About: I use positive reinforcement methodology with your loved ones while I Walk them or when I come check on them at your place. I accommodate your dog's need based on their personality, and characteristics. I think each dog is their own special being and it is important to explore their interests and potentials individually. For walking: during our walks, I do walks around your neighborhood, or take your dog to their favorite trail for a hike for more mental stimulation and physical activity. Paws will get wiped upon request. I like to return them clean and ready for a nap. Drop in visits: I check on your loved one in your own house while you have to be at work or can't show up for your little one. I provide playtime, walks, and I keep up with their training as requested. For instance, I do obedience exercises for mental stimulation. I am experienced with puppies, adults, seniors, and dogs with special need. Schedule a meetup for free! during our meetup session, I will ask about your dog's habits, what they love, what they are sensitive about, their triggers or a behavior I should know. I also check in about any food allergies as they will receive some delicious treats when they are with me! I am a freelance artist and my schedule is flexible. Spending time with dogs on my free time is rewarding and energizing, and I currently have a lot of free time! In my experience, dogs (Specially if they are nervous) do best when there is a routine. When I check on your dog, I start and end with certain activities, and I repeat them next time they see me, that way a sense of trust is getting built between us, because they already expect what is about to happen.

About: I grew up with dogs my entire life and since I don’t have any pets of my own right now, I’ve loved caring for other people’s pets over the years. With my girlfriend we have watched dogs of all breeds, ages, and temperaments over the years. From miniature daschunds to Rottweilers, Dobermans, German Sheperds, and Mastiff mixes, from puppies to seniors, to animals who required medication, I have experience with dogs with many different needs. I work remotely and have a very flexible working schedule so can give your pet all of the attention they may require. I work for myself doing freelance digital media and I work from home, which gives me a lot of flexibility in when I can walk and spend time with pets. I also have a mobile work station, and can work wherever. I rent a spacious house in Highland Park that has a fenced in front yard on a corner plot. I have three room mates, and one very mellow cat. I am less than a 10 minute walk from Arroyo Secco Park and Hermon Park.

Maintain the pet’s usual schedule for feeding, potty breaks and regular walks. I carefully follow the owner’s guidelines and pay close attention to the pet’s behavior and health.

About: I’ve had the pleasure of watching friends’ and family’s pets since I was in grade school! With a caregiving background I’m very good with fulfilling duties and communicating in a timely manner. However, my biggest joy in pet sitting is being able to make dogs and clients as happy as possible! I’m a high energy woman who loves to take walks for fresh air, loves to play with pets and have fun with them all! I’m currently working part time but it’s also quite flexible! As long as I’m updated within the week (sometimes less depending on circumstance) I’m able to choose my own schedule so that I have optimal time to play and car for your pets! I don’t have pets at the moment and I also don’t have a fenced yard, however there is a park nearby me if they’d like to take walks and play there and there are also plenty of dogs to say hello to when walking in the neighborhood! If you’d prefer them crated for whichever needs as well that is also something we can arrange as well!
