Trey and Lola seemed to be fast friends and were "patrolling" the (gated) back yard together when I arrived to pick her up. They treated Lola like family and ensured that Lola got her AM/PM medications. They even sent her home with an adorable little report card that I hung up on the fridge because it sparks joy. “Jing took such good care of our corgi!! She provided frequent updates and responded to our requests very promptly! Overall making the process very worry free. We also added a bath request for an additional fee, and she came home smelling cleaning and Jing even made sure she brush out all her knots!! Idk how she managed this because we tried and she isn’t the most cooperative when it comes to getting rid of her knots..major kudos to Jing!! Julianne was always responsive, professional, and deeply patient and caring toward our dog. Cookie, our Beagle, stayed with her for nearly three weeks while we travelled out of the country. As a sitter and long term stay provider, Julianne kept us updated with photos, responded within minutes of our texts, and had such a warm, positive communication style with us. She was so loving to our dog that we will definitely work with her in the future - if only we had a another trip coming up soon - we would call her again right away! Liridona is the best! I was nervous leaving my anxious dog Potato to board at a sitters for the first time. She has been so communicative and supportive throughout the whole process with many pics, videos and updates sent consistently. Potato even had an untimely medical emergency while in her care (he tends to grow cysts that occasionally burst as he has a sensitive skin condition) she handled it so well and with a lot of care. She washed, and bandaged his wound while keeping me updated on his condition. 10/10 would highly recommend! Thank you!!!
It’s always been very hard for us to leave our dog, but Catherine and Albert have made it so much easier for us to travel without worry! They truly go above and beyond to make him feel like he’s just part of their family. Our dog loves playing in their amazing backyard and walking in their beautiful and safe neighborhood! They also put a lot of thought and time into making sure the pack is a good fit so everyone has fun and is comfortable! Beyond being wonderful and caring with him, they were so kind when our flight was delayed this past trip. They stepped in to watch him for an extra night without a second thought, which was such a huge relief during a stressful travel day.
