1. Rebecca C.
“Words cannot describe how incredible Rebecca is. She has been very communicative, helpful, punctual, and considerate! She went above and beyond to meet my reactive dog to make sure they were the right fit before their first appointment. Now Samson and Rebecca are best friends and I’m stoked to have found such an amazing sitter in Rebecca. Thanks so much!”
2. Paul Y.
“Paul did a drop-in visit to my two large standard poodles. He was very patient and kind with both my dogs, even though one was aggressive and the other very timid. I was impressed with his skill in handling them, and would recommend him without reservation.”
3. Alejandro S.
“Alejandro took such good care of our little Mango! He not only made sure to feed him and clean his litter box as requested; he also spent plenty of time playing with Mango and keeping him company while we were away. We’ll definitely be in touch the next time Mango needs a catsitter!”
4. Ariane S.
“Ariane is hands down the best catsitter I’ve ever had. She made me feel 100% at ease leaving my felines, always sent detailed messages and photos, and even went the extra mile by coming up with a novel solution to help my finicky cat get his meds. She’s trustworthy, reliable and caring. I’d hire her again in a heartbeat!”
5. Jessica A.
“Jessica took such great care of my 2 kitties while I was away for work during her drop-in visits! My cats are normally very shy but I was shocked to find out that they came out for Jessica. She sent me detailed visit summaries and pictures. She not only took care of all the chores of cleaning the litter boxes and checking on food and water, but she also spent time playing with the cats. Will definitely seek Jessica again next time I am out of town.”
6. Lori S.
“Lori was great! We were traveling during the Holidays and needed a last minute sitter and Lori very graciously obliged. She was timely and followed all of the care details perfectly. She even let us use one of her cat’s toys that she no longer needed, so sweet! Lori is great, highly recommend!”
7. Amy X.
“Amy is very communicative and spent quality time with our puppy. She helped take her out and helped to clean up mess in our home as our puppy is still going through potty training. Our puppy loves playing with her. Overall, we had a great experience.”
8. Alexandria B.
“Alexandria is a LIFE SAVER! My original dog sitter I booked bailed on me last minute, but I reached out to Alexandria, she immediately responded and went to take care of my pup! Seriously couldn’t recommend her enough! She is responsive, keeps you updated, sends photos and is SO good with dogs.”
9. Janet L.
“Janet was absolutely amazing with my dog, Valentine. He is a shelter dog so he’s usually really skittish around people but he warmed up to her almost instantly. It was clear how much she genuinely loves and cares for animals, treating my dog just like she would her own pets. Throughout his time with her, Janet kept me updated with photos and I saw how relaxed and happy he was with her. She went above and beyond to ensure Valentine was happy and exercised. I could tell he was in the best hands, and it was nice to be able to relax and not worry about him while we were away. I can’t recommend Janet enough—she’s reliable, kind, and truly cares about animals. Thank you, Janet, for taking such wonderful care of my fur baby.”
10. Hara G.
“Hara is amazing!!! She takes great care of my kitties especially when they need specialized care. I highly recommend her!!!”
11. Ani D.
“Ani was fantastic! She watched our two cats for four days and did a great job. She was communicative, professional, and kind. She must be magic with the furry friends because even our extremely shy cat came to her for pets! Most other sitters aren’t even convinced we HAVE a second cat! We’ll definitely be using her services in the future. Thank you Ani!”
12. Tiffany L.
“tiffany is a great sitter! she fed the cats, played with them and cleaned up after them every day. she also sends lots of photos with her updates (and tiffany’s photos are amazing!) it was great to come home to well taken care of cats and a tidy home! will definitely rebook tiffany when i go out of town again =)”
