I have a gate to block the stairs (at my house) in case your pet likes to wander, and have the ability to let them roam throughout the house. Whatever your pet is used to, I try to accommodate that!

About: Hello pawrents! I'm Betsy, and I'm here to offer your fur babies a home away from home. When it comes to hosting your four-legged friends, there are a few ground rules. First and foremost, I want to emphasize that our doggie friends would need to be house trained and non-destructive. Crate-trained is preferred, but not a must. To make sure everyone including your and my fur babies are comfortable, I would prefer dogs that can be comfortable in the same environment as my cat. Now, why should you trust your beloved pets in my care? Well, besides growing up in a household that was practically a Noah's Ark (complete with kittens and puppies), I've volunteered with ASPCA and Queen’s Best Stumpy Dog Rescue. I know a few things about pet care, but I am not an expert. Living with housemates who had their own mini zoo of dogs and cats taught me interspecies diplomacy. I've successfully negotiated treaties over squeaky toys and mediated disputes about sunny spots on the couch. So, if you're jetting off on a well-deserved vacation or just need a helping paw when life gets a bit too ruff, I'm here to provide a loving and secure environment for your pets. Let's work together for an ameowzing barkcation! 🏡🐶🐱 I work from home so I have a lot of free time aside from a few hours everyday that I’m busy with meeting. This means that I can give your furry babies the attention they want and deserve almost all day. This also means I’m almost always available to provide updates or be reachable when you need me. Please note that even though I'm available all day, I would discuss a schedule that works best for you and your baby. Frequencies of updates, play time, and potty breaks will be discussed prior to me accepting the booking. I follow instructions if you have detailed needs for your pet. I’m a methodical person open to technology when it comes to caring. I have a detailed itinerary that I can share with you that includes a list of questions that I will ask and note down any behaviors/schedules I need to follow. I will also, at minimum, provide an update in the morning and evening that includes detail such as how they're doing.

About: I understand that apparently this app has bad pet sitters but I can assure you I am NOT one of them. I love animals before I love humans (no offense lol) I’m choosing to do this because this is the closest I can get to almost making this an everyday job and love all different animals everyday. I have taken care of animals for over 15 years along with my own animals as well. I have experience with alot of different animals from newborns to elderly, special needs and diets as well. I will always put the fur babies first and do what i need to do to tend to their schedule you have them on. I have dealt with multiple situations and can handle just about anything. I work part time as a field supervisor for a security company. I am in the process of running my own business of home cleaning so I have plenty of time at home. I live in an apartment and plenty of walking places for dogs and a cat proof apartment as well. I have a 8 year old poodle that has not aged energy wise since a puppy. Full of energy and playfulness.

I currently have two dogs of my own and have spent my life caring for variety of pets including dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, and snakes. Growing up in a family involved in pet care (dog grooming, pet sitting, and boarding), I learned early on that every animal has its own personality, needs and routine. That experience has given me confidence working with pets of different sizes, temperaments, and energy levels. I’m passionate about animal health, happiness, and building trust with every pet I meet. When caring for pets in client’s home, I respect your space and follow your routines exactly as requested. I will double check all locks, gates, doors, and ensure there is provided fresh water. I will share photos and updates so you have peace of mind of how they are doing. At home, I live in an apartment complex where both my dogs are crate trained and following a structure routine. I ensure a safe and comfortable space for the both of them.

I do theater every now and then but overall my schedule is wide open and ready to share the love and care necessary for your furry companion. I’m not sure why Rover says I don’t allow animals on the furniture. I don’t mind unless it’s a rule within your home to keep them down (: I will honor all of your wishes with caring for your loved one and treat them as if they were my own. I have a fenced backyard and safe neighborhood for walks. Your furry friends will be protected and their comfort is always going to be top priority whether in your home or mine. (:
