About: I’ve spent my whole life caring for animals, and most of my experience comes from my two senior dogs, Butterball and Millie. Growing up with them taught me hands-on skills such as administering eye drops, giving oral medications, and providing gentle senior care. Butterball is a notoriously picky eater, so I’ve become very comfortable helping picky eaters feel relaxed and confident during mealtime. In addition to dogs, I’ve fostered cats of all ages for the past four years, which has taught me how to meet their different developmental and medical needs. I currently have one cat, Beanie, who enjoys playtime, outdoor exploration on a harness, and plenty of cuddles, and I bring that same level of attention and patience to every cat I care for. I’d love the opportunity to meet your fur babies, get to know their personalities, and make sure they feel safe, loved, and well taken care of while you’re away. I am currently at pharmacy school and my schedule varies a bit from going to school at 9 am and ending latest by 3 pm. The schedule does change every few weeks but I will be sure to let you know prior! I also work every other weekend, but I will know my schedule about a month in advance and can plan around. I live in a pet friendly apartment complex with my cat, who spends most of his day lounging comfortably. In the evenings, I set up his toys for enrichment and dedicated playtime to keep him stimulated and happy. We also live near a duck pond, which is one of his favorite places to explore on a harness he loves watching (and sometimes trying to chase!) the ducks. When I’m caring for dogs, I walk them around the apartment complex or bring them to the duck pond for a calm morning or evening stroll. After our walks, I always wipe them down to keep them clean and comfortable before settling in for cuddles and downtime. Whether I’m in my home or yours, I prioritize creating a safe, clean, and relaxed environment where pets feel secure and cared for. I follow their routines closely, keep a close eye on their comfort, and make sure they get the love, structure, and enrichment they need.

About: For nearly two decades, my neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to care for their pets when they are away. I have extensive experience looking after dogs and cats of all ages and needs. Not only can I take your high-energy dog for a long walk or run, I will also slow things down to give your elderly pet the time and attention they need. I’m known for never refusing a belly rub and always loving your pets like my own. I am also happy to check up on aquarium dwellers (like my client who has goldfish!) I am a professional dancer and summer is the slow season, so I have flexible hours that can fit anyone’s busy day. I am available for daytime check-ins, walks, and daycare any day of the week. My schedule easily allows for pet pickups/drop offs and house sitting. I am home most of the day to keep your dog company. If I am out of the house it usually will only be for a couple hours and I have a very friendly dog who will comfort your dog in my absence. Because I am home most of the time, I can do exercise and potty breaks as frequently as you would like.

About: I've had many dogs growing up from a Chihuahua, Sharpei, Husky and now three of my own rescue mutts. Recently, I volunteered with a rescue in Agoura Hills bringing in dogs from Korea for a year, transporting them from LAX to an adoption center. Also, I have volunteered at the Pasadena Humane Society and North Central Shelter here in LA. Paying close attention to detail, I administered daily medication, fed a special diet (often cooking homemade meals) and had monthly vet visits for a senior dog all while taking care of my young toddler. Since I've been a full time mom, I have most weekdays free between school hours and some evenings. When I don't have to take my daughter to her weekly activities, I am also available weekends. I'm pretty flexible and could be available on short notice. I have 3 dogs who are all potty trained and do not need to be crated. I understand everybody has different needs and environments, which I am open to assisting. I strongly believe in mental and physical stimulation for pets and therefore can play with them, give toys, snuffle mats, fetch balls, go over basic commands and even give baths. Walks are ideal in their own neighborhood, or just letting them out in their yard if that's what they're use to. I am able to give treats, or food when needed and give medication. Most importantly, I want my pets to feel safe, given undivided attention, and loved.

About: We're a family of four dog lovers who often take care of our neighbor's dog (and cats). We have one indoor cat who thinks he is a dog and plays with dogs and another indoor cat who likes to hide. We used to have a dog before, so we know how to train dog and teach dog tricks. We also have flexible work schedule and will not leave the dog alone for long time and will follow special instructions to meet your needs. We're doing this for fun and extra financial income to support kids' education. We live in a townhouse with a small enclosed patio area, therefore we only take dogs who are used to living indoors and are potty trained, we're very close to the Garfield Park, so we frequent the park unless we're told not to do long walks. Why I love dog sitting always a dog lover. We used to have a pit bull-lab mix and we are good at training dogs. About my yard very small patio in the front, with gate. My experience administering medication with instructions, sure. I work at home part time, so I have the flexibility to keep dogs company. I live close to the park and generally takes long walks daily. It depends on different dogs' needs. I often follow owner's instruction and try to keep the staying as close to as the dog's original home condition.

