Safety, trust & environment
All pet care will be in the pet owner’s residence. NONE will be at my own home, as I do not provide boarding services. Please let me know if your cats are indoor only, or outdoor if supervised, or free to come and go as they please. And for those clients with key pad access, make sure there is a back up way to gain access in case the battery dies (it’s happened!) such as a spare key in a lock box or with a readily accessible neighbor or relative. And let me know if I have no expectation of privacy. I totally understand wanting to check in on your pets while away, (it’s just awesome that we can!) but on that note, having pets myself, I am in the habit of never closing doors, as the cats always want access at all times. Just let me know if I should close doors while visiting! :-)
Information Sarah C. would like to know about your pet
Any injuries or concerns I should know about in advance— arthritis in the knees or hips on a certain side, not able to take stairs on bad days, or if unspayed and possibly in heat or menstruating. I just have it that a pet should not be bleeding on a regular basis— that it’s cause for concern!
A typical day
Besides around the block, we will go to the nearest dog-friendly available park. I go the pace the dog sets, and the direction they prefer (when traffic and signals allow). I always talk and motion options, and once we are comfortable with one another, I usually start making up songs specific to your dog!

Let Me Care for Yours Like My Own
Pet care experience
Have lived all my life with pets, always cats and frequently dogs. I have even adopted other people's dogs when their living situations didn't allow for it. That's how I fell in love with pit bulls, such great family dogs, because I adopted a stranger's ABT and then that stranger became my roommate to live with her dog again. I have lived and cared for lab mixes, German Shephards, Dobermans. I even used to live with a Great Pyrenees show dog (until she accidentally got pregnant.) I am patient and kind to animals and know the easiest way to get to know them is just to be with them. They love us so unconditionally, as I will them. I look forward to caring for your loved ones.
Reviews

Great communication, very understanding of scheduling, great vibes for shy kitties! Will book again :)

SARA is an amazing dog walker. She dealt with our dog not wanting to walk and got him out of the house having a blast. Could not recommend her more for any pet sitting or dog walking needs. She’s a great bright amazing person with wonderful energy and an ability to communicate with animals unlike anybody else on this app, she’s the best.

Sarah was kind, patient, and ready to pivot with our cat about town! Thank you Sarah for taking such great care with Chiaro on his walks and with his meals. He clearly had a great time with you!

Always provides great updates and very flexible.
