About: Hi, my name is Sophie! I’ve been caring for dogs since I was eight years old, working with small and large breeds of all ages — from playful puppies to calm seniors. I’ve successfully handled untrained dogs and sick dogs as well. I am capable of following dietary guidelines and physical requirements your pet might require. I’m great at reading their moods and energy, so they always feel safe and comfortable. Animals truly are my safe place and I promise to provide the up most care and attention to your furry friend. I’m currently in LA with a completely open summer schedule, so I can give your pet my full attention whenever you need me. I’m completely available Monday through Saturday with flexible times. I’m not working this summer, so I can easily help with walks and drop-in visits around your schedule. I care for pets in your home so they stay in their familiar environment. For walks and check-ins I’ll come to you, keep your place exactly how I found it, and send updates and photos every visit so you always know your dog is safe and happy.
“Alyssa was incredible!! She was very very communicative, asked a lot of great questions to make sure my Bowie got the best care possible. She was always right on time for her walks with him. I felt very very safe leaving my Bowie in her care. I would 1000% use her again”

“Javier rules. He’s walked my dog a ton and always does a great job. Good communication and very reliable (especially with my sporadic walking requests). Sends great pics and walk cards too!”

“Jacqueline is amazing! Our dog is a quirky little shy guy who doesn't warm up instantly but we could tell from the photos and videos she sent during the walk that he warmed to her. We felt completely at ease that she was taking care of him. We are so glad we found Jacqueline!”

“Thank goodness for Kendi! A weight is lifted off my shoulders knowing I have someone so reliable to care for my dog! She responds quickly and gets the jobs done no problem!”

“Sarah took great care of my dog and cat - it's so nice to be able to go away and know that they will be fine. I also appreciated Sarah's kind patience with a last-minute change of plans. Many thanks!”

“Nami enjoyed playing and a short walk on a rainy day! Alexis took the time to accommodate a meet and greet beforehand . Nami barks at strangers so this really helped her be ready for her walk as soon as Alexis arrived.”

About: I have taken care of dogs from 5 lbs up to 92 lbs. All dogs have big hearts! I currently have a senior special needs dog, so being attentive is natural. I will always ask for allergies or special needs your pet may have. I am currently working from home, so I will have plenty of time to play with your pups! I am currently available 6 days a week. I have a senior dog that can provide company for your dog. Small or long walks are fine. I can also crate a dog, if needed.
About: I've worked with or had pets of my own for years and I've gone through training for my fearful reactive dog so I know each per deserves personalized care! Puzzle toys? Long walks? Cuddles? No cuddles? All good here. I work part time currently so it's best we figure out beforehand if I can meet your pets needs! Typically on a workday I'd be unable to stop by for 8 hours out of the day. Let me know if they need more care please! I can accommodate whatever you need, let's discuss! I'm pretty active but I'm also a fairly quiet person when the occasion calls for it, so I guess I'm adaptable! I can't host other pets currently.
“Justine was great! My pups are usually pretty skiddish but they got comfortable with her pretty quickly which put me at ease. She was very patient with my high anxiety pup and had no problem walking with her. I'm looking forward to booking her again!”

“I have a very energetic 5 year old. Many people think shes still a pup. Sean has the ability and energy to walk/jog with libby! Its terrific for me because libby always has a great walk <3 thanks Sean!”

“First time using Rover and we couldn’t be more happy with our walking duo of Oliver and Wen Chun! They were super communicative throughout the entire process and took so many photos which we really appreciated. We will absolutely be rebooking!”

“Megan walks our 6 year old little terrier mix, Poppy. Megan is very patient with our nervous pup. She takes her time and makes sure Poppy is feeling safe. We really appreciate the extra effort Megan made getting to know Poppy before her first walk. She walks Poppy twice a week and we are so happy to have her help. We know our pup is in good hands!”

About: I'm a lifelong animal lover who grew up with a small menagerie of pets. I also took care of my neighbors' dogs when they traveled. When I was 13, I started volunteering at my local animal shelter, where I learned how to handle cats and dogs with different levels of socialization. As an adult, I adopted a dog with severe separation anxiety and later managed his other health issues as a senior. I also rescued a feral kitten from the street and then foster failed with another kitten. So if your pet is a rescue and/or nervous around strangers, I will be sure to treat them with extra patience and care. I have a fairly flexible schedule at the moment, so I'm available for both one-time and recurring care for your pets. I would love to make their care part of my routine! It is important that your pet feels safe and like their routine is minimally interrupted while in my care. While I may be a new face, I will be sure to stick to your instructions regarding their routine.

“Michael was very easy to work with, seemed very personable, and most importantly- libby appears to have enjoyed his company 😊 Michael was very professional - communicating with me beforehand to see if libby had any special needs or preferences. He arrived a couple of minutes early and they went on an hour walk. I would definitely use Michael’s services again.”

Ryan is wonderful! Before and during his visits, he was great about communication. He offered to have a meet-n-greet, before we booked, and he truly understands the needs of senior pets. We will definitely be working with Ryan for both of our pets, as long as he's in the biz!

Michelle was the best thing for rookie, she made sure to help him feel comfortable and confident around other dogs as he has gotten so much better with reactivity. She updated me on how he was progressing and made me feel comfortable leaving him in her care :) 10/10 would recommend !!
April was great to work with. She made everything easy, kept us updated with regular messages and photos, and clearly took great care of our dog. I felt completely comfortable knowing everything was handled, and it was obvious she’s both professional and genuinely cares. Would absolutely book her again.

Very impressed! My Doberman Pharoah is not easy to walk because he has very high energy. Tizoc had my dog healing during their walk as they returned. He had him totally under control. Beyond happy with Tizoc’s services. Will definitely be using him again! Highly recommend for larger High energy dog breeds.

I couldn’t be more thankful to have found Tamar as our new dog walker! It was my first time using Rover, as my pup Lainey is quite shy at first, and takes a bit of time to warm up to new people. However, Tamar immediately put her at ease with her patience and kindness. By the end of their first walk, Lainey had found a new best friend. It’s so rare for Laines to get comfy so quickly! We had fantastic communication from the start, which put me at ease as well. Tamar is a reliable, friendly, thoughtful, and overall fantastic person to have taking care of any pet! I’m so glad Lainey is so happy when they’re hanging out, and I have someone trustworthy I can turn to when I need extra help.

Ryan was an excellent dog sitter! He was kind, friendly, and very attentive to my dog’s needs. From the beginning, he was easy to communicate with and made me feel comfortable leaving my pet in his care. Ryan clearly enjoys working with animals and treated my dog with patience and care. I really appreciated his reliability and positive attitude. It gave me peace of mind knowing my dog was in good hands. I would definitely recommend Ryan to anyone looking for a trustworthy and friendly dog sitter.

All my reactive dog parents can understand how truly impossible it can feel at times to find someone who is comfortable handling an anxious and sometimes explosive dog. And because of this, I only let a few close family members handle my dog. But that wasn’t an option when I got sick…so thank god for Mandy! We did a meet and greet at our local park and they took the time to get to know Ludo, his triggers and temperament, and was incredibly respectful of our positive reinforcement training. They truly have a gift for animals and I cannot thank them enough for taking good care of my guy. So if you have a reactive dog and need someone you can trust to show up with compassion, patience, and professionalism…choose Mandy!

Eva is the consummate professional. She is reliable, communicative, and truly wonderful with both people and dogs. From the start, we felt completely at ease knowing our dog was in such capable hands. We’ve absolutely found our go-to dog expert and will be booking with her again!
