Patient and caring dog walker and pet sitter with 10+ years of experience with various dog breeds (incl. large and high-energy dogs). I'm conveniently located near Griffith Park and love taking an eager dog on an energy-expending hike or game of fetch at the dog park but I'm also happy to take a slow stroll with a senior or just spend some quality time with a furry friend. Please let me know as many details about your pet as possible so that I can provide the best service for both of you! I've cared for a handful of wannabe Houdinis over the years and successfully foiled every escape attempt. I use extreme caution when coming and going to ensure the safety and security of your home and beloved pets. Having lived in the Rancho area for almost 10 years now, I'm accustomed to navigating encounters with horses, goats, ducks, off-leash dogs, coyotes, skunks, and all manner of creatures big and small while out on walks. My own dog was extremely fearful and reactive when I first got her so I'm extra mindful of my surroundings when out with any dog and strive to make every experience safe and worry-free.

We were so lucky to find Sarah to watch our challenging dog. She approached our meet and greet with patience and gave our dog the opportunity to show how sweet he could be with a few test drop ins to try each other out. We then left them alone for a weekend and were thrilled to hear that everything went well and got amazing and funny pictures out of it. Great communicator and very thoughtful!

Schedule
I have an extremely flexible work from home job that allows me to make your pet a priority. Nights and evenings are a-ok and I always have time during the normal M-F work week.
