Loving your pets like you do!Cypress, CA

I am a lifelong animal lover as well as Certified Dog Trainer/AKC Evaluator that loves your pets like you do. My home is set up for the comfort of your dog. I am home full time except for the occasional errand. It is my sincere desire to provide a high quality, nurturing and safe environment for your pet. Please check with me on all requests because I get bookings through other venues as well as Rover and my calendar may show availability when I am actually full. I take a limited amount of boarding dogs so as to provide your dog with the best of care. I fill up quickly so booking way ahead of time is best. My care is an extension of what you yourself provide for your pet. I recognize that all dogs are different and cater each pet in my care to meet their individual needs. I am able to accommodate all sizes and breeds together or separate, whatever their comfort level. You should feel confident that your pet will be safe and happy in my care. Your pet will receive individual attention as well as plenty of play with other available dogs. As a partner in your pet's care my desire is to keep lines of communication open at all times as my interaction with you is as important as my interaction with your pet. My goal is to provide your pet with a stellar experience and ensure their desire to return to my care in the future. As a positive trainer I am able to work with individual dogs and help them with any behavior issues you might have concerns with. Your dog(s) become part of my pack and build their self esteem. Please read on to see what a couple of my past clients have said:

"I met Brigitt a couple years ago through the therapy dog program, Pet Prescription Team, that certified our dogs. She has been a life saver with my animals many times!

I have a 22 year old cat in renal failure and she has always stepped in when I have to go out of town. She not only feeds, brushes, and gives him extra love, she also gives him his fluid treatments that he needs every other day!

I also have a new Australian Shepherd puppy and he has been going to her house for day care during my work hours for the last 3 weeks. I am a veterinarian, so having a safe place is essential. Not only is it safe, but Brigitt supplies an enriched, active environment for my busy little guy!!

She is caring and pays attention to all their needs. Brigitt also has extra training in animal behavior and really enjoys interacting with them. I trust her with all my animals and recommend her highly if you are needing pet care."

Carol McLaughlin, DVM

and:

"My dog , Roxy has stayed with Brigitt many times. Brigitt is amazing with dogs! She is calm and caring and seems to sense what the dog needs. My Roxy is completely spoiled when she stays with her! When I am on vacation I can actually relax knowing my "fur-baby" is getting the best of care. When I went on vacation this past summer, Brigitt went and picked up Roxy from my house and brought her to her house for the week. While there, Roxy has access to children, who she loves , other dogs and a big yard, which give her playtime and exercise and Brigitt who literally let Roxy sleep in her bed! Roxy came home fit and well behaved...gotta love that! I have recommended her services to my friends many times. You will not find a more caring "dog-sitter" than Brigitt!"

Team Lee.

Within my reviews you will notice repeat clients which is a testimony in itself. My House of Paws is the pawsitive place for pets!

My rates are $40 a night (24 hours) with stays around Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving, Easter, Memorial Day and Labor Day at $45 a night.

I am super friendly and very givingMission Viejo, CA

Dear pet lovers,

I would like to begin by telling you some details about me.

As long as I can remember animals have been a part of my life. I grew up with animals so it should be no surprise that I am a pet sitter. I have shared my heart and home with pets all my life. When I was growing up, I would bring home stray cats and dogs and my parents always allowed me to keep them. I always owned rescued dogs and cats. I have also cared for friend's dogs, mainly retrievers and labs. I also have experience caring for diabetic cats and I am comfortable administering oral medication and Injected Medication . I have Senior Dog Experience and Special Needs Dog Experience. I have been caring for a variety of animals throughout my lifetime - ducks, chickens, rabbits, turtles, pigs, cows and of course dogs and cats since I lived with my grandparents on their farm.

Traveling Sitting Fees (Pet Sitting In Your Home):

Our fees are $115.00 per night . If you have more than 1pet ,please let us know and we can work with you, depending on the situation. Our main goal is to assure you that your pet and home are well taken care of while you are away! We both have clean records with no previous charges.

