plan for the summer is get ready for my move as well as train for my first marathon! I'm also looking to spend as much time outdoors as possible, including the park, the beach, hikes, and walks, that I would gladly have a furry friend accompany me on. In the evenings I typically like to get cozy and read or watch TV, and I would appreciate a cuddle buddy. I have a big, fenced backyard that would be any dog's paradise! I'm also more than happy to take any dog on a field trip to have some fun in the sun! I can provide lengthy walks multiple times a day and even have the dog accompany me on runs if they need to get some of their extra energy out.
“Kaylee was so patient and amazing with my foster dog! She dealt with her reactivity very well and her communication was superb. Thanks so much for taking such good care of her!! Highly recommend Kaylee!!”
