“I am so thankful that I chose Keely! This is my first time using Rover; I was worried as I have never left Oscar with anyone but my family. And he gets very anxious around other people. But my kids wanted to go to Universal Studios, and my brother, who usually watches Oscar, was also out of town. Keely was very helpful right from the start! She immediately asked about Oscar and gave me options about how I could feel comfortable leaving him with her. On the day of drop off, she met my family and let us meet Lumiere. When we left, she immediately updated us and sent videos and photos of Oscar! She took care of him and paid attention to our instructions. “Amazing care for our two pups!! Elena was super responsive and understanding, even for our last-minute request. We needed doggy day care while we visited Universal Studios, as our hotel didn’t allow dogs to be left unattended in the room. We road-tripped down from Seattle (with our 2 dogs & 2 kiddos) and camped along the way, which left us a little frazzled and haggard... Elena was very empathetic and caring, despite my lack of proper research, planning, and punctuality.. lol Probably should’ve looked into things a bit more in-depth about the hotel pet policy beforehand, but I am incredibly grateful that Elena was able to take the pups while we visited the parks for a couple days. She was very tolerant, observant, and nurturing with our two pets, and I think they had a great time… even though they aren’t the best-trained dogs. We have a 4-year-old sassy chihuahua-heeler mix, and a 1.25-year-old Malinois-cattle dog mix. They are sweet girls, but have a strange dynamic. Elena took them in stride and handled them with care, as if they were her own. 10/10!! Couldn’t have asked for a better pet-sitter in our time of need. Thank you so much, Elena!!”

About: I've been around animals and helping care for them from a young age, so taking care of pets has always been a natural part of my life. I grew up with a variety of dogs, including Chocolate Labrador Retrievers, Shiba Inus, Huskies, and Chihuahuas, so I'm comfortable with dogs of all different sizes, breeds, and personalities! Truly the calmest he’s ever been at a pickup from anywhere! They provided great updates and pictures throughout the stay, and were very supportive and flexible when we had some last minute changes around drop off / pick up times. “Best boarding experience my pup has ever had! He’s not exactly the easiest boy to handle given how energetic he is, but after our initial meet and greet with Ashlee I had 0 concerns. She told me about the dog rescue organization she created so she definitely will give your pup the care and attention they need. She also took my dog on pack walks and long hikes around Runyon Canyon! She has so much space on her fenced off property and the sweetest dogs of her own that all played well with my pup and helped keep him busy! I genuinely believe he had a better time than I did while I was away. He came home cuddly and so tired so I know he had a blast! Would recommend her to all of my friends and everyone else reading this”

“I cannot recommend Donghae enough!! This was my first extended trip leaving my pup, Milo, with someone outside of my family and was very anxious about being away. While my corgi is incredibly sweet, he can also be challenging to manage and not always easy to read in terms of his body language. However, Donghae approached Milo with remarkable patience and attentiveness and I was genuinely surprised to see Milo open up to a stranger in such a short period of time. What I especially appreciated were Donghae’s thoughtful daily updates. He kept me consistently informed with detailed reports on how Milo spent his day, along with plenty of photos that gave me a peace of mind and was able to tell that he was having a good time (too much fun)… Thank you again!!!”
“My dog king spent his first time with a sitter for a week with Angelique — and I am very happy he did. Our meet and greet went well a couple weeks prior to my trip. And the actual stay with her was wonderful. The pictures I received helped me know he was in good hands. At this time I plan to have king stay with her again when I travel again later this year.”