Pet sitting for me is a rewarding experience that I cherish and look forward to each and every day. My background lies in the field of chemical engineering, the career I devoted over 25 years of my life to. While it gave "tangible" and "living" experience, it could never compare to the fulfillment I receive from interacting with our four-legged companions. Animals provide us with unconditional love and they are truly our best friends. My real happiness is meeting a new pets and spending time getting to know them. For me animals are like little human beings who can not speak. They each have their own personalities and they bring happiness into our lives. I can never pass a friendly four-legged creature without petting and playing with them. My love for animals is never complete...

I am happy to meet so many pets on a regular basis. It is a great experience to get acquainted with pets and their owners and I look forward to all new encounters that will enrich my life in the future.

My job is to make sure that you have peace of mind knowing that your pets are safe, comfortable and well-cared for. I love animals and I am dedicated to ensuring that your pets will always receive a loving quality of care. You can be rest assured that your beloved babies are in the care of a qualified professional.

I am licensed, fully insured and bonded. I am a member of PSI (Pet Sitter International). I will provide your pets with the attention and care they deserve.

My husband Mike and I are retied and FULL TIME pet sitters. We have a flexible schedule that allows us to care for your pet's 24/7 and the way that you would take care of them while you are home with them!

I have been a pet owner my whole adult life. I have had three Yorkshire Terriers at one time and three rescue dogs at one time. .

I do not take Jack Russel Terriers or Pitbull or Boxer breeds.

My home is great for pets as it is on a very quiet street and I have a very large backyard which is very secluded. The pets will have free roam of my home..

I live alone and lead a very quiet and pleasant life. I am retired so when I have a guest pet or pets I am free to devote all my time to them.

I will play with my guest dogs and there is a wonderful area for the pets to sunbathe.

I am a very caring person. Being a pet owner all these years I know how important it is to have a place you can bring your pet to for care and to feel fully confident that your pet is in good hands.

I'm proud to show DogTV, a television designed exclusively for dogs!

At Golden Days Pet Services, our mission is to ensure that all of the dogs we care for, whether it be for pet sitting visits to your home, private dog walks or a stay in my residence, feel as though they are home and we are just an extension of their family. Equally important is that all of our human clients be treated as friends and that they feel comfortable and at ease with the personal attention and care provided to their companions.

As your companion's host, we give them the same special attention that we give to our dogs and pets - actually probably a bit better. They are our guests after all, and our guests are special! As our distinguished guest, your companion will benefit from constant human and canine companionship. We are here 24-hours a day 7-days-a-week. This is our purpose, passion, and focus. At Golden Days Pet Services your companion receives all of the love and attention one would expect from extended family. Our extensive experience in animal care including providing extra special attention for special dietary, hygiene, and medical needs, sets us apart from your average pet sitter or animal care service provider.

Our distinguished doggy guests enjoy a minimum of two walks per day, provided opportunities to exercise, play and romp (Bella our hostess and resident Golden Retriever, loves to play), and of course plenty of loving attention and doggy pampering. There are no kids here, except for Bella your dog's hostess, so she along with our special furry guests receive all the love and attention.

For those choosing our semi-private boarding option, our home has hardwood floors throughout making it easy to maintain a clean and healthy vacation environment. Elevated pet cots and luxury doggy bedding, including blankets, memory foam beds, and orthopedic dog beds are provided for your dog's comfort and enjoyment.

Interior areas are cleaned and sanitized daily. Throughout the day the interior and exterior areas are disinfected with a high-end veterinary hospital cleaner which is a proven bactericide and fungicide, kills 23 bacteria, including Mycoplasma, Strep, Staph, E. coli, Salmonella and more. It also kills 8 viruses including canine parvovirus, parainfluenza-3, and Pseudorabies.

Beautiful and abundant walking trails and parks near your dog's vacation resort provide varied and abundant opportunities for your dog to have fun, explore, and discover stimulating places with many new things to sniff and smell!!. You can enhance your vacationing pooch's stay with an optional hike or nature stroll to one of the many nearby nature trails and nature reserves in the area. More stuff to smell!!

Back at your dog's home away from home there are antlers, stuffed toys with “ChewGaurd” technology, Nylabones, and a variety of fun toys to satisfy almost any dog chewing tastes and desires. Aromatherapy and soft music are used to help bring your dog to a calm and peaceful state of mind. We are also proud to offer DogTV -- a television station designed exclusively for dogs! DogTV provides television for dogs as a 24/7 digital TV channel with dog-friendly programming scientifically developed to provide the right company for dogs.

