Kaylie was responsive and very accommodating! We accidentally booked the wrong dates and she was flexible with her schedule, adjusting accordingly. She was very kind and patient, and genuinely tried to make things work. Ultimately, our dog’s temperament and needs made this a challenging fit, as our dog does best with someone she already knows and trusts. But we really appreciated Kaylie’s effort and understanding throughout the process!
Reina was awesome and did such a great job watching our Frenchie and our house! She was super communicative the whole time and we always felt like our pup was in really good hands. We absolutely love Sarah and David! They’ve stayed in our home and watched our senior dog twice now and we feel so lucky to have found them. Our dog has a lot of quirks and a specific routine, including medications that have to be given on schedule. He is also weary of new people, but Sarah and David’s experience and patience with dogs have helped him adjust to them quickly. They’ve been very reliable, communicative, and take great care of our home too. Both times we’ve come back our home has been clean and in great shape.
Elizabeth was a great pet sitter during my 5-day trip to Puerto Rico. She took EXCELLENT care of my two cats while I was away. Communication was great, followed instructions extremely well, and ran into 0 issues while I was away. Not to mention, the house was nice and clean just like I left it.
