“She's an amazing sitter and sent lots of pics and videos. It's easy to see how much love and care she puts into the pets she takes care of. I would definitely recommend her to watch the fur babies.”

“We booked Hilary last minute because our usual sitter became unavailable. We had a trip to Italy planned, and I was so stressed to leave Pebbles somewhere new while being out of the country, but HILARY WAS AMAZING!! We fell in love with the way she cared for Pebbles instantly. She had no problem with her feeding times, walks, crate needs, and even eye medication. She sent us SO MANY fun and cute pictures of Pebbles while we were out of the country that I felt super reassured. She was flexible with the pick up time (we know how LAX can be), and even willing to take an additional emergency contact while we were out of country. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for anyone kinder, more loving, or more communicative. I will definitely request her again, and I am so glad Pebbles found a temporary home there. Thank you for everything!”

“Our pup was comfortable with Irina, and that’s extremely important to us. We would recommend her to any pet parent who wants to ensure their pup feels at home!”

“Albina is a dream come true for anyone hoping to find a kind and considerate dog boarder. She was wonderful with my mom's dogs and they took right to her. I highly recommend Albina as a dog boarder!”

“Lisa was absolutely amazing with our puppy. She’s incredibly sweet, patient, and genuinely caring—you can tell she really loves what she does. She kept us updated with photos throughout the stay, which gave us so much peace of mind, and she was always super quick to respond whenever we missed him and wanted a check-in. It made the whole experience stress-free and honestly enjoyable. We’ll 100% be booking with her again!”

“Angelica and her family did a fantastic job watching our senior labradoodle for a few days. He gets so nervous being away from home that he usually doesn’t eat, but he was totally fine with Angelica. It seemed like he had a wonderful time. He’s totally wiped out like he played really hard! We’ll definitely be entrusting Angelica with his care in the future.”

“Margaret was great with our high energy pup. She was very attentive and kept him entertained with long walks and play dates around the neighborhood, keeping us up-to-date throughout his stay. I will definitely book her again.”

“Selien was amazing!!! She would send updates often with great pics of our fur baby!! Totally recommend her for your dog sitting needs!! I will definitely ask her to sit for Finn again!!”
“Janice was the best! She was so great witn Bear and gave so many updates and videos. It so reassuring to have someone like her and her family care for your pet.”

“Yulia has been so amazing to us and our little pup. She dedicated so much time getting to know Poppy, learning about her sleep, walk, and eating cycles. And she gave us so many updates and pictures while we were on our trip. Yulia was even very understanding when our flights got delayed and we were very late from our scheduled pick up. She was happy to accommodate this unforseen challenge and made us feel so relieved knowing Poppy was in good hands. Thank you, Yulia, for being such a great sitter and friend to Poppy!”

“I was super hesitant leaving anyone with my fur baby, but Steven made this process so easy. He constantly sent updates and pics and in all the pics my Mac looked so happy. I will definitely be booking with Steven again if needed. Highly recommend.”

“Julie and her mom were so sweet! They took really good care of my one senior dog and one adult dog. We had specific instructions for the senior dog and she did really well following them.”

“We needed to find a pet sitter for our dog, Pepi, for a month, a long time to be away. Pepi is a small terrier rescue who can be timid and has particular eating habits. She’s very calm and needs a low key environment. We spent much time reviewing sitters seeking a place where Pepi could live a similar lifestyle as she does at home. So lucky, we found Joyce! She has two small sweet dogs. After we met, I felt confident that Pepi would be in good hands along with good doggy company. During our trip, we received photos and videos daily, many times twice a day. I could see Pepi was happy and enjoyed the company of her two lovely dogs. The photos showed walks, Pepi eating well while enjoying the doggie company. She made friends. I could tell Pepi was happy and I made the right choice. I highly recommend Joyce. She provided excellent care. She shopped for additional food for Pepi’s diet and let me know she was doing well. When planning the next time away, I would not hesitate arranging my schedule first to be sure Joyce would be available to care for Pepi. Thank you, Joyce, for everything you did to make Pepi happy and comfortable. You’re the best! 🐕🥰”

“Zac was fantastic! It was our first time leaving our dog overnight and Zac made us feel great about it. Provided regular photo updates, which we really appreciated.”

“So helpful amazing keeping me updated throughout the day we met before and I felt really good about leaving my dog with David. He’s been great about my schedule changes and really being flexible to my needs.”

“We always feel comfortable knowing our pup is with Cathy. Love seeing all the pics and updates! Especially for long extended trips, it’s an added comfort. Thanks Cathy!”

“We had such a great experience with Adolfo! He took care of our two dogs, Ozzy (9) and Jessie (1), for a week while we were on vacation, and we couldn’t have asked for better care. He took them on walks, played with them, made sure they were fed, and even gave them their vitamins. Adolfo also kept us updated with pictures and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was such a relief knowing our dogs were happy, safe, and being well taken care of. We were able to truly enjoy our vacation knowing Ozzy and Jessie were in such a positive and caring place. We highly recommend Adolfo and would definitely trust him with our dogs again!”

“Cynthia was amazing! I’m very thankful with her for taking care of my dog for 17 days! My dog felt like at home. Cynthia loves dogs and has a very beautiful house where your best friend will feel more than comfortable.”

Therese was great with my anxious pup, Pluto, and he seemed to enjoy his time with the other dogs present. She kept me informed on how he was doing and sent several photos, which eased this nervous dog-mom’s mind. Therese was very accommodating and after Pluto’s initial separation anxiety, he was then calm with her the rest of the time. She also had a nice sized, fenced yard for the pups to explore and play in, which was a plus! When I picked him up he was calm and happy! I would definitely recommend Therese!

Margaret took our dog Pokey last minute and was a real life saver. Pokey has some quirks and Margaret did a great job of working with him. She was also really understanding when Pokey scratched up a rug and pillow. It was obvious that Pokey had a great time while staying with Margaret and we will definitely use her again. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing! Highly recommend!

Cecilia's communication was seamless and always super fast!! She sent photos and updates of our dog Carlton throughout our trip and responded quickly to any questions we had. She was also really flexible with us when it looked like our return flight was going to be delayed. We will definitely be rebooking with Cecilia!

We had a great experience with Amanda. Roxi stayed for four nights and five days and we really appreciated the excellent care she received. Communication was great throughout her stay with regular updates and photos that gave us peace of mind. Amanda kept us informed about how Roxi was eating, settling in and it was clear she was well cared for. I would definitely book Amanda again and I highly recommend her/
Our puppy Jaxon had the best time with Erika and her family. He was so well taken care of and Erika shared pictures and videos of Jaxon throughout his stay. Erika’s son adored our Jaxon and showed him so much love, which melted our hearts! We can’t wait to use Erika and her family again!

Julianne was so kind and accommodating of a last-minute schedule change. She responded very promptly and took good care of Buster while I was out of town. I really appreciate how much time she spent with him and how careful she was to keep him from overheating in the heatwave. Very reliable and easy to communicate with!

I had a great experience having my dog stay with Jenny while I was on vacation. My dog experienced some anxiety during the stay, but she handled everything with patience, kindness, and professionalism. She was very understanding and attentive to my dog’s needs, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. I truly appreciate the care she provided and would definitely recommend her to other pet parents.

We loved Amy!!! I was very worried about leaving our velcro dog mini poodle mix / maltipoo for 7 weeks. We looked at a bunch of options and none could assure us our baby girl would get all the cuddles she needed. Amy really delivered! Her dog, Niko, is so gentle and was just the right companion for our little feisty pup. Amy would send us regular pics and videos. She has a nice big backyard for the dogs to run and play. We really liked that she didn’t take on other dogs while caring for ours. She was also really patient with our dog’s unfortunate potty habits. She also got to know our dog’s normal behavior so that she alerted us right away when something seemed wrong, and was willing to take her to emergency right away. Our vacation was worry free because we could tell our baby girl was happy and was getting lots of attention and love. Thank you, Amy!

This was the first time using Rover and we couldn't have lucked out with a better pet sitter! Stephanie and RJ had us over for a meet & greet ahead of time to make sure Dezi fit in with their pack. That meant so much to us since it was our first time using the app. During the trip, they sent lots of photos and communicated every day. When we had an unexpected flight cancelation, they were so nice about us having to pick her up late. We were one meal short on her dog food because of the delay, and they even stopped by the store to pick some up. They truly treated Dezi like one of their own, and made us feel so at ease being away.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
