Clare is and has always been special. We are repeat clients of hers and have come to expect her excellent communication, attention to detail, and love for our pets. Our most recent trip took our love and appreciation for Clare to another level. Two out of our three pets were sick, one had to go to the emergency vet, and there were some complicated care instructions. Clare showed us and our boys such compassion, diving right in to take care of every last thing and then some. I can’t really put into words what it meant to us, so I’ll just say that Clare is incredible, I trust her implicitly, and your pets would be lucky to get time under her care.
Valentin was incredible! He took such wonderful care of my puppy, was always easy to reach, and sent the most thoughtful video recaps throughout the stay. I felt completely at ease knowing my puppy was in such great hands. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better sitter!
FANTASTIC! I worked Rover myself but this was the first time actually using the services for my own animals. I could not be more satisfied. Gaby instantly gave us the feeling she could care for our new puppy and cat while we left for the first time. She was communicative and sent pictures and updates that showed us she was really interacting with them and knew them. You could tell by the way she would describe them that she was truly watching and loving them. Highly recommend!
Katelyn was a great sitter for our kitty Callie, giving her lots of love as well as her her special diet+oral medication. She also left our apartment nice and neat when we returned home from our trip! We'd love to have Katelyn care for our precious fluff again when we're next out of town :)
Charley and Hap were so amazing with our little ones. Both our boys got lots of walks, pets, and treats! Both picked up on our boys demeanor, needs, and happily provided them with the love they needed while we were away. They both sent plenty of pictures and checked in regularly to provide updates. f I could give Scott more than 5 stars, I would! We were away on an 18-day international trip, leaving our 13-year-old senior dog, Dexter, in Scott's care. He exceeded every expectation and gave us complete peace of mind. During our trip, Dexter experienced a seizure and wasn't feeling well for a couple of days. At the same time, our neighborhood was impacted by the West Hollywood water main break, with water rushing down the street just feet from our building. Through it all, Scott remained calm, compassionate, and in complete control. He cared for Dexter exactly as we would have and kept us updated with consistent communication, photos, and videos. When our flight home was delayed in New York by more than three hours, Scott immediately offered to extend his stay for as long as needed to ensure Dexter was never left alone. That kindness and flexibility meant so much to us. Scott also took wonderful care of our home and was the perfect house guest. It's clear he genuinely loves animals and treats them like family. We came home to a happy Dexter and a spotless home. We wholeheartedly recommend Scott to anyone looking for a trustworthy, compassionate, and dependable pet sitter. Carissa was amazing! I was out of the country for a week and I felt so safe and comfortable leaving my kittos with her. They loved her so much!
