Natalia was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we met her, she was so warm, friendly, and welcoming, and I immediately felt comfortable leaving Avalon in her care. It was clear that she cared for Avalon just as I would, which gave me such peace of mind while I was away. She sent great updates, was incredibly flexible, and made the entire experience so easy. Most importantly, Avalon was happy, relaxed, and clearly very well loved! I couldn’t have asked for a better person to watch her. Our dogs loved it there. I don't think they knew that we were gone as they felt that they were on vacation. We would recommend him as they are very picky about strangers, but felt like they were at home. His father was thwere and instantly bonded with both dogs, If I ever have to Board my animals again, he is the first consideration.