Through years of research with some of the world's top pet experts, special content was created for DogTV to meet specific attributes of a dog's sense of vision and hearing and support their natural behavior patterns. The result: a confident, happy dog, who's less likely to develop stress, separation anxiety, or other related problems.

What's a vacation without pictures? Our doggy guests are the center of attention, so complimentary digital pictures of your furry friend's vacation adventures are included with overnight stays.

Pack Sleepover - Kennel Free Dog Boarding

___________________________________

Rates start at $45 per night

Holiday Rates +$10 per night

For Doggy Day Camp and Pack Sleepovers (dog boarding), the week before and after any major national holiday with have a $10 per night supplement added to the standard rate.

Puppies 12 months old and under are an additional $10 per night.

Have a puppy 12 months old or less? We love puppy’s but as we all know puppies require a lot more time and attention and clean up than adult dogs so that’s why we charge an extra $10 per night.

Intact Males and Females 8 months and older are an additional $10 per night.

A female in heat tends to stress out the boys, so she will stay in her own little princes' area, and not interact with the other dogs. A little extra clean up is a must, so an extra $35 will be added to the per night rate.

Males 9 months and older not neutered -- i.e., intact males. These boys have a lot of extra mojos, so they will have a little extra special time. They could be placed on a different schedule than our regular guests and could have minimal to no interaction with the host dog or any other guest dogs depending on their temperament and behavior. Marking is part of what the boys like to do so extra clean up is usually necessary. These are some of the reasons an additional $10 per night is charged. Please note, although uncommon, in some cases the additional nightly charge may go as high as $25 per night depending on the behavior of the dog once boarded. i.e. excessive marking, destructive, requires an inordinate amount of attention to avoid conflicts with other guests, etc.

Oral and Topical Medications: $2 per dose per medication

Doggy day camp is a cage-free service designed for social dogs to play and have fun. Day camp provides an outlet for excess energy, exercise, and socialization. Trained staff monitors safe play and each dog must complete a doggy day camp evaluation before being accepted into camp.

Golden Days Pet Services offers large and small doggy day camps. Safety is our primary goal, therefore doggy day camp is not for every dog. It is not a place for aggressive dogs to learn how to be social. Doggy day camp is limited in size, and clients are strongly encouraged to make reservations in advance to avoid disappointment. Priority goes to clients with standing reservations and pre-purchased doggy day camp bundles and packages.

To be accepted into our doggy day camp program, each potential doggy day camp guest must do the following:

* Complete the guest profile and evaluation check-in

* Be at least 12 weeks of age and have completed their full series of vaccinations, including Bordetella vaccine

* Meet our vaccination and temperament standards

A note on check-ins and check-outs for overnight and camp guests:

To comply with community association guidelines, for security reasons and as a courtesy to our neighbors, we cannot schedule check-ins or check-outs outside of our normal hours of operation (8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.). There can be absolutely no exceptions made. Doggy guests not checked out by close of business will be considered overnight guests, and an additional night will be added to your account. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Safe & loving home for small dogs!♡Huntington Beach, CA

***We only accept SMALL breeds under 15 lbs. in our home. Thank you!

Hi my name is Jamielynn. In addition to over five years experience caring for dogs through Rover, I have been a huge animal lover & animal rights advocate my whole life. I grew up with two mini poodles that we saved from a shelter while they were on death row. In high school, I walked all of our neighbors dogs, and took care of cats while they were out of town. When I moved out of home, I promised myself that I would dedicate my life to caring for dogs and other animals, especially rescues.

EXPERIENCED with caring for dogs & cats with special needs!

In college I spent time volunteering to help homeless animals at SPCALA - including feeding, playing with, and walking dogs of all sizes & breeds. I love supporting local dog rescues. I’m also Cat & Dog FIRST AID & CPR Certified by ProPetHero! Spending every day caring for dogs is a dream come true for me, and I am so grateful to be a part of Rover!

Your baby will be loved and cared for as if they were our own, so please let me know their usual routine & schedule - I want them to be as comfortable as possible during their stay.

