She’s very calm and needs a low key environment. We spent much time reviewing sitters seeking a place where Pepi could live a similar lifestyle as she does at home. So lucky, we found Joyce! She has two small sweet dogs. After we met, I felt confident that Pepi would be in good hands along with good doggy company. During our trip, we received photos and videos daily, many times twice a day. I could see Pepi was happy and enjoyed the company of her two lovely dogs. The photos showed walks, Pepi eating well while enjoying the doggie company. She made friends. I could tell Pepi was happy and I made the right choice. I highly recommend Joyce. She provided excellent care. She shopped for additional food for Pepi’s diet and let me know she was doing well. “Jing took such good care of our corgi!! She provided frequent updates and responded to our requests very promptly! Overall making the process very worry free. We also added a bath request for an additional fee, and she came home smelling cleaning and Jing even made sure she brush out all her knots!! Idk how she managed this because we tried and she isn’t the most cooperative when it comes to getting rid of her knots..major kudos to Jing!! We also noticed that she come happy, very well fed, and pretty exhausted probably from all the fun she’s had! Thank you Jing!! ❤️❤️❤️”

“Home looks secure with tall wooden fencing- nice for a larger dog. Shu Ting sent many photos everyday as updates. Was nice to see that our Dali was doing just fine while we were away. Shu Ting was also great in accommodating an extra night for us. We had originally talked about extending our stay and then cancelled before we left, then on our ‘last day’ we were able to extend our trip one more night and she was ok with taking care of our Dali another night last minute. Trey and Lola seemed to be fast friends and were "patrolling" the (gated) back yard together when I arrived to pick her up. They treated Lola like family and ensured that Lola got her AM/PM medications. They even sent her home with an adorable little report card that I hung up on the fridge because it sparks joy. She sent me multiple videos a day of her. My dog has to take five pills by mouth, and Cara handled it no problem. I highly recommend her.

If you are looking for a spectacular sitter, hire Steven! He went above and beyond for our pup, keeping us posted every step of the way with great photos. Our dog has separation anxiety, but Steven handled it flawlessly by dedicating lots of quality time to him and taking him on frequent daily walks. We couldn't have asked for better peace of mind. Amazing experience! My 2 dogs stayed with Jianlei for a few nights and I would definitely book another stay for them in the future. With a park right next door, my dogs were able to take frequent potty breaks and walks. Jianlei was very responsive and sent pictures/updates in the morning and evening which definitely helped with my peace of mind, especially since I have a senior dog. Eva is fantastic and went above and beyond as a sitter. I had a really early flight and planned to drop off Josie in the AM, but for everyone’s convenience Eva suggested bringing Josie over the night before, which was absolutely the right move. Julianne was always responsive, professional, and deeply patient and caring toward our dog. Cookie, our Beagle, stayed with her for nearly three weeks while we travelled out of the country.
