I have two Pomeranians who are lil divas and one outdoor cat. Of the dozen or so dog walkers in my network, their favorite is Melanie. They lose their absolute minds when she arrives for house sitting or dog walking. Melanie is truly an angel who I trust with not just my poms but my house as well. Our outdoor cat is very wary of most people, but she feels true trust in Melanie. I would trust Melanie with my last will and testament, she truly puts me at ease any time I need a dog sitter. Cannot recommend her enough.
I feel confident leaving my two dogs with Melanie. They are high energy and reactive, I wouldn’t want to leave them with just any person. Melanie’s many years of vet tech experience give her a better understanding of my dog’s needs. She is empathic and detailed in her care. Her updates on my two dogs are detailed and thoughtful. I know my dogs are comfortable around her.
I cannot recommend Melanie highly enough as pet caregiver! Her empathic and loving approach with animals makes all who come into her care feel safe and fulfilled. Not to mention her vast knowledge of animal behavior informs how she is able to communicate effortlessly and positively with all animals she meets. Melanie's expansive experience in vet clinics also provides so much peace of mind to pet parents, who better to notice the sometimes subtle signs our pets show when having a health issue!? I only wish that she was still local to me so that I could hire her for all my pet sitting needs, she is such a gem anyone who hires her is beyond lucky!!
Melanie is calm, loving, and incredibly intuitive. Whenever she has cared for our puppy, I’ve felt completely confident and at ease knowing she was in great hands. I’m grateful to have someone as qualified, kind, and trustworthy as Melanie to care for my little princess whenever I’m away. I cannot recommend her more highly.
