“This was my first time using Rover. Not going to lie at first i was iffy of leaving my dog with a stranger but honesty Patricia made it so much easier. Since the meet and greet our feelings changed for the best. She was super friendly and caring towards Rocky. Throughout the days she will update us with pictures which I appreciated very much because I was able to see that my dog was happy and we’ll taken care of. Will recommend Patricia to other and will schedule for the future.”

From the moment we started texting, they have been so responsive and comforting. I ended up needing to change my stay and they went above and beyond to help reschedule the reservation. “Above and Beyond! Thank you Chiaki for taking such good care of our fur babies! So glad we found Chiaki! We are new to the area and have never boarded our dogs as we used to have a sitter that stayed in our home while we traveled in past. It was a bit nerve wrecking finding a new sitter as our dogs are both rescues and have their quirks. One is a senior and our other one is skittish as she probably had a rough start in life. Well, not to worry, Chiaki is a dog whisperer! She sent us several photos and videos showing our dogs had settled in fairly quickly in her home. We had a great vacation knowing our "babies" were in good hands. Chiaki is also super responsive, our flight ended up being canceled for our return, Chiaki replied to all my texts in a timely manner. Her home is like Disneyland for dogs, she does everything for the dogs to be comfortable. We are so grateful that we have found her and will book her for our future travels when we can't bring our pups! (almost didn't want to write a review, as we want to keep her for ourselves, lol!) I cook for our dogs and had all their food and all supplements and instructions for am and pm feeding, Chiaki followed everything to a T! Our dogs where happy and relaxed with her! Thanks again Chiaki, I would not hesitate to leave our dogs with you again, you are amazing!”

“Molly was great at keeping us updated on how Tika was doing at her home! Her setup is fantastic and you can tell she really loves dogs. Tika was excited to be with her and almost didn’t want to leave!!”

“Emely has been the best caretaker for my dog and takes her on her daily walks . I’m surprised since my dog is a big task since she’s really hyper and loves to play and go on walks . My dog also learned a few tricks . Which I’m grateful to emely doing the best job for my dog.”

Our Noah was anxiety with new place, Charlene and her family members comforted Noah for for couple days to cool him down and help with more comfortable with new place. Charlene took Noah to to dog park to play, she also send the video of Noah’s playing activities 1-2 time per day. We would have Charlene to take care Noah again in the future. Thank you.”

“Estrella and her family were just perfect for my little boi. He stayed with them for 4 days and looked as happy as I had left him. Estrella was very considerate about special preferences and his personality as well. She took very good care of my little pup and ensured he felt at home. Would definitely recommend!”

“I have had Rebecca come to my house before, but I had never left my cat anywhere. My home flooded and I had to take Dennis somewhere while I worked during the day until we got into a hotel. I could never take him to a cat hotel because he came from a shelter, and I don’t want him to think he’s ever going back to anything like that. I was so happy Rebecca was available and he sat in a beautiful room with a bunch of windows and was perfectly fine. Thank you again, Rebecca!”

“I just had my dog with Brandi for 5 days (after not being boarded in many years) Brandi did great with him. I appreciated having a meet and greet ahead of time. Her dogs got along great with my Dale. I enjoyed the update photos and videos. Brandi was very easy to communicate with and particularly accommodating to my drop off and pick up times as well. I’ll be sure to use her services next time I’m in need.”

She even offered and followed through with providing pictures of our dog to help ease our young son's anxiety about being so far away from his life long best friend/fur brother. Our dog had such a great time at her residence that he constantly nuzzled with her before leaving her house.
