For dog walks, I’ll keep your dog safely leashed and pay close attention to our surroundings throughout the walk. I’ll follow any instructions you provide regarding their usual route, behavior around other dogs or people, and anything else I should be aware of to keep them safe and comfortable. For drop-in visits, I’ll check on your pet and take care of their needs according to your instructions, including feeding, refreshing their water, potty breaks, cleaning up after them, and giving them attention and playtime. I’ll also keep you updated on how your pet is doing so you can have peace of mind while they’re in my care.

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
