She was so flexible about adding an extra check-in we needed to add at the last minute. She was so attentive with the details of emergency contacts, key drop-offs, and vet information. We really appreciated this, since we had so many things in mind for our trip. She also followed instructions, especially during feeding time, because Kwame is a thief, and Coco will let him. Since this is our first time using a Rover for our two cats, I was a little worried about how things would go. Thankfully, Jennifer did a wonderful job taking care of them!! From the beginning, with the meet and greet, she was gentle with our boys and asked really great questions. While we were away, she followed our detailed instructions on how to feed them, clean their litter boxes, and spoil them with treats. She even brought in a package that was left outside our front door! After receiving the first Rover card and photos, I felt such ease knowing that she was the one dropping in to check on them. I would definitely recommend and rely on her service in the future! :)
Kristina had her work cut out for her when she agreed to care for our Scamper kitty! 🐈⬛ Scamper came to us because she was born in our backyard! She was feral and we have been caring for her ever since. As she is feral, and not used to too many people, it took our family a long time to be able to pet her, put her in a carrier to transport her to the vet, and for her to come into our house, so we have never left her in the care of anyone outside our family. Well our boys have grown up and out of the house, so we had a dilemma. But after we met with Kristina, we could see right away she was very caring and professional. She sent pictures and updates each time she visited Scamper. For a few days, Scamper stayed under our bed. On the third day Kristina sent a video of Scamper out in our living room letting Kristina pet and love on her! Made my heart sing! Scamper felt that comfortable with Kristina in such a short amount of time, was unbelievable. We are so very thankful for getting to know Kristina, and her peaceful approach to Scamper! Kristina was prompt and completed everything we requested of her.
Naylea took such a good care of my cat Sundance, who needs an inhaler twice a day. Naylea put in an effort to learn how to administer the dose and also kept me posted on Sundance s condition. She is detail oriented and noticed an incident when the automatic feeder might not have worked properly on the last day of her visit. I appreciate her photos and communication. It meant a lot to me. Sundance was happy to see her during each visit.
Jennifer was great with pet sitting our two cats while we were away for the week visiting family. She was very communicative and sent us lots of pictures. Kimi took amazing care of my 18 year old cat with stage 3 CKD while I was away for a week. She visited twice a day and handled everything so patiently and compassionately, including feeding her, giving subcutaneous fluids, cleaning the litter box, giving pills, and helping with the extra challenges of a senior cat who is picky with food and struggles with constipation. She was incredibly kind, reliable, and attentive, and I could tell she truly cared about my cat’s comfort and wellbeing. Because of her, I felt so relieved knowing my cat was in such good hands, and I was actually able to relax and enjoy my trip. I’m very grateful for her help and would absolutely trust her again. Highly recommend Kimi, especially for pets who need extra patience and care.

Selena did a great job taking care of my dog, BB. Before coming over, she asked about his routine, personality, and my preferences, which immediately made me feel comfortable leaving him with her. She made sure BB was fed, comfortable, and not lonely, and she actually spent time playing with him in the backyard and giving him attention instead of rushing through the visit. I felt really at ease trusting Selena in our home (which means a lot with all the horror stories you hear). She sent updates and plenty of photos, and BB looked happy and relaxed the whole time.
