About: I’ve been fortunate to have taken care of foster animals (kittens and puppies!), friends and my own dog and cat for about 4 years! I have experience with waking, bathing, and feeding pets. I am able to provide 30 minute to a hour drop-ins, shy pet socialization, and overnight house-sitting. I ensure I stay in communication with pet parents by providing updates and photos! I’m a college student who often goes on run/long walks and has schedule a flexible schedule. Meaning that I have plenty of time to care for your babies!! About: As a fourth-year medical student aspiring to work in the Emergency Department, I have been trained in treating minor-to-major wounds and recognizing emergencies in patients such as heatstroke and poisonings. Though I find genuine fulfillment in caring for human beings, I have always loved caring for animals beginning with my two cats as a 10-year-old as well as visiting my cousins' German shepherd and golden retriever. I now care for two new female cats who are 2 and 4 years old. I have only experienced dog care in short stints, bathing and walking my friends' dogs if they went out of town. Though I would love to get more hands-on experience caring for dogs. Currently, I am in my fourth and final year of medical school which I have realized has actually provided a decent amount of free time compared to the prior 3 years. For this reason, I wanted to pick up caring for pets around the neighborhood on a part-time basis. I would likely be able to care for dogs and cats around 3-4 times per week with either frequent check-ins or overnight stays. I think preparation will be my best friend as I know pets have their own personalities, body language, and habits. Unfortunately, I do not think I'll be able to care for pets in my home as I am not sure how my cats act around dogs. About: I have owned dogs my entire life, from my English Springer Spaniel pup Molly, to my 15 year old German Chihuahua mix Rudy the dog. I love all kinds of dogs and they always seem to get along with me as well. I have a reliable car and know the city very well as I've lived here for over a decade -- I am centrally located and able to get to many different neighborhoods surrounding LA. I am quite active and enjoy being outside whether on hikes or on long walks, and am always excited to meet new dogs. About: I’ve been a caretaker for both children and animals since I was in high school. And now that I have 1 dog, two cats, and a home of my own, I feel like I’ve gained a whole new set of skills.
