“Minh has been an amazing dog walker for me and my pup. She's extremely punctual, super easy to communicate with, and my dog loves her—what more do you want? Don't hesitate to reach out to her if you're looking for someone for walks!”

“Tom and Sharanya were wonderful with our dog. You could tell that they really cared and paid attention to detail by the questions they asked us before taking kirra for her walks. They sent lots of photos and made sure to give us updates. I would definitely use them again for walking or watching our dog.”

“i would highly recommend lily for your dog walking services! my dog can get pretty anxious and protective with strangers in my home and lily is very patient and understanding, so my dog already feels more comfortable with lily entering my house and walking her around the neighborhood. she’s very communicative, responsive, and friendly! i’ll definitely continue to hire her to walk my house gremlin :))”

About: Experienced pet owner (3 dogs, 1 cat, currently own 1 dog) and dog fosterer between 2016-2018 for multiple organizations! I truly love animals and have experience with all sizes, energy levels and even fear based aggression. I administer meds to my dog daily and am extremely specific when it comes to my own dog's care, so I know what it means to be a client with high expectations! I love getting to know and develop bonds with animals and it has always been natural to me. I have a somewhat flexible remote schedule, with more availability on Fridays and Saturdays. Afternoons and evenings during the week work very well for me! I am likely unable to host your pet in my home, but will quite happily visit yours! I am very good about making a calm entrance and getting to each pet "on their level"
“Laura has been walking my dog weekly for almost a year, and we are so grateful to have her help. She's incredibly reliable, communicative, flexible, and most importantly, treats my senior pup with so much love & care. She's goes above and beyond: she sends photos, a short report after each walk, refills water bowls, makes sure the temperature is OK in the house — you name it. Laura is an essential part of our pup support community and anyone would be so lucky to have her take care of their pet. She loves animals SO much, and was made for this work!”

“Ryan has walked my senior dog, Lily, several times now. She is very patient with her as she wants to smell all the things and he’s able to handle her around other dogs even though she’s dog aggressive. I will continue using Ryan whenever I need help and I encourage you to use him as well.”

“Jacob is an amazing dog walker! He bonded immediately with my dog and has a phenomenally kind nature. My dog loves going on walks with him! He is also honest and reliable.”

About: I grew up with labs, rescue cats, and all kinds of animals, so caring for pets has always been a natural part of my life. My goal is to make sure your dog (or cat) feels comfortable and at ease, allowing their playful personality to shine. I’m punctual, reliable, and I spend extra time playing with pets and meeting their needs. I’ve cared for dozens of friends’ cats and dogs, staying overnight in their homes, boarding pets at mine, or simply stopping by for walks and playtime. I’d love to help keep your fur baby happy while you’re away. 🩷 I work remote as a running coach and have a flexible schedule to accommodate your pets’ needs! If I were house sitting I could work from your home so your pet would get plenty of attention throughout the day. I offer house sitting, drop-in visits and dog walking. When I first meet your dog (or cat) I will let them sniff me and approach me at their own pace. I kneel down to their level and am super patient with the greeting process. If your pet is excitable I will be too! I can match their energy and make sure they feel comfortable and at ease. I also make sure to keep the environment peaceful and quiet, no loud music or noises. Sometimes I’ll sing to them to soothe them. 😂☺️

About: I’ve loved and been around dogs my entire life, growing up in a home where they were part of the family. While I don’t currently have a dog of my own, I absolutely love spending time with them and making sure they feel comfortable, safe, and cared for. I regularly dog sit for friends, helping with feeding, walks, playtime, and keeping dogs company while their owners are away. Through this, I’ve become comfortable with different personalities, from energetic pups to more relaxed, older dogs. I’m attentive, patient, and reliable, and I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet. I look forward to the joy of getting to know your dog! I'm currently in school remotely, so I'll have plenty of time to play with your pups! I am available for boarding on weekdays and some weekends. I live in a house with a fully fenced yard, so dogs have a secure space to play and get fresh air. Inside, the environment is calm, clean, and dog-friendly, giving them a place to relax and feel at home. I always make sure doors and gates are secure, and I pay close attention during walks and outdoor time. I'll make sure to follow your routines for feeding schedules, walks, or any specific instructions you provide, and I’m happy to provide updates and photos while you’re away.

