“Bradyn was awesome, she took care of our disabled dog and did an amazing job, she did what we asked and exactly how we wanted, she will definitely be on top of my lists of people to watch our dog if we need a sitter again!!”

“Tammy was great at giving me detailed updates and the dogs lots of love and attention during their check in. I felt confident in her taking care of our pups for the first time and will definitely book her again!”

About: My skills are only taking the dogs a bath and taking them on walks, and I play with them as well I give all my attention to them. I start my morning early and that’s when I start my walking, then I come back and have my breakfast, so I will have plenty of time to care for a dog. The care I would give is just giving them attention and making sure their area is always cleaned. Taking them on walks and playing with them!
About: I had a people aggressive dog. So I’ve learned a lot with her these past 8 years. But also Im natural caretaker so very patient! Right now on summer break looking for new position. So my schedule is pretty flexible now until I find a full time position and then I can see where dog walking fits My dog had behavior issues so I am very good with all tempers and I am very patient. I am also very observant to tell if other dogs are going to be friendly or not.
About: I’ve been around dogs and cats for most of my life and have been caring for them independently since I was 18. My experience includes feeding, walking, bathing, playtime, puppy and potty training, litter box cleaning, house sitting, and keeping pet areas clean and tidy. I’ve cared for pets with different breeds, personalities, and energy levels, and I understand that every animal has their own comfort level and routine. I’m patient, attentive, and respectful of pets who may need a little extra time or space to warm up. I also understand basic pet safety, including common foods and household items that can be harmful to dogs and cats. Whenever possible, I prefer to schedule a meet and greet before booking so your pet and I can get comfortable with each other and make sure we’re a great match! I currently have a flexible schedule and am generally available for walks and drop-in visits during the late morning and afternoon. I also have availability in the early mornings, typically between 6–8 AM, and in the evenings, with 3–7 PM being my preferred window. Because I have a few recurring family responsibilities, I keep my Rover calendar updated and confirm each request based on the specific time and your pet’s routine. For walks and drop-in visits, I follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible and prioritize safety, comfort, and clear communication. Before the first booking, I prefer to schedule a meet and greet so I can get to know your pet, learn how they communicate, and make sure we are a good match. This also gives us time to review feeding instructions, allergies, medications, approved play areas, off-limit spaces, leash or harness use, favorite toys, behavioral triggers, and any other important care details. I will only use foods, treats, toys, equipment, and supplies that have been approved by the owner. I also make sure doors, gates, crates, and pet areas are secure before leaving and will provide updates so you know how your pet is doing during each visit.
“Sofia took wonderful care of our dog, August, while we were away for three days. She was responsible, punctual, and amazing with our anxious pup, which gave us so much peace of mind. Her communication was excellent—she kept us updated and was always quick to respond. We came home to a happy, well-cared-for dog, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We can’t wait to book with Sofia again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter!”

About: I’ve had the fun of having had a variety of pets over the years. And lots of interesting experiences with puppy and kitten litters. Playful pets and those who love to run around or just loungers will have plenty of room to do that at my house, inside and out. Whether your pet likes to cuddle or is aloof he/she will receive lots of love and attention. I know leaving a pet for any length of time can be stressful. That’s why I started Caring for pets in my home. The family can know their “Special friend”is well cared for while they are away. Our pets are very special and that is how I treat them. It’s exciting to meet new pets (plus their family) and get to know them. I know I can provide a safe and loving environment for your special friend. My husband and I are retired. This allows for ample time to get to know and care for your pet. Playing fetch or just relaxing together at your pet’s own pace. My yard is fenced and rather large. Plenty of space to run, roam, sniff around explore. The patio is covered and there are trees to provide plenty of shade.
“We would give 10 stars if I could! Our Annalie & Thi Ctook care of our two puppies for an entire week, and we couldn’t be more impressed. She was always on schedule, right on time, and kept everything running smoothly while we were away. When we got home, our dogs were in excellent condition—happy, well-adjusted, and clearly very well cared for. You can tell she truly loves what she does, and it shows in the way she treats the dogs. Don’t waste your time with anyone else—she is absolutely worth every penny. Highly, highly recommend!”

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Garden Grove
This was our first time booking a cat sitter through Rover, and Andrea made everything very easy for us. She was reliable and followed our instructions well. She sent us pictures during her check-in with our pet. We will definitely be rebooking Andrea in the future!

Sarah has been an amazing sitter for us! She's been flexible and accommodating to our cats as well our sitting needs. We looked forward to her wonderful drop in updates every day we were gone. She was even able to coax one of our more shy cats out of hiding for some pets! Highly recommend Sarah for your pet sitting needs!
Vivian did so well with my cats! She went above and beyond while caring for my cats while I was away, always keeping me updated each day. Really appreciate how clean the litter box was when I returned. She even emptied the trash can when it got too full with the litter. Very trustworthy and professional, definitely recommend her.

We would give 10 stars if I could! Highly, highly recommend!

This was my first time using rover and honestly I was super nervous. Those nerves went away so fast with Andrea. She asked a ton of follow up questions when meeting my cats to ensure she would be able to take care of them properly. That really eased my mind when I was leaving. During my trip she sent constant updates and pictures of the state of the kitties and my apartment. I was able rest easy knowing my cats and my apartment were in amazing shape. I am so incredibly grateful for Andrea's communication and care skills. If you need someone to take care of your pets with the same care you do Andrea will do just that

I very pleased with Elizabeth’s kindness and attentiveness! I am beyond neurotic when it comes to my fur babies lol and I have incredibly high expectation of their care and safety - They are my children. I found Elizabeth’s profile and although it’s always nerve wracking to entrust someone with your “kids” you just met, I had a good feeling about her in our messages. we arranged a meet and greet prior to our first Christmas Day evening visit and she was just wonderful. She listened closely to their routine at our meet and greet, and was very sweet and personable. She sent many photos during their Christmas Day visit which is always appreciated; She coaxed our pup who is a picky eater to eat more of his dinner which was a win and our very shy young cat even came out to say hi to her which never happens! I had notated in their care notes to stay in well lit areas on the walk with our pup due to coyotes and I could tell from the photos and map in rover she did exactly that- It means the world that she paid attention and customized their visit with our requests. I can tell She has a kind heart for animals and I am grateful we found her. We came home that night to two happy, well fed and content babies- already planning their next visit with her in January. Thank you Elizabeth!

Bryce is amazing! I can’t say enough great things about him. He took exceptional care of my senior dogs, who require extra attention and special care, and he handled everything with patience, kindness, and professionalism. While I was away, he kept me consistently informed with updates, which gave me complete peace of mind. It was clear my dogs were well cared for and comfortable the entire time. I’m extremely happy with his service and will absolutely hire him again. Highly recommended!

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy.
