About: I’ve had pets my entire life and have years of hands-on experience caring for animals of all ages. I grew up with two dogs and later cared for two cats, so I’m comfortable with different personalities, routines, and needs. Friends, neighbors, and family have trusted me to walk, feed, bathe, and spend quality time with their pets. I’m patient, attentive, and truly love animals, and I treat every pet as if they were my own. I’m especially willing to put in the extra time and care senior pets may need, whether that’s moving at a slower pace, providing extra comfort, or paying close attention to their routines. I am currently a student, which gives me a very flexible schedule to care for your pets! I am completely free every weekday after 1:00 PM for walks, drop-ins, and evening playtimes. On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, my classes finish even earlier, so I am available starting at 11:00 AM. My weekends are 100% open for boarding or house sitting. Because I'm home studying often, I have plenty of time to give your pet the attention and potty breaks they need. When caring for pets in your home, my top priority is keeping them comfortable and stress-free by maintaining their normal routine. I carefully follow all instructions for feeding, walks, playtime, and any medications, making sure your pet gets the exercise, attention, and care they’re used to. I treat your home with respect by keeping it clean and secure, always double-checking doors and gates. I make it a point to give each pet plenty of love, attention, and interaction so they feel happy and secure while you’re away. I also communicate frequently and can send daily photo updates, so you always know your pet is happy, safe, and well cared for.

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life and caring for pets now is second nature. I raised and trained my own dog from puppyhood, giving me hands on experience with everything from potty training and basic commands to daily excersise, enrichment, and routine care. As a marathon runner, I am especially well suited for active and high energy dogs. Whether your pup enjoys long walks, runs, hikes, or plenty of playtime, I am happy to help them get the excerise and attention they need. I also grew up with two family dogs and currently help care for my roommates cat, so I am comfortable with different personalties, energy levels, and care needs. Beyond dogs and cats, I've cared for guinea pigs, hamsters, and reptiles. At one point, I was responsible for 8 pets at the same time, which taught me how to stay organized, attentive, and reliable when managing multiple feeding schedules, cleaning routines, and individual needs. My goal is to treat every pet like they're my own and give you peace of mind knowing they're in loving and capable hands. I am currently on summer break from UC Davis and have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to give pets plenty of attention and care throughout the day. I am available for drop in visits, dog walking, and house sitting on both weekdays and weekends. I can accommodate a variety of schedules and will do my best to work around your pets routine. I understand that every pet has unique needs, so I will be extremely thorough and follow all instructions carefully regarding feeding, medications, excersise, training, and household rules. Safety is always my top priority. I pay close attention during walks, keep pets secure at all times, and make sure they receive plenty of supervision, affection, and enrichment. I also provide regular updates and photos so you can feel confident that your pet is happy, safe, and well cared for while you are away.

About: I’ve been around different breed of dogs my entire life. I have volunteered at an animal shelter for a few months and currently work with dogs in my day job. I currently work part time and I have a lot lot of free time and patience to cater to your dogs needs. I also have volunteered in an animal shelter in the past that has helped me understand their needs a little better. I have a small patio and an extremely happy pup that will befriend your dog specially if they are similar in size. I also have a spare bedroom to give either dog privacy.

“Stefanie is AWESOME! You cannot find a better pet sitter! My family and I were looking for a professional pet sitter who had experience working with senior dogs with special needs. My dog, Athena, requires a specific diet with medications and is almost blind. I booked Stefanie for three afternoon "drop-ins". She came a week before our booking for a meet and greet and the years of experience working in an animal hospital and taking care of pets became evident instantly. Stefanie knew how to to help my blind dog feel comfortable by allowing Athena to approach her and initiate the interactions. She is such a professional, taking notes, asking questions, and going over my instructions, helping to ensure that the drop-ins were going to go as smoothly as possible for Athena. Stefanie has a very strong work ethic. She is extremely punctual and reliable. Athena requires a specific diet and medications have to be given in a specific amount and order. Stefanie followed my instructions perfectly. She kept me regularly updated with detailed texts and many photos, including how she prepared Athena's food. She even cleaned her water bowl every day. Stefanie did so many wonderful things for Athena and went above and beyond the booking. My family and I are not only impressed with her sense of responsibility, but her patience and kindness towards our precious girl is priceless. Athena showed how much she trusts Stefanie by wagging her tail when she arrived and allowing Stefanie to give her a belly rub. This is huge for a blind dog. Athena was even looking for her the next couple of days. Clearly, Athena trusted Stefanie with her care and so do I. My family and I plan to book Stefanie again and again! She is a rare gem and (we are) so grateful to her!”

We have a doggie door on the back door for our pups to go in and out as they please to play, run, or sunbathe (while I am home of course). Your pup is welcome to snuggle with us on the couch and beds wherever they are most comfortable. I have 32 years of experience taking care of pets and have a love and passion for animals. I have very much enjoyed pet sitting with Rover since joining in 2019. I have doggie beds, bowls, toys, etc. here but you are welcome to bring any items your pet may like to have during their stay. About: I’ve had pets since as long as I could remember. Right now, I have 3 babies that are my whole world. My dog, Chloe, is 17yrs and she’s been in my life since I was 6 years old. My rabbit, Eevee, was dumped and abandoned at a nearby field, and I found her while on a walk. She’s been with me for nearly 3yrs now. Then came my cat, Ponyo, and I’ve had her since she was a kitten, she will be 3yrs in July. I have always loved animals more than people, even more than myself, to be honest. I see every single pet, even ones that aren’t mine, as family, and equally deserving of love and respect. Update: My baby Chloe has recently passed and I am extremely heartbroken. She was my soulmate. I miss her everyday. Grief is love with nowhere to go. If given the opportunity to care for your pet I would not only be helping you but you would be helping me as well. My biggest and only responsibilities are my own little ones, so I am always at home caring for them. I struggle with my mental and physical health, so most regular jobs can be a bit too much pressure on me. I have 3 very different pets in my home that each have different needs. My dog being a senior means I have to pay extra attention to her and be diligent with her care. I am very knowledgeable and experienced in handling different types of animals of all ages.
