Pet care experience
Pup Pup, Hooray!
I’ve taken care of dogs throughout my life and genuinely enjoy their company. I currently volunteer at my local animal shelter a few days a week. I have completed the shelters Fear Free training that teaches how to recognize and alleviate Fear, Anxiety, and Stress (FAS) in pets. The training touches on how to read animal body language, low stress handling techniques, environmental and protocol modifications. I am now currently working on completing Rover’s GoodPup Certification program.

I will always respect clients boundaries. I understand the importance of leaving the place in good condition and cleaning up after myself. Most importantly sending updates to the owners on how their pets are doing. I also understand the importance of the big responsibility it is to care for my clients pets. I will always treat them as my own, with compassion, care, love and respect.

Christina was amazing, I came home to happy and tired dogs. I appreciated how much she communicated through the stay when things changed and that she sent me updates like I requested. I always get a little nervous leaving my dogs but they looked so happy on the walks it made me really enjoy my vacation knowing they were in good hands.
When I went on a trip, Christina dog and house sat for me. I have a very anxious dog and she showed a lot of patience to make my dog comfortable around her. After the trip, I still book her to do drop in visits and take him on walks. He is always excited to see her and he comes home happy!

Schedule
I currently work part-time. My schedule consist of working 4-6 hours a day on weekdays. When my schedule is set I will always keep my clients updated. I am not scheduled at my day job on the weekends. So on Saturday and Sunday I am available for constant care. I can house sit, do drop in’s, and walks 7 days a week. But on weekdays I will be out 4-6 hours a day due to my work schedule. Some days on weekdays I won’t be scheduled to work, my schedule is flexible.
