I had a positive experience with Trinh overall, and Bentley seemed happy and comfortable during his stay. Trinh was kind and caring toward him, and I really appreciated the regular updates and photos she sent. It was reassuring to see Bentley doing well and enjoying himself. I also appreciated how welcoming and affectionate her family was with Bentley. He seemed to enjoy spending time with her parents and cuddling with her boyfriend. The main area I think could be improved is communication about who would be responsible for Bentley during the booking. Since Trinh’s profile presented her as the sitter, I booked with the understanding that she would personally be responsible for his care. During the stay, I learned that her parents were involved in caring for him and that her mom would be bringing him out to me at pickup. I was also later informed that her boyfriend would be caring for Bentley the following day while Trinh was away. I completely understand that family members may help, and my concern wasn’t about them personally. I simply hadn’t met or communicated with them beforehand and hadn’t expected someone other than the sitter I booked to be responsible for Bentley. Since he can be anxious, it’s important to me to know in advance who will be caring for him and to have the opportunity to communicate with anyone who will have that responsibility. I ultimately decided to cancel the following day because I wasn’t comfortable with the change in arrangement. Trinh was understanding and offered to reimburse me, which I appreciated. Overall, Bentley had a good experience, and I’m grateful for the care, updates, photos, and kindness shown to him. I think clarifying in advance whether family members or partners will be involved in a pet’s care would make the experience even better and give pet parents greater peace of mind.

Trinh is exceptionally responsible, incredibly attentive to routines and medical needs, and overflowing with genuine love for every animal they meet. Leaving your pet in their care means total peace of mind. I couldn't recommend them more highly!
