“There aren’t enough stars in the universe for Lauren! My cat 12 year old Merl started having some health issues a few days before a long planned two week trip to Korea. For a variety of reasons I couldn’t cancel so I booked Lauren to keep an eye on Merl’s progress and keep him company. Neither of us had any idea he would deteriorate at a very rapid pace. Ten days into my trip Merl had to be put to sleep. As you can imagine this was heartbreaking and incredibly hard for me but I also felt bad for Lauren. This was not what she signed up for! But she handled everything with care and compassion. I obviously wish I could have been there for my buddy but since I couldn’t I don’t think I could have asked for a better substitute than Lauren.”

Ashley is communicative, punctual and kind. Sophie, my senior dog is tough to care for because she is very attached to her family. It takes a while, even several visits for Sophie to warm up to new people. She’ll bark, howl, and cry until our return. But Ashley was compassionate and kind to her, and we really appreciate her for that. We look forward Ashley caring for Sophie again.
Hayley did a great job with my two big fluffy dogs! It was the first time I have gone away in four years because I didn't have someone I was comfortable with watching my dogs Beau and Malibu.
