“Jake loved staying with Kiyomi and we highly recommend her. She went above and beyond with bellyrubs and lots of attention to make sure he felt at ease while we were away. Communication was excellent as we received several photos per day of them going on walks or chilling at home. It was clear she wanted to make Jake feel as comfortable as possible from prioritizing his stairs to get on the bed to leaving one of our shirts out for him to lay on. She also offered to pick him up before our flight, which was a huge help! We will definitely be reaching back out next time we need someone to watch Jake. * I also wanted to note that our review here is a genuine 5 star review. I am pretty picky about who we leave Jake with and have left him with other sitters in LA in the past who had lots of 5 star ratings that I felt were not deserved but I had the opposite experience with Kiyomi who outperformed our expectations. Our dogs had a wonderful time at Margaret’s! We could tell from the amazing pictures she sent, and their calm and happy mood when we picked them up. They can be really difficult with new people but Margaret was totally unfazed. She clearly has a special way with dogs, and we would recommend her to anyone!