I will be home with your dog full-time, so I can send updates as often as you request. I work closely with families providing pictures, videos and even FaceTime or Skype calls. Your messages are promptly replied to and you can always reach me personally to discuss your pet. I will do whatever it takes to give you peace of mind and to be sure that your beloved pet is safe and happy.

Our home is doggie paradise. My partner David & I live in spacious home in Huntington Beach, in a safe neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac, about a 5 minute walk to Central Park. We have a fully fenced backyard (mostly grass, with a brick patio), so there's lots of room to run and play. We have dogs sleep with us in our bedroom unless you request otherwise.

We're very active - we walk, run, bike or skateboard with the dogs at the park most days, and also love spending time at the beach. We also love playing inside and just snuggling up on the couch with the dogs, lots of belly rubs included of course! We would love to bring your dog with us on all of our adventures.

For longer stays, I'll bathe your pup before its time to go home!

I kindly request that dogs be current on vaccinations (including Bordetella) & be on a current flea prevention, for our dogs' safety and for the safety of future guests!

Thank you for taking the time to read about me :-) I am looking forward to meeting you and your little one soon!

Pampered Pet CareBuena Park, CA

All animals can be unpredictable. I approach them in a way that is non-threatening in order to reduce their anxiety, help them relax, and not feel alone.

I understand that some breeds have special needs and that the age of the dog will play a major role in how to take care of them. I will observe animals for any inconsistencies in behavior and maintain the routine they are used to.

I provide in-home pet care including; leashed walks, bathing, feeding, and playtime. Further, I am able to administer oral, topical, and injectable medications when needed.

Also, most importantly and a requirement: ALL dog(s) must be friendly, potty trained, current on vaccinations, on a regimen of flea prevention, and most importantly spayed and/or neutered.®

Note: Please be aware of the possibility of your dog interacting with additional dogs varying from breed, size and gender.

I will take care of your doggies as if they are my own. When you are on vacation, they will feel like they are as well. I have a tether ball, ball pit to play in a plastic pool and hose squirter as well as many other games and toys to have fun and keep them happy! I send daily photos and videos for you to view so that you can see that they are having fun and not missing their loved ones! Safety and happiness is my priority. I never take any overly aggressive pups. My goal is to make your dogs experience here as if they were truly on a vacation and to put you at ease knowing they are not sad without you. We keep the garden door open to the home for pups to go inside and out all day. At night nobody sleeps outdoors. We usually have a bedroom full of dogs so no worries if your pup likes to sleep with the people, unless they prefer the sleep in the kitchen with their dog beds and blankets. If your dog feels more secure in a crate feel free to bring it. This is a labor of love for me so I thoroughly enjoy what I do and love dogs!

I am up an early riser so drop off or pick up in the morning can be as early as 6:00 am.

Overnight is based on 24 hr drop off and pick up. But I am flexible 2 hours after the 24 hour pick up if need be.

After that it is obviously considered a daycare as well, till you pick up your pup later in the afternoon or evening. Please, no drop off or pick up after 8pm as it is hard for the overnighter to settle down for the night when interrupted.

Thank you! Lisa

Now home full-time! (:

Please read entire profile! I know it may seem a bit lengthy although we have found it answers many if not all questions puppy parents have (:

Hi furbaby moms and dads! My husband Cody and I live in a very pet friendly home, at around 1200 sqft with an enclosed (6ft concrete fence) large 7000 sq ft. backyard. There’s also a dog park (Fullerton Pooch Park) nearby (1 mile from the house ) where we take the puppies often. We both have extensive experience with pets as both having had a dogs growing up since we were children. As well as caring for other's pets whether it be walking, or checking in when their owners are out of town since then.

Unlike many other Rover Sitters, we have been **Enhanced** Background Check Verified (most other sitters have the Basic Background Check), and Animal First Aid/CPR Certified! We are trained and educated on how to respond to emergency situations such as if your pet is choking, stung by a bee, or if unknown allergies flare up.

In addition to the insurance provided by Rover, we are bonded and insured by a policy from PetCare insurance that provides extra protection for your pets. We are more than happy to provide a copy of this policy to our clients for peace of mind. Trust and transparency are our key concerns, and we are looking forward to building wonderful relationships with clients all over Los Angeles and beyond.

