About: Your pet's comfort and happiness are my top priority, and I believe the best way to achieve that is by keeping things as familiar as possible. I stick closely to your pet's normal routine - feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any medications - so they feel safe and at ease whether you are home or away. I am reliable, attentive, and genuinely patient with all kinds of personalities. Whether your pup is high-energy and needs plenty of activity or is a more laid-back companion who just wants some quiet company, I adapt to whatever makes your pet feel most comfortable. I have a special place in my heart for senior dogs and understand the extra care and patience they require. From managing medications and limited mobility to providing gentle companionship and a calm environment, I am experienced in making older dogs feel comfortable, loved, and well looked after. Communication is something I take seriously. I know how much you love your pet, and I never want you to wonder how they are doing. You can count on regular updates and photos throughout the day so you always have peace of mind. Pet care fits naturally into my lifestyle. I am a freelancer who works from home with a flexible schedule, which means I am around the house throughout the day and can plan my entire routine around your pet's needs. When I am in your home, I follow your instructions carefully and treat your space and your pet with the utmost respect. My goal is simple - to make sure your furry family member feels loved, cared for, and right at home until you return. Pet care fits seamlessly into my daily routine. As a freelancer who works from home, I have the flexibility to structure my entire day around your pet's needs. Throughout the day I take regular breaks from work to check in, play, and spend quality time with any pets in my care. Your pet will never feel like an afterthought - they are always my priority. To give your pet the best possible care, I love learning as much about them as I can before we get started. Knowing their daily routine, energy level, feeding schedule, medications, and any special needs helps me make sure they feel right at home. I also like to understand their personality - how they interact with other dogs and people, any quirks or preferences, and what makes them feel safe and comfortable. The more I know about your pet, the better I can care for them the way you would
“Holly is excellent! My dog hasn't had a new walker for a long time, but Holly did such a great job with meeting my dog and making her comfortable. You can tell that Holly has had lots of experience with dogs - she is great with my pup, and gives thoughtful attention to things like how hot it is outside, the dog's behavior that day, etc. She is on-time and responsive. Highly recommend!”

About: Hi! I recently graduated from UCSB and have a very flexible schedule this summer before starting my full-time job. I’ve dog sat for family friends, and neighbors over the years and genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs. I’ve cared for a Maltese for several weeks, looked after a German Shepherd, and watched other small and medium-sized dogs. I’m comfortable following feeding schedules, going on walks, playing with dogs, and making sure they feel comfortable while their owners are away. I always try to provide the same level of care and attention they receive at home. I’m also happy to send photo updates so you can feel confident that your pet is in good hands. I have a very flexible schedule and can provide care throughout the day, which means your dog will get plenty of attention, playtime, walks, and companionship. I’m available on weekdays and weekends and can easily adjust to your dog’s normal routine. Since I’m home most of the day, I can make sure your pet feels comfortable, cared for, and never left alone for long periods of time. I live in a spacious townhouse with plenty of room for dogs to relax and move around comfortably. I also have a private porch where dogs can safely spend time outside and enjoy some fresh air. There is a coach outside for them to lay on. I understand that every dog has different needs and routines, so I always follow owner instructions carefully regarding feeding, walks, exercise, and any special care. My goal is to make your dog feel safe, comfortable, and at home while you’re away.
About: I’m reliable, attentive, and genuinely care about the animals I watch. I’ll treat your pets like they’re my own and make sure they’re safe and comfortable while in my care I have a senior dog of my own, so I’m very familiar with routines, medications, and taking things at an older pet’s pace. Over the years I’ve watched dogs, cats, turtles, birds, snakes, and just about anything else you can think of. I spent many years as a teacher, but recently made the decision to step into a slower pace of life. Now I’m available daily for pet visits or dogs walks. I love being able to give animals the calm, consistent attention they deserve. Right now I provide pet care (daily visits, walks etc) exclusively in my clients’ homes, allowing pets to stay comfortable in their familiar environment. I do not offer care in my own home.

“Mike is incredibly professional, friendly, and took such great care of our dog. He was focused on making sure he did everything according to our dog’s regular schedule, and he was very skilled at managing our dog (who can be a handful). I will definitely book Mike again and I recommend him as your next dog walker/sitter.”

“Amy is extremely attentive, detailed, and reliable. She responds in a timely manner and goes above and beyond with helping including washing bowls, refilling water, and turning on/off lights around the house without even being requested. Thank you!”

