About: I’ve had pets my entire life and have years of hands-on experience caring for animals of all ages. I grew up with two dogs and later cared for two cats, so I’m comfortable with different personalities, routines, and needs. Friends, neighbors, and family have trusted me to walk, feed, bathe, and spend quality time with their pets. I’m patient, attentive, and truly love animals, and I treat every pet as if they were my own. I’m especially willing to put in the extra time and care senior pets may need, whether that’s moving at a slower pace, providing extra comfort, or paying close attention to their routines. I understand how important it is for pet parents to feel confident and at ease, and I always prioritize safety, comfort, and happiness. I am currently a student, which gives me a very flexible schedule to care for your pets! I am completely free every weekday after 1:00 PM for walks, drop-ins, and evening playtimes. On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, my classes finish even earlier, so I am available starting at 11:00 AM. My weekends are 100% open for boarding or house sitting. Because I'm home studying often, I have plenty of time to give your pet the attention and potty breaks they need. When caring for pets in your home, my top priority is keeping them comfortable and stress-free by maintaining their normal routine. I carefully follow all instructions for feeding, walks, playtime, and any medications, making sure your pet gets the exercise, attention, and care they’re used to. I treat your home with respect by keeping it clean and secure, always double-checking doors and gates. I make it a point to give each pet plenty of love, attention, and interaction so they feel happy and secure while you’re away. I also communicate frequently and can send daily photo updates, so you always know your pet is happy, safe, and well cared for.

About: I’ve cared for pets my whole life, from a Shih Tzu who lived to 17, to my current husky, pomsky, and kitten. I know how to handle all ages and personalities, and I’ll treat your pets with the same love and care I give my own. I work full-time during the week, so weekends are when I get to soak up extra playtime with pets. Whether it’s long walks, fetch, or cuddle time, I love filling my weekends with wagging tails and happy paws. “At my home, pets enjoy plenty of play, walks, and attention right alongside my own. About: I’ve basically lived in a zoo since I was a child, ha! My family always had a variety of animals, including dogs and cats. I’m new to Rover, but have so much love for animals! I’m a doctoral graduate student, but on summer break! My availability is pretty open, and I’m always happy to spend time with fur babies! My dogs are completely spoiled! They’re family members and treated as such. Plenty of loving, belly rubs, and I’m a proud professional ear scritcher! They sleep inside (usually on top of me in some way). I walk them both daily, but it’s usually more like they walk me, ha! Also, my youngest has separation anxiety and my older dog is completely terrified of loud noises (fireworks, cars backfiring, etc.), so I’m also very patient with dogs that need a little bit of extra love and care.

“Met Darla for the first time over Rover.com, but right off the bat, she seemed very responsible and dog loving that I had no doubt she’d take good care of our boys. She helped us on Drop In service twice a day to feed the dogs, give injections to one of them who is diabetic, and minor spot cleanings. She was very punctual and provided updates with photos in a timely manner throughout the entire 4 days we were gone. Happy I’m currently going to school full time so this would be perfect for me to do as a part time job and I’m able to work around my schedule. About: I’ve had three dogs through my childhood/adulthood. I’ve had the same poodle since I was 10 years old (she’s 17 now!). Would love to help take care of your pups too and provide peace of mind while you’re away. I have a very flexible, remote job. Therefore, I am available any time/day of the week. I primarily work remotely, which allows me to be home and present with pets throughout most of the day. While I occasionally need to be on-site for work, about 90% of my schedule is remote, giving me plenty of flexibility to provide attention, companionship, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and lots of love. I also have a park right behind my home where Tommy Lee and I regularly go for walks, fresh air, and exercise, giving visiting pets plenty of opportunities for activity and enrichment during their stay. Because I spend so much time at home, your pet won’t be left alone for long periods and will have plenty of opportunities for interaction, exercise, and care. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, comfortable, and right at home while you’re away! Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities. I provide a calm, loving home environment where pets are treated like family, not just guests. As a dog mom, I understand how much trust it takes to leave your pet in someone else’s care, and I take that responsibility seriously. My dog, Tommy Lee, is incredibly friendly, social, and loves both people and other animals. Because she shares our home, I do require that pets staying with us are friendly, well-socialized, and do not have a history of aggressive behavior toward people or other animals. This helps ensure a safe, comfortable, and stress-free experience for everyone. I work hard to create an environment where pets can relax, feel secure, and receive plenty of attention, affection, and care. Communication is also very important to me, so I’ll be happy to send regular photo and video updates throughout your pet’s stay. My goal is for both you and your pet to feel completely at ease from the moment they arrive until the moment they head home❣️

About: I've taken care of pets ever since I was little. I have experience primarily with small to medium dogs, but am working to expand towards larger breeds. Growing up I had a Basset Hound(Watson), And 4 cats(Cinco,Tigger,Penny,Lucy). For the cats I would change their litter boxes, and refill their food and water bowls. Some nights I would read a book while Cinco would lay on my legs. For Watson I would Take him outside to potty, and I'd play "chase" in the backyard till he tired out. I am currently unemployed so Pet-care is my #1 priority. Please refer to my availability schedule listed on my profile for appointment openings. Schedule may change, will update if it does. I prefer to discuss with my clients a prepared care plan for house-sitting. This usually includes: What times are best for meals? Favorite toys? How often should they be taken on walks? These are just examples, I like to have personalized care plans for each of my client's pets.

About: Your doggie will receive extra care from me as I am a stay at home mom focused solely on pet sitting. We are an animal loving household in suburban Lakewood, CA with a large fenced backyard. We have a doggie door on the back door for our pups to go in and out as they please to play, run, or sunbathe (while I am home of course). I have the help of my awesome husband Ryan and our kids aged 10, 5 and 2. They know all about how to treat pets as they have grown up with our dogs. Your pup is welcome to snuggle with us on the couch and beds wherever they are most comfortable. I have 32 years of experience taking care of pets and have a love and passion for animals. I have very much enjoyed pet sitting with Rover since joining in 2019. I have doggie beds, bowls, toys, etc. here but you are welcome to bring any items your pet may like to have during their stay. I am usually available and always flexible with scheduling a meet n greet as well as drop off and pick up times to fit your busy schedule. I know how important finding a trusted and knowledgeable caretaker is for the furry member of your family! You can rest easy knowing they are in my care with regular updates and pictures.
