She tried to open it & thought she was the one who broke it, so she sent me a picture apologizing. I assured her that she was NOT responsible for the broken shutter- that had happened a long time ago, but I was so impressed with her honesty for letting me know. That shows true character! Our dog was happy and as healthy as a very aging senior can be when we returned. I felt like Noemi took really good care of our sweet boy. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Noemi again!! Training & Enrichment: I enjoy keeping pets mentally engaged through positive reinforcement, interactive play, and enrichment activities that match their personality and energy level. Whether we're practicing simple cues, playing a favorite game, exploring something new, or simply enjoying quality one-on-one time, I love creating positive experiences that help pets feel happy, engaged, and confident. Every pet has their own personality, quirks, and routines, and getting to know those little things is honestly one of my favorite parts of this work. My goal is always to make your pet feel safe, loved, and excited to see me each time we meet. My schedule is currently very flexible, which allows me to provide dependable care throughout the week. While Fridays and Saturdays may fill up more quickly due to existing commitments, I always do my best to accommodate new requests whenever possible. About: I've had pets all my life. I've had dogs, cats, fish, and turtles. I've also cared for hamsters, rabbits, and guinea pigs before. About: Welcome to Sung & So Pet Care! Our family, including our beloved Cocker Spaniel Sunny, provides a cage-free, loving home for dogs. With over 4 years of experience caring for various breeds, we follow each dog’s routine closely and ensure every pet gets plenty of walks, playtime, and attention, just like Sunny enjoys every day. I stay at home every day, making food and taking care of the dogs. My husband goes to work every day and my son goes to school in the morning and goes home to do other activities. On his free time, he usually plays games or plays with the dogs. I care for pets in a safe, calm, and loving environment where they are treated like family. In my home, dogs stay in a cage-free space and are supervised throughout the day. I follow each pet’s regular routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and rest. I also reinforce basic manners and leash etiquette during walks. Upon request, I provide homemade meals or treats once a day in addition to their regular food, and for long-term stays, I offer bathing services. To ensure a healthy environment, all pets must be up to date on vaccinations, spayed or neutered, and on regular flea prevention. I require advance booking and strongly recommend a meet-and-greet visit before care begins so pets can feel comfortable and adjust well.