About: I've had many different types of pets in the past, including a pocket quail!!! Playtime is my favorite time, and getting to care for someone else's pet as if it were my own is my pride. I recently moved back to Los Angeles after living in Las Vegas for 5 years. Currently, I am available every day of the week, including weekends. You have a specific time and day I am most likely available. I love going on long walks around the neighborhood, so that will never be a problem. I take care of every animal as if it were my own. No task is too small or big.
“Carly is a life saver. She showed my pup so much love and care and went above and beyond the walk. She played with Guni and made sure he ate food even though he was hesitant at first. She also took so many great photos and videos for updates. 10/10 would recommend! ❤️”

“Marketta was great with my 2 large boys! They always came back from their walks tired and happy! They tend to pull a bit and Marketta handled that with ease! Will definitely book with her in the future!”

“I had the pleasure of having Carmela as my dog walker while I was away for a week, and I couldn't be more grateful for her help. Not only was she incredibly kind and accommodating, but she also went above and beyond to make sure my shy dog, Lucky, felt comfortable and safe in her care. Carmela's patience and gentle approach with Lucky truly impressed me, and I could see how much he enjoyed his walks with her. I highly recommend Carmela to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog walker. Thank you, Carmela, for taking such great care of Lucky!”

“Sarah was super wonderful at talking care and walking sammy. My dog can be very hesitant with new people, but Sarah was patient and knew exactly what to do. My dog seemed more content and excited after her walks and it took alot of pressure off of my worrying while at work. Definitely recommend!”

About: Throughout my life I have had pets of my own of many varieties. Through the years, since I was 9/10 years old I have cared for dogs, cats, Guinea pigs, rabbits, birds, fish, you name it! I love spending quality time with animals. I'm used to feeding and walking schedules, even giving oral medications, and of course lots of love. I have been working with other people’s animals for many years on and off, overnight, drop-ins, walking, feeding, etc. I love bonding with them and keeping them company. Much of the work I do is on my own schedule or from home so I have flexible availability to schedule around caring for the fur babies! At this time I am not offering services out of my own home. This is not something I am able to provide right now unfortunately.
About: Hi pet parents!! I grew up with a large variety of lovely pets growing up and have missed having them. As an adult, I've helped take care of cats and dogs at home and with roommates and partners, which I loved doing. Recently I've had no one around me with pets I can take care of, so I'm joining Rover to help the dogs and cats of my community. Since this is a new profile, I've set extra-low rates to build up a clientele. I'm looking forward to meeting your fur babies!!
About: Hi! I have over 20 years of experience in dog/cat care and house sitting. I'm happy to walk your dog, play with your cat, and give your pets the attention they need! I look forward to hearing from you and learning about your pet(s) :) My work schedule is very flexible and I'm not tied to a desk. I can almost definitely find a way to work with your needs I can't currently offer petsitting in my own home, but I'm comfortable with house sits. Usually I think this is easier since your pets aren't moving around.
Echo Park dog parents share their Rover experiences
Lily was absolutely wonderful! She was so kind, and my pup immediately took to her. She was very communicative, flexible with scheduling, and made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. I felt 100% confident having my pup in her care. I’ll definitely be booking with her again!

I had a great experience with Mariajose. She took Coco out for a 30-minute walk while I was at a family gathering, and I could tell Coco really enjoyed their time together. Mariajose was kind, reliable, and kept me informed, which I really appreciated. It gave me peace of mind knowing Coco was getting some exercise in my absence. I would definitely recommend Mariajose to anyone looking for a caring and dependable dog walker, even for a one-time service.

Lillian did an amazing job with my dog Mango! Mango can get scared and bark at new people in her home but Lillian was super patient and understanding. I could clearly tell she has a lot of experience working with dogs and is an animal lover. I’ll definitely be reaching out to her again for future dog walking services!