In our day-to-day life we are fitness enthusiasts who love animals. You don't have anything to worry if you choose us to care for your pet. As we treat every single pet we take into our home as one of our own. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions, since I know that nothing is more important then the care, safety and happiness of your pet. (:

We are happy to send photos and videos of your furry companion during their stay, although if you wish to enjoy your vacation without interruption just let us know and we'll refrain from sharing all the cuteness we capture.

***SPECIAL HOLIDAYS***2019 - 2020 ***Holiday Rate***

Independence Day Weekend - July 1st to July 7th

Labor Day Weekend - September 3rd to September 8th

Veterans Day Weekend - November 11th to November 15th

Thanksgiving Holiday - November 19th to November 30th

Christmas and New Year Holiday - December 17th to January 5th (This is our busiest time of the year and as such, we recommend that puppy parents reach out in advance for booking)

*These days will be charged a holiday rate.

***MEET AND GREET***

Given the current COVID environment we understand if you are uncomfortable meeting outside of the actual drop off date and it is not required. Although meeting you and your pup before booking a stay is ideal to make sure that myself and our home are the best fit for you dog and that they are happy here!

***If you choose to not to schedule a Meet and Greet with us prior to their stay/last minute bookings which don’t allow time for a Meet and Greet, (or a with a meet and greet was completed successfully and a stay has commenced) and if we determine that your puppy is unable to socialize with others in a safe manner and/or the potential to be aggressive as the safety of our puppies and ourselves is our number one priority, we reserve the right to not accept their stay upon arrival in the event a meet and greet was not done prior. Or similarly in the case a stay has already commenced after a successful meet and greet but the puppy is now showing signs of aggression we reserve the right to request the puppy to be picked up by the owner or a trusted friend/family with no guarantee of refund as that is up to Rover’s discretion.***

Please note that due to privacy reasons we do not allow puppy parents to come inside our home at the time of drop off or pick up and we do all our meet and greets either at the nearby Starbucks or at the Fullerton Pooch Park depending on weather. If you wish to see what our home looks like we have photos posted on our profile and if that isn’t sufficient please request and we’ll be happy to send you more photos/videos for your review.

***Please Note the Following***

***Overnight Boarding Fees***

Puppies (those under 2.5 years old) are $45 per night rate (holiday rate: $55) as they require more care and attention. If your puppy is larger than 20 pounds they will be charged at $50 a night (holiday rate: $60) Puppies 6 months old or younger will be charged at $50 per night with holidays being $60 per night.

Any pets equal or greater than 20 pounds will be $40 per night (holiday rate: $50), any pets equal or greater than 40 pounds will be $45 (holiday rate $55) per night, any pets over 60 pounds will be $50 a night (holiday rate $60 a night), any pets equal or greater than 80 pounds will be $55 a night (holiday rate $65) any pets equal or greater than 100 pounds will be $60 a night (holiday rate $70), any pets over 120 pounds will be $65 a night (holiday rate $75) any pets over 110 pounds will be $70 a night (holiday rate $80) as we have found in our experience that the larger the dog the more exercise they require and the more space they need than their smaller dog counterparts to be comfortable and this affects the number of puppies we accept on any given day :)

***Day Care Rates***

Dogs who are older than 2.5 years old under 20 pounds are $35 per day. Over 25 pounds are $45 per day. If younger than 2.5 years old and under 25 pounds the rate is $45 per day. Dogs younger than 2.5 years old and over 20 pounds are $50 per day. Especially young puppies under six months are $60 per day.

***Un-Fixed Puppies***

Puppies who are not fixed, will be charged an extra $10.00 per night.

***Extra Note***

We do not have a strict 24 hour boarding period or specific hours for drop off and pick up like other Rover sitters, so pick up and drop off times will be discussed to fit both parties needs as best as possible :) Our general earliest drop-off/pick-up time is 4:00 AM PST and our latest drop off/pick up time is 9:30 PM as that's when we start to get sleepy. But if you need a later time for drop off/pick up it can likely be accommodated just expect a sleepy person to answer the door (:

***One-Night Boarding***

A $10 surcharge will be added to single night boarding.