About: I grew up with animals, have cat and dog sat for friends for years. I also have experience with fish, lizards, snakes, frogs, etc. I always send pictures and make sure the details are right! Also my name is Alex - Rover won't let me change it ; ) Hi! My name is Alex. I am a writer and filmmaker with a flexible schedule and often work from home. Happy to stop by once or to build a longer dynamic with your pet and create a routine. I always make sure they are comfortable and happy and engaged. How varies depending on the pet! But I like to take it slow and make sure they are comfortable with me and know me.

About: I have taken care of pets for the last 20 years. I have been a house dog sitter for two German shepherds. I have also taken care of a tiny dogs while’s I’ve done babysitting and house sitting while owners are away on trips. I ha a 13 year old Pommix (my first baby). He has 2 kitten sisters (5yrs and 3 months). I recently retired from teaching elementary school for 30 years and would love to spend more time caring for furbabies 🥰. About: I have had a family dog my entire life and take care of her while my parents are gone. I walk, feed, and play with her every day. I also have experience with puppies! Pet care is a natural part of my routine, throughout my childhood and now. Daily walks with my dog Lily are also a way that I relax in the morning and evenings and enjoy them as much as she does! About: I am great with cats and dogs who have special needs! I’ve done injections, inhaler, oral medicine, bladder and fecal expression. Happy to watch any animal! I have morning play time with my cat every day. I usually have one commitment per day any will be out of the house 3-4 hours on week days. Always scoop the litter before leaving. We usually hang out in the kitchen and I make lunch and give my cat his kibble. My home is indoors, no access to a yard. We have toys and a cat tower, there is room to run around. If your cat is accustomed to going on walks I can definitely take them, we live in a neighborhood that is great for walks.

About: I’ve been taking care of animals since I was a little one. Since having my own animals over the years, I’ve come to understand the type of care we pet parents need when trusting someone new with our furry family members. I have a big house with a fenced in yard and I’m always happy to help out in a last minute bind, something planned ahead, or even something on the regular. I have a very flexible work schedule allowing me to be available at any time of the day. I’m up with before the sun and love to take multiple walks a day. My cat and I hang out when she feels like it. There is nothing more important to me than your pet feeling loved and their safety. I have a fenced in yard and a 4 bedroom house. I do have a cat at home who is good with other animals, but she can have a separate area of the house of your fur baby isn’t into it. I’m happy to crate if that is your routine. My goal is for your pet to have as close to their normal routine as possible so they feel safe and happy.

About: Initially, I started dog sitting in 2017 for mostly my friends who were dog moms and dads. Slowly, (w/ permission of course), my clientele started to grow as my friends were recommending me to other folks they knew. It worked out well since I didn’t have my own pup though I had always wanted to have my own pup. I haven’t made the step to fully commit to a long term furry partner of my own so instead (at least for the time being), I’ve committed to taking care of your pup with the utmost care and consideration. I work part time so I’m available and usually at home for a large part of my week. When I am at work, I’m away from home for five hours only. One day out of the week, I work an eight hour shift. Outside of work, I love grocery shopping, going to the park, hiking, visiting friends, & hanging out w/ my partner. Your pup would be involved in all activities. :) I have a fenced yard that only I and my neighbor have access to. I also live a five minute walk to a dog and kid friendly neighborhood park. I would walk your pup 2-3 times daily. I love taking walks so your pup will definitely get some exercise. Play time is a must. I have puzzle toys, chew toys and squeaky toys for your pup to enjoy. Your pup is allowed to be on furniture and my bed (as long as they’ve had a bath) otherwise most do prefer their own bed and space. Food and water are replenished daily and medication is given if needed. Once its bed time, I make sure that your pup is close and comfortable.
