I grew up with dogs and currently have a cat. I had 2 cats but one passed away at almost 20 years old so I do have some experience with senior pets. I love animals and will treat yours as my own! I would prefer dogs who are kid friendly. About this sitter: My name is Tessa and I'm a stay-at-home mom of 3. I love animals and have 2 cats myself! I would love to make your dog a part of our family for the day or longer! Regarding my cat: I am able to keep my cat separate from your dog, if you are concerned about that. I think it’s best to keep them separate to avoid any issues. I put my cat in my primary bedroom upstairs along with all their stuff and they are perfectly fine! But if your dog is cat friendly, I don’t mind letting them interact. Either way, I’m happy to accommodate!

This is the first time we’ve left our 17+ year old Shih Tzu with somebody we didn’t know. We decided to take a chance because I’ve heard good things about this Rover app, we saw Tessa and chose her, she was close to us, and had good reviews. She was perfect, she even sent a progress photo letting us know our pup was doing well. Putting our minds at ease. We will definitely leave our baby with her again.🩷
I appreciated her sending pictures with her update. She was also very easy to communicate with. One of my dogs PB can be very smart with taking medications and unfortunately he figured out his snacks had meds and refused to take them during the stay. But she was very patient with him and found another way to give his medications. Thank you once again.
Tessa took great care of my dogs and kept me updated with pictures and messages throughout their stay, which gave me such peace of mind. It was clear they were happy and well cared for. I would definitely book with her again! Thank you, Tessa!

Schedule
I drop my 3 kids off at school Monday-Friday and I am done with that around 8:30am. I pick up my youngest at 2:28 and my middle other 2 kids get out around 3:30. So my days are pretty open. I am also available most weekends. Just message me and will do my best to accommodate your schedule.

We live in a 4 bedroom condo and I have a fenced in patio and plenty of walking space throughout my neighborhood. Your dogs will feel safe and right at home.
A typical day
I go on walks every day and would love to have your dog accompany me! I am active throughout the day, until I pick up my kids so I would have no problem keeping your dog active and engaged!