13. Xan & Jiles U.
“Xan was a great sitter! She was able to administer liquid medicine for both my cats, while dealing with their hyper energy! She listened to instructions well, and I liked that she asked questions if she needed clarification. She was also so wonderful and able to take care of my kitties one extra day, as my flight got cancelled last minute. I will definitely keep her in mind in the future! :)”

About: Former vet tech, certified animal handler, and experienced pet-sitter seeks fluffy neighborhood furballs in need of extra attention!! Whether your pup needs a walk or your cat needs a cuddle- I’ve got you. I’m available for drop-ins, day hikes, and overnight pet sitting in the comfort of your home (the least stressful option for your pet while you’re away). I know that many animals don’t do well (or simply can’t be) boarded, but busy lives mean we often need to leave them behind when we travel or work long hours. I’m here to offer you peace of mind knowing they’ll be safe & sound in their own home, being looked after with the upmost of professional care, love, and attention. While I’m new to Rover, I’ve been pet-sitting for private clients and friends furever- see what I did there 😀. I spent many years living in places where I wanted but wasn't allowed to have pets, so spoiling other's was the next best thing. I also grew up in a home full of pets and my first job as a kid was volunteering for the local animal shelter. I went on to train professionally as an animal handler for film & television and to work as an emergency triage and surgical veterinary assistant. I cherish every opportunity to get to know a new animal of any kind, and to help them feel safe & secure, loved, and respected by another human. I have years of experience and expertise working with animals of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments, from teeny tiny kittens needing bottle feeding every hour, to senior pups on special diets, diabetic felines, giant lazy lap dogs, pampered dachshunds, wild terriers, loving pit bulls, timid house cats, and random rescues still in need of training. Please contact me if you need a reliable, responsible, professional pet-sitter with years of experience and a genuine love for all animals. I offer 30-minute neighborhood walks or hour-long nature hikes for active dogs, play-time visits, care and feeding for felines and full pet/plant/house sitting services in the South Pasadena/San Marino area. I work remotely, have a flexible schedule, and availability to take dogs on walks or make house visits for feeding or check-ins at various times and days. The safety and well being of your pet is my first priority. You’ll never see me scrolling through TikTok while walking a dog or otherwise disengaged- my eyes and ears are always on them to ensure they are getting the best of our time together. Dogs are always leashed while outside the home property (unless authorized for enclosed dog park play) and pets will only be allowed in areas approved by owners. For feline visits- playtime, cuddle time, or grooming are always included. I won’t just fill the food bowl and leave, I’ll entice them into chasing toys, or offer up a lap for warmth, comfort, and soothing pets. If they are scared of strangers (like mine is) I’ll simply sit quietly with them, letting them know they’re safe and never force an interaction that makes them anxious or uncomfortable.
15. Jessica F.
“Jessica did a wonderful job checking on my cats while I was out of town. Thank you!”
16. Olivia K.
“Olivia is our favorite pet sitter! She is attentive and a fantastic communicator. Our dogs can be a little quirky but Olivia handles them both easily, doing medication for our senior girl and helping them both navigate walks despite their reactivity. She is a natural with animals big and small and we feel lucky to know her. Book with her, you don't regret it!”
17. Mackenzie T.
“Mackenzie did a fantastic job with my anxious and attention-hungry Jupiter! The fact that he warmed up to her so quickly is a testament to her caring nature. I would absolutely book with her again. Thanks again Mackenzie!”
18. Simone A.
About: I started pet sitting when I was 11. I have had cats my whole life and, as of 2020, a dog, too. I love caring for pets and making owners feel secure while they’re away as well as making sure the animals are loved and cared for. I have taken care of many different types of pets, from a senior cat who needs special food and meds from time to time, to a big, strong, rowdy dog. I am a quick learner and animal lover, so whatever you need, I’m sure I can help with! I am a freshman at Pasadena City College. From January 6th - February 18th, I will be free every day as I am only taking one online class. After February 18th, I will have classes Monday-Thursday, with afternoons free(mostly). I have a large fenced back yard and a sweet, quiet, chill senior dog to keep any doggy playdates company. We love to go for walks or to the park :) Anything can be provided/accommodated to the best of my ability.
19. Holly T.
“Holly watched my dog Kramer (10 year old Yorkie). She showed up promptly and immediately gave Kramer all the love.. I’m always nervous leaving Kramer but Holly went above and beyond making sure Kramer was super loved. She took him on ample walks, lots of snuggles and treats and made me feel at ease. Holly will now be my go to for when I travel because she’s responsible, caring and I feel like Kramer was loved as if I was there.”
20. Connie L.
“Connie was great. She was very punctual and sent good feedback on my dog. She even stayed longer one day to make sure Harper got sufficient potty time! I would use her again.”
