We had a wonderful experience. Shu Ting took great care of our dogs and cat while we were away, and we felt completely comfortable knowing they were in good hands. Our pets were happy and well cared for when we returned, and we really appreciated the updates and communication throughout their stay. I have been leaving my maltipoo Shiba to Adrianne, especially when I need to be away for 1 or 2 weeks or more. She's been taking good care of him like it's her own. Adrianne is also very flexible and accommodating to adjust the dates especially on the unexpected extension of the days. My worry was lessen to know that Shiba is in good hands.
Our dogs loved it there. I don't think they knew that we were gone as they felt that they were on vacation. We would recommend him as they are very picky about strangers, but felt like they were at home. His father was thwere and instantly bonded with both dogs, If I ever have to Board my animals again, he is the first consideration.
Amanda is amazing. I was anxious leaving our Goldie. 1st time someone at home not available to help but WE were all going to wedding. Red required medication which she did without any issues. He was happy staying with her and her dogs. He was allowed to be i doors with them and that made me happy as we have heat wave. She sent me pics everyday and kept me informed of him. She is the best.
Bingbing was amazing! Right from our initial meet and greet, I knew Frankie would be in great hands. She was warm, communicative, and kept me updated with tons of photos throughout his stay. I couldn’t be happier with Nugget’s stay! I especially appreciated that the home only had small dogs, since Nugget loves being around dogs her own size. She was cared for in a comfortable home environment, taken on walks, and clearly received plenty of attention and affection. The photos, videos, and regular updates gave me great peace of mind while I was away. It was wonderful to see how happy and relaxed Nugget looked throughout her stay. I feel very fortunate to have found such a caring and trustworthy place for her. I’ve found Nugget’s home away from home and will absolutely book again!