***Last Minute Bookings***

Any booking inquiries within a 24 hour period of the booking stay will be charged a $25 surcharge as usually this requires schedule changing on our part.

***Puppies with Special Medical Needs***

I have administered a variety of medication as well as cared with dogs with special needs (seizures, broken leg, etc) . Depending on the level of the additional care needed such as medication, special conditions, etc. the nightly rate will be adjusted accordingly. Please message us and we can discuss more in detail (: For simple administration of medication such as pills or eye drops it will be a standard extra dollar per day, per dog, per medication.

***Special Diets & Food***

Special diets that require heating, cooking, defrosting will be an extra dollar per day per dog.

We do recommend that owners bring the food their pups are accustomed to as it helps them feel more at home but if that isn't an option we provide food at $5.00 per day. If your pup is not taking to our food there will be a $15.00 charge for the time it takes to go to the store plus the cost of the food which you instruct for purchase.

Please don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions about pricing :)

We never care for large breeds that might potentially harm our dogs. Be rest assured that your dog will be in a safe space when they're with us.

*Vaccinations*

Please be ready to either have a vet's information to contact or a photo/copy of your dog's vaccination records, at a minimum we need an up to date Rabies vaccination. Additionally, we suggest a Bordetella vaccination which is not required but recommended for dogs who are in contact with other dogs by veterinarians.

Private Sittings: We look after a maximum of 5 dogs regularly (busy holidays up to 6 dogs) (this number includes our own pups when they're not with grandma and grandpa). And have found that pups leave more sociable and confident after their stay with us as a result. But if you would like your dog(s) to be the only dog(s) during their stay, such as times when puppy parents state that their dog is "reactive" or unsociable to other dogs/humans. We need to make special accommodations to have Ginger and Benny stay with grandpa and grandma, in which case we charge $100 for the pup a night since it will need to be a private sitting. This rate could be flexible if the pup in question gets along with Benny,Ginger, and Coco (as to date they get along with everybody (: ) and won't need a completely private but cannot accept other dogs it will be a rate of $85 a night. As safety as well as your peace of mind is our number one concern we take this very seriously.

Please note that because we welcome our puppy guests to wander our home, if there are any damages to the home it will be billed at the end of their stay, unless of course I am given fair warning such as telling me "little Max likes chewing on expensive shoes" then consider us warned (;

We are also not held responsible to any damage done to personal property such as any beds, toys, etc. as the pups share the space and we encourage socialization and sharing behavior.

In regards to having a doggy door, we do not have one as we only let the dogs outside when we can supervise them (which is at least a couple of times a day). As there has also been a rise in coyotes in the area we take the safety of our dogs very seriously and as such we don't want them wandering outside without us knowing, or having something else come in that shouldn't be.

The pups are never left alone for longer than four hours at a time and are NEVER left outside unattended/unsupervised and are inside with free roam of our home (unless otherwise instructed by the owner not to allow free roam). If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. Please note that although generally, we are extremely flexible with our schedule in regards to drop-offs and pick-ups but our weekday morning drop-offs need to be timely and punctual as we often have meetings scheduled in the morning and will likely be on a call.

***Dog Walking***

Anybody that lives in our surrounding neighborhood are charged the $20 per 30 minutes for walking. Anybody outside of those conditions are charged at $30 per 30 minutes due to the time and resources allocated for travel to and from the destination.

We implore puppy owners to read Rover's Guarantee policy closely to be aware of the limitations of their insurance coverage. Our personal recommendation is that you have personal pet insurance available for your use for not only for your pup's time with us but for things that may happen day-to-day as well. We ourselves use Healthy Paws for Benny, Ginger, Coco and we are highly satisfied with the service. This is not a sponsored post just more so sharing what gives us peace of mind as puppy parents (:

Ask us for a link for Healthy Paws and if you use it to register your furry ones, you'll be doing a good deed as Healthy Paws will donate $25 to help homeless pets (:

If you want to see more pictures of the furbabies who stay with us we're on Instagram! We try to post as often as possible (:

Beverly's review on Feb 21, 2020

Lisa took great care of my two pups. She sent daily videos of them playing with the other boarding dogs and they seemed to have a blast. Both dogs passed out when they got home and we're clearly exhausted from the party time there.
