Hi, I'm Cathy, and I am a full-time dogsitter. I come from a family of dog lovers and have raised and owned two dogs, one who unfortunately passed away a year ago. In the meantime, I began professionally taking care of others' dogs in 2019 (only recently beginning on Rover!), so I have 3 years in the dogsitting business and many more years of dogsitting experience. I live in a house with a fenced-in backyard and a safe neighborhood where I take the dogs on walks for. On some weekends, I take the dogs to my local park, where they can enjoy a large grassy area. A typical day your dog(s) may experience in my home is free roam of most (if not all) of the house. I usually play with them in the afternoon when I have more leisure time, and I have kids (currently 11 and 13) who can entertain them when they are not doing online school. Your dog(s) have access to potty in the backyard all day, and I take them on walks in the morning and afternoon. Walks are usually around 15-20 minutes. If your dog requires more exercise, you can let me know, and I will accommodate as such. I send pictures and updates every day, usually taking pictures throughout the day and sending them to you during or after dinner, but I will be reachable all day. I may take in one other dog, and if that happens, I will attempt to arrange a meeting for them to get to know one another. Otherwise, I will send you a video of how they get along upon introduction. My family and I will treat your dog as one of our own, and I can assure you that they will be loved and have a home away from home when they stay with me! ( :
