About: I live with my partner and our 13-year-old mini Poodle in a 1,000 sq. ft. home on a double lot in Highland Park, featuring a fully fenced and secure yard for dogs of all sizes. I am patient, energetic, and experienced with dogs of all personalities. Whether taking a walk, hiking, or relaxing at home, I stay calm in any situation, maintain clear boundaries, and provide attentive care. I do have a patio porch with 3 steps. If your dog needs help getting down the stairs I can pick them up to help them get uo & down. :)

About: Hello! In 2017 I met my first friendly street cat which sent me on a journey from “strict dog person” to “cat lady.” I have since adopted two cats, Bean and Raisin, and fostered more than a dozen adult cats and kittens. I also work closely with an organization doing TNR in my community--trapping neighborhood cats and spay/neutering them. I have a 2nd bedroom that I use as both my office and cat zone with toys if your cat needs his/her own space but am also a friendly home for a rambunctious cat. Bean is very passive and chill, while Raisin just wants to make friends and play. I’m a trusted cat mom and foster mom and will cuddle your fur babies just like you would if you were home with them! I know how important it is to a pet parent's peace of mind while away from their animal to know how they're doing so I always make sure I send pictures and regular updates. Please note that due to my cats, I only board other cats in my home—no dogs. And I only board one client at a time. Rover doesn't give the opportunity to specify this. I can do drop ins for other animals in your home no problem! I work from home and can occasionally have period of hiatus from work with lots of free time to dedicate to doing drop ins and being there for any boarding guests. I am very strict about indoors only for cats given my history with TNR. Also because I'm an experienced trapper, if somehow your cat escapes my care, I have the skills and equipment and knowledge to get them back for you. I don't leave boarding guests alone with my cats without supervision, even when sleeping, unless enough time has passed that I can trust them all together.

About: Initially, I started dog sitting in 2017 for mostly my friends who were dog moms and dads. Slowly, (w/ permission of course), my clientele started to grow as my friends were recommending me to other folks they knew. It worked out well since I didn’t have my own pup though I had always wanted to have my own pup. I haven’t made the step to fully commit to a long term furry partner of my own so instead (at least for the time being), I’ve committed to taking care of your pup with the utmost care and consideration. I work part time so I’m available and usually at home for a large part of my week. When I am at work, I’m away from home for five hours only. One day out of the week, I work an eight hour shift. Outside of work, I love grocery shopping, going to the park, hiking, visiting friends, & hanging out w/ my partner. Your pup would be involved in all activities. :) I have a fenced yard that only I and my neighbor have access to. I also live a five minute walk to a dog and kid friendly neighborhood park. I would walk your pup 2-3 times daily. I love taking walks so your pup will definitely get some exercise. Play time is a must. I have puzzle toys, chew toys and squeaky toys for your pup to enjoy. Your pup is allowed to be on furniture and my bed (as long as they’ve had a bath) otherwise most do prefer their own bed and space. Food and water are replenished daily and medication is given if needed. Once its bed time, I make sure that your pup is close and comfortable.

About: 3 years as kennel assistant, 10+ personal. Experienced with dogs, guinea pigs, cats, seniors, meds, and grooming. Calm, gentle, and reliable will make your fur baby so comfy they won't notice you were gone for long— I treat your pets like if they where my loved one! I have flexible availability for drop-ins, house sitting for long periods. Most of my time is spent caring for your fur baby making sure they are comfy in your absence. Pet care isn’t just a side job—it’s my calling. Your pets will get patient, loving attention every time I prioritize calm, safe environments for every pet I care for. In client homes, I follow all routines, feeding, and medication instructions with care and precision. I’m experienced with shy pets, seniors, and animals needing extra patience. You’ll receive regular photo updates and detailed check-ins. My goal is to make sure your pets feel secure, happy, and loved while you’re away.

About: Hey There! My name is Damian! I’m a 23 year old dog loving guy who is always excited to meet new and recurring dogs. I can handle almost any size dog with my experience of growing up with 20 chihuahuas and owning massive boxer’s and dogo aregentino’s. I love walking because it allows me to exercise with a companion who needs and enjoys the walk as much as I do. I have volunteered at the Human Society in Honolulu, Hawai’i, and have been an affiliate of multiple veterinarian clinics who’s clients are seeking a dog sitter. I love dogs with my whole being and the ability to meet and take care of these babies while getting paid doesn’t even sound like work. Hopefully you hire me, but if not, atleast you know about me. Thank you! I’m an actor with lots of free time. I’m currently working part time so I’ll have plenty of time to be with your pups! I have auditions about once a week and I bartend on the weekend but that’s about it. I try and provide them with the essentials if not already given to me. That varies from client to client. I make sure the dog is given enough attention but also enough space since I know they’re probably missing their owner.

About: I’ve been dog-sitting for 3 years, and honestly, I just really love dogs! 🐶 I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes and personalities, with most of my experience being with bigger dogs. I’ve looked after two Huskies at once, a Standard Poodle, Chihuahua, Pomeranian, and senior dogs. I grew up with a Lhasa Apso and was lucky enough to care for him myself during his senior years, so I understand how much extra patience, love, and attention older pups can need. I’m also very active and genuinely love going for walks. I average at least 10,000 steps a day, so if your dog loves a good walk, we’re probably going to be best friends! I’m very comfortable staying in other people’s homes and actually enjoy helping dogs stay in the environment they know and love. My goal is to keep your pup happy, comfortable, and on their normal routine while you’re away. I’ll give them plenty of attention, exercise, cuddles, and, of course, lots of love! I work part time remotely with lots of flexibility and can bring my laptop anywhere. I don’t not have a partner or children so I can dedicated the proper time to looking after your pet! I will ensure that gates and doors are locked. The dog is on leash whenever we leave and to avoid other dogs and people if necessary. I will stick to your wishes on how you want your pet looked after.
