“Angelique was so helpful and patient. My dog is on crate rest and isn't a lot of fun to sit for right now. Angelique basically sat by her side for the entire visit.”

“Always amazing. My partner and I got sick and had to adjust the booking and they were graceful as always. Really appreciate the understanding. Thanks!”

About: I grew up with dogs my entire life and since I don’t have any pets of my own right now, I’ve loved caring for other people’s pets over the years. With my girlfriend we have watched dogs of all breeds, ages, and temperaments over the years. From miniature daschunds to Rottweilers, Dobermans, German Sheperds, and Mastiff mixes, from puppies to seniors, to animals who required medication, I have experience with dogs with many different needs. I work remotely and have a very flexible working schedule so can give your pet all of the attention they may require. Whether you have a high energy puppy who requires lots of walks or a senior who just needs some company, I would love to watch your pet. My goal is to make you and your pet feel at ease as possible while you’re away! I work for myself doing freelance digital media and I work from home, which gives me a lot of flexibility in when I can walk and spend time with pets. I also have a mobile work station, and can work wherever. I rent a spacious house in Highland Park that has a fenced in front yard on a corner plot. I have three room mates, and one very mellow cat. I am less than a 10 minute walk from Arroyo Secco Park and Hermon Park.

“Kenya was wonderful. She accepted a last min request and showed up to hang with my pup Sadie despite the rain. She was friendly and Sadie took to her immediately. I’ll definitely be booking Kenya again. Highly recommend!”

“It was lovely to have Aries and Inwoo as sitters for Sunny while we were away for 2 weeks. They were very patient with Sunny, took the time to give her treats and replace her food/water bowls, and gave Sunny lots of playtime. We noticed that Sunny naturally warmed up to both very quickly and eagerly awaited every day for the drop-in visits. The best part was they clicked many cute pics and videos of our baby while we were away. That, undoubtedly, helped us be assured that Sunny is well taken care of. We appreciated the thorough professional communication and they kindly watered our home plants :) We were delighted to have Aries and Inwoo as sitters and would love to have them cat-sit Sunny again in the future.”

“First time leaving my boy alone, and Emilie was so communicative and made me feel at ease. She took the time to meet him before and he immediately loved her so I knew he was in good hands <3”

About: Hi! Ilya here. I’m an Honors grad of the Academy for Dog Trainers with my Certificate in Training and Counseling. I'm also a certified Animal Trainer through Fear Free Pets. I help prevent fear in puppies and build confidence in fearful dogs. I help parents and parents-to-be have an easier time giving their dogs and kids safe and positive experiences with each other. I do this with weekly sessions. I offer support in between sessions individualized for you. Before dog training, I worked as a wildlife biologist. I live in Highland Park with my partner, our toddler, and dog Trixie. I have flexibility weekdays 9 am - 5 pm. Dog training is my full-time job (when I'm not taking care of our kiddo and doggo). I offer drop-in visits, dog training, supportive + enrichment walks, and behavior consulting. If we are training together, our sessions will be in-person or virtual to best meet your training goals.
“Tracy was amazing, went out of her way to make the visits a fun experience for our frenchie. She kept us up to date with sweet notes and photos. We will absolutely reach out to her next time we need care. Highly recommended!”

He sent photos and updates during every visit. He was friendly and trustworthy. We'll be requesting his services again and would highly recommend him!”

About: I grew up with a Jack Russell terrier and have had cats since college (15 years). I am a resident with a flexible schedule. I love dogs, but unfortunately cannot have one of my own just yet and would love to fill my dog shaped hole in my heart with playing with and caring for other pups in the meantime! I am very flexible with my schedule and I am very good at communicating any changes that may need to be made. I have a cat at home. I have a lot of respect for other people’s spaces and would love to care for your pup in the way you see fit! I hope to be able to have a dog in a few years when I finish residency and intend to treat my responsibility as a walker/sitter in the best way as I would hope my future walker/sitter will too.

I will treat your home and pet with the highest respect, cleaning up after the pet and myself to leave your home better than I found it.
About: from fish, to chickens, to ducks, to birds, to cats and dogs, I've pet-sat them all! I regularly pet-sit for a friend whose house we affectionally call "the farm" because it has all these animals! I work at a school 8-3pm. During the holidays my schedule is quite flexible to take care of your more needy pets, and during the rest of the year I'm happy to hang with your low-maintenance furry friends! I take detailed notes on instructions from pet-owners on our initial meeting and repeatedly refer back to them throughout my stay. as for the pups, I love to walk them, especially the adventurous ones who are excited for a hike or longer adventure!
“Jasnik is SO great!! She came ahead for a meet and greet, which really helped our rescue pup feel more safe and comfortable with her. She was detailed with making sure she knew everything that was needed and was super communicative and flexible with us. She listened and followed our directions and we could tell our pup felt really at ease with her, when he can be distrusting at times of people. By all the updates and the update photos, we could tell he really loved her 🥲. We’ll definitely be using her in the future whenever we need someone to watch our pup - she really feels like someone we can trust in our home and most importantly to care for our boy.”

“Stephanie was great. We have a new dog who has special needs and severe separation anxiety, and Stephanie was caring, attentive, and patient. Will absolutely hire her again.”

“Margaret is truly the best. She’s so attentive, kind, and accommodating. She really loves taking care of pets and it shows. My dogs adore her and every time I return after she’s come by there is such an ease and peace to them which is reassurance that they’ve enjoyed and appreciated time with her. Thank you Margaret for you care and kindness to my lil fur kids.”