About: Hello, I'm Angelo! I've worked with pets since I was a child, and would love to help you free up valuable time while helping your pet get the care they deserve. I grew up with many animals and was responsible for their care, including regularly walking 4 dogs at once. As I became a teenager, I started working within my neighborhood walking the neighbors' dogs, and professionally worked as a dog walker entering college. Assisting people's animals helped put me through undergrad, and I'm excited to resume to help put me through graduate school. I've worked across the spectrum, from small dogs with big tempers to very large dogs full of energy, as well as puppies and elder dogs. I'm also very familiar with caring for cats/kittens, and even less traditional pets such as snakes, bearded dragons, leopard geckos, fish, shrimp, and even jumping spiders! As a bonus, I'm well versed in caring for house plants of different varieties. I hope this helps you feel at ease entrusting me with your pet's care. Thank you for your time and I look forward to working together. I am completely available this summer for daily dog-walking and sitting needs! This includes weekdays and weekends, from 8 am to 9 pm. If you're interested in a regular schedule, I'm happy to talk! I'm comfortable with new situations and environments, and can easily crate your dog if needed. I'm also familiar with many different leash/harness set ups. I likewise do strength training, so in the event a dog needs to be picked up, I have been trained in animal first aid carrying techniques and can do so even with larger dogs.

About: I have taken care of my neighbor's dogs for years. I also used to babysit a couple of years ago, so I am experienced in taking care of other living things. I am a high school graduate who will attend the University of Nevada, Reno, in the fall. At the moment, I don't have a job, so I have plenty of time to play and walk your dog! I have a fenced yard and a small to medium-sized dog. I chase her around the backyard multiple times a week, and I take her on walks every day.
About: four cats (10 years) with varying personalities and needs. Skilled in daily care, behavior management, grooming, training, and creating enriching environments tailored to each animal’s breed-specific traits and individual temperament. I’m currently searching for a job, anytime works. I would love to take care of animals as a job. I love animals pet care would fit perfectly into my routine! I prioritize safety, trust, and a calm, enriching environment whether caring for pets in my own home or a client’s home. With over 15 years of hands-on experience raising a Shih Tzu, an Akita, a Pomeranian (for 15 years), and four cats, I have developed reliable routines tailored to each animal’s breed, size, personality, and needs.
“We love Alejandro! He’s very good with our little baby bear Watson. He’s always on time and sends the best pictures which we appreciate since we miss our baby while we’re away. Thank you again Alejandro!”

“Jessica is incredible with our mid-large pit, Kaiya! She is a true professional, is extremely knowledgeable in dog behavior, and is excellent at handling Kaiya’s excitement on walks.”

I can see why Lijuan has so many great reviews. She is so sweet and communicative. My fiance and I got engagement photos done and Lijuan agreed to meet us at city hall last minute to walk coop and take him home so he could be in some of the photos at the beginning. She was so kind and flexible and she gave us a ton of photos and updates from the walk!

I can’t recommend Adrew enough. I hired him while I was recovering from surgery, and he consistently went above and beyond what I expected. He wasn’t just there to walk my dog; he showed genuine care for both Draco and me. He checked in several times to see how my recovery was going and even asked if there was anything else he could help with. That level of kindness and thoughtfulness is noticeable. What really stood out was how much effort Adrew put into getting to know Draco. He asked about his personality, routines, likes, and quirks so he could tailor his approach. It’s clear he wants to provide the best experience for every dog he works with. Draco is a 155-pound Cane Corso, and while he’s incredibly loving, he requires an experienced and confident handler. From day one, Adrew demonstrated exactly that. I never had to worry because it was obvious he knew how to handle large, powerful breeds while still treating Draco with patience and respect. He also kept me updated after every walk and shared thoughtful observations about Draco’s behavior and overall well-being. I appreciated how attentive and engaged he was, rather than just completing the walk and moving on. On top of all that, Adrew was always punctual, flexible whenever my schedule changed, professional, respectful, and easy to communicate with. It’s clear that he takes pride in what he does, and it shows in every interaction. If you’re looking for someone reliable and attentive who truly cares about the dogs he works with, I wholeheartedly recommend Adrew. I’ll absolutely be booking him again.

Holly has been an awesome caretaker for my 8 month old dog Asa. She is patient, attentive, and caring. Her Rover cards are incredibly helpful, and I can tell she is really focused on taking care of Asa, training him, and making sure he has a nice fulfilling mid-day walk. She is very knowledgeable in terms of training techniques and also values building a meaningful bond with Asa. Definitely would recommend her to care for your pup!

Sofia has not known Ollie that long. but he is very comfortable with her. She listens to his over anxious human (me) and she is attentive, conscientious. calm, and observant to his need for structure. . Its such a relief to have my boy in tbe hands of someone who respects his terrier nature and little big dog attitude. She will be a great doctor!
I have a large breed dog, and I really appreciate how Olga consistently gets Dudley out for at least a 1.5 mile walk (60 min) during each of her visits. It helps with his energy and anxiety to get solid walks in. We also have to pup proof the gate since he throws his body against it to get out. Olga understands this and has had to problem solve on the fly. We will continue to work with Olga as the summer approaches.

I was in need of a last minute dog walker and Angela truly saved the day. She was responsive, arrived on time, and was kind and communicative through out the process. She also sent photos which I appreciated. I appreciated her flexibility and reliability and would hire her again!
