Lissi was great with Uno. She definitely went above and beyond with taking care of Uno. She was very communicative and responded very quickly when we set up the appointments. She took her time to let Uno feel comfortable and sent the best videos and pictures! We were also very happy that she was able to administer a daily pill. We would be happy to book Lissi again.
Hannah was very responsive and sent loads of photos. She asked great questions during our meet and greet and brought treats for my three dogs so they could get familiar with her. She is such a kind and warm presence and I'm looking forward to book her again in the future- and I'm sure my pups are looking forward to it too!
Shana is great! I hired her to take care of our tortoises that live outside while we were gone for 9 days. Not only did they need daily food and water, but their house also needed to be cleaned regularly. They’re pretty large tortoises so they also make big messes. She updated me every day, took pictures, and I came home to a spotless tortoise enclosure which was a dream. She really cared for them the way we do and I knew she bonded with them from her messages. OMG! I cannot even BEGIN to say how GRATEFUL I AM to have Jessica watch my furbabies! This is my 1st time using Rover & I wasn't worried for one MINUTE that they weren't in the BEST CARE!
