This was my first time using Rover so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Cleo was great to work with. She was super responsive and attentive to my cat. My Goldie typically doesn’t like people. She hides. I love that she provides pictures. Goldie didn’t hide and watched Cleo. That’s really a good start. This service was easy to use and I will definitely use Cleo again.
Alicia did amazing checking in on our dog! Even tho the drop in request was last minute, she still accepted and did a great job following instructions.
