Availability Note: I currently work a 8:30–5 schedule outside the home, but I’m still happy to support pets who are comfortable being alone during the day. I prioritize getting to your home promptly after-work , consistency, and quality care when I’m with your pet. I’m always happy to discuss routines to make sure it’s a great fit for everyone.

The first day of meeting a new pet is to gain their trust. This may take more time and patience (which I have) depending on the pet. Each pet/breed has a different set of needs. I ask owners to give me any important or useful details that may assist me in this process. (Ex: scared of loud noises, pulls on leash, etc.). SOMETHING THAT SETS ME APART: You will never see me with HEADPHONES ON while walking your pup. I want to ensure that your furry baby is set up for success and for me that include being aware of my surroundings, which includes sound. Example: One of the pups I care for is leash reactive towards other dogs, so during our walks me seeing OR hearing other dogs before he did helped me set us BOTH up for success. I could either put him into a sit command and praise him with a treat or I could safely cross the street with him. 🦮🚶🏻♀️❤️
Information Yessica F. would like to know about your pet
Below is what I always want to know about your pet: - House rules that they are NOT suppose to break - Any Medications - What is the longest walk they have been on - Behaviors that you are working on - How are they with other Dogs and other animals - How are they with meeting NEW people - Any animals (including neighbor pets) that I need to be aware of. - Vet information - Emergency Vet Info - Emergency Contact in the Area
A typical day
I love to take dogs on long walks depending on the pets stamina, this include hiking! I hike frequently and know various trails in the Glendale, Pasadena, and Los Angeles area that meet most dogs needs. If the weather is too warm, I ensure that your per still gets out when it is safe and cool for them and I will focus more on letting them sniff to stimulate and tire their brain out. If your dog is friendly with other dogs I can also organize a play date with my Furry Niece Bella. if your dogs loves water this could include some supervised pool time. Either of these activities ONLY happen when APPROVED by YOU and Bella's parents.

Reviews
Yessica is incredible! She was more than I could have hoped for. Will definitely use her in the future.

My dog clearly missed Yessica and she saved my bacon during a tough work week. Thank you for always taking care of my favorite boy!!

Yessica was an excellent house/dog sitter for our two little doggies who can get anxious and do best when they get to stay at the house. She gave great two-to-three times a day updates along with pictures and videos - showing how happy and relaxed the dogs were with her! Yessica was very respectful of our house and left everything in pristine condition. This was our first time using her, but we will definitely be using her again for our overnight trips.

Yessica is great! Takes amazing care of Gnocchi & gives him plenty of outings! Also, always leave our house in pristine condition! She sends lots of updates and photos, which I love!
