Tracy was very respectful of our space too, which has an overwhelming amount of specialized gear. We returned home to very happy, comfortable cats, who wanted to cuddle immediately, something which never has happened with sitters that we've had before. I have been raised with pets my entire life (dogs, cats, monkey's, rabbit's etc.) As a teenager, my first job was working at a pet store, and in my early 20's I worked as a veterinary assistant for 5 years. To my family, pets ARE part of the family, so it's no surprise that I am a pet sitter. Even when I was a child, I would always bring home stray's, which we would end up adopting. With me, your fur baby will get TONS of attention, cuddles, scratches and play time depending on their energy and personality. Your dog’s comfort and enjoyment is my #1 priority. My job is to make sure that you have peace of mind knowing that your pets are safe, comfortable, well-cared for and loved. She kept my plants alive, which isn’t easy in LA in the Summer. Heather understood and followed the (fairly complex) instructions I left about all my pets’ medication and preferences. She was responsive to my messages while I was out of town. When I returned home, my house was just as tidy as I left it, and Heather also gave me a helpful handoff message about the pets and laundry.
Victoria was absolutely wonderful! We had a scary situation where our rescue pup managed to open a window, push out the screen and jump from a two-story height! Victoria handled the whole situation quickly and efficiently (calling us immediately, using the air tag to locate our girl and taking her to the animal hospital for evaluation, and transferring her to another facility for treatment). Thank you so much, Victoria, for handling such a very difficult situation, and being flexible through the whole process. No one could have predicted our pup’s ability to open a window! We knew Maple was in good hands with you!
This was our first time leaving our 16 week old puppy Biggie and Ninon did an excellent job of taking care of him while we were away for the weekend. She’s very communicative and sent lots of texts and pics. She’s took Biggie on local adventures which we appreciated as we want to socialize him as much as possible. We have already rebooked her for an upcoming vacation.
Dee was truly amazing! I swear he might actually be a dog whisperer. My dog Blossom absolutely loved him and was so happy and comfortable with him. He was incredibly communicative while I was away, and I felt completely comfortable and assured the entire time knowing my dog and my home were in such good hands. He sent thoughtful updates, was attentive to everything, and clearly cared about making sure Blossom was happy and well taken care of. Dominique took great care of our dog and our home while we were away. We’re always a little nervous the first time our dog meets a sitter because she can be shy at first, and she’s reactive with other dogs, so it takes a calm and confident dog lover to make us all feel at ease. Dominique is fantastic! Kona felt comfortable with her very quickly. She asked great questions when we first met, making sure she understood Kona’s personality and routine. She sent us adorable updates throughout the stay, and we came home to a clean, tidy house and a happy dog. 10/10 recommend!
