I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life and have always felt a deep connection with them. Leaving our two dogs with Sooyeon and her husband Aaron was a wonderful experience! It was our first time using Rover and leaving our dogs to be babysat by anybody else but family, but they made the experience as comfortable and seamless as possible. They kept us updated with texts and pictures of our dogs to let us know how they were doing throughout the day and helped put us at ease knowing they were in safe hands. With peace of mind, we would absolutely leave our dogs with them again when we are back in the area.
Vanessa was easy to work with. She inquired about Rollo's schedule, habits, restrictions, etc in advance of the stay. She took care of Rollo for the day, shared videos and kept us posted on him being his fun loving self. Very happy with the service and highly recommend.
Mahshid was so wonderful and took great care of our 2 dogs for day care. Her apartment was very clean, organized, and spacious so I knew my dogs would be very comfortable there. It was clear she loved animals and my dogs were well taken care of. The next day they were so tired and slept all day which made my life so easy!
Victoria was so accommodating and flexible with us! It was our first time in LA, and she was incredibly welcoming and understanding of our changing schedule. We felt completely at ease leaving our baby in her care, knowing he was in such good hands. She followed Milo’s routine exactly as we requested, and he always came back tired and content which is always a great sign! We’ll definitely reach out to Victoria again whenever we come back to LA.
Lashanda was easy to communicate with, responded fast and took great care of Romy. She was flexible to help when my plans changed and made me feel less stressed. I would have liked a few more updates throughout the day as it was a long one, but she did check in and assured me it was going well. I would reccomend her and book with her again.
