“Hailey came into our lives unexpectedly in September. I knew our biggest problem was boarding for a trip already scheduled. Difficult to leave your baby, by now, she’s our baby, with a stranger, and we needed a place with no other animals. Natural that Haley was one I contacted on Rover. She answered promptly. We had a quick meet and greet, but I felt it was too short. Huskies aren't the easiest. She agreed to another, and we discussed a lot of things, and I believe she took it all to heart. Also flexible on dropoff and pickup. Hailey charmed her hostess and her roommates the first night. We got photos and updates and by the second day, we were totally relaxed about Hailey in Haley’s care. She walked more than I expected, even took her to coffee shops and other places. Photos kept coming. In short, it is a great relief for us to know we now have someone we trust when we need her. The first time we met, Hailey was friendly to Haley, the second time, Hailey was happy to see her, and at dropoff, she jaunted with Haley up to her building door, tail wagging, never looking back. There’s no better recommendation than that.”

“This was our first time with Tarren. The fact that he had a dog made us nervous, because our dog has never stayed with a sitter that had a dog and we were concerned if she would show agression. She was very happy with Tarren and his dog which made us extremely happy. Now we know she should generally be ok with another dog in same home. Tarren sent me photos as well so we could see how she was doing and his communication was awesome whenever i sent a message. i will definitely be using him again for sure. He was also very flexible as we had to add 1 more night at last minute.”

Tyler was absolutely amazing during his week with my 9 yr old, but still high energy, Riley. He's very clearly a dog lover to his core and my little girl warmed to him immediately. He was very responsive, kept me updated w photos and stories all week, and each showed my baby happy as could be. We won't hesitate to call on Tyler next time I'm out of town.
Jack was so great! He helped us out in a pinch, was very welcoming and even took the time to do a meet and great beforehand. It's clear he's very experienced with dogs of all kinds and personalities. Danae is an exceptional dog sitter! She took such loving and patient care of my dog, Ash, even though he can be shy and nervous. From every update and interaction, it was clear that she truly cares about dogs and goes above and beyond to make them feel safe, happy, and loved. It's always so hard to leave our dog when we go out of town. We were grateful to find Tarren, who is easy-going and trustworthy. He was always prompt to respond to messages and our husky loved having unlimited access to a fenced-in backyard! We appreciated Tarren's flexibility with pick-up time when our return flight was delayed. His husky Jax was soooo sweet and accommodating toward our senior husky Ted! Kelly was great with our dog Capri! She would send us photos and updates on how our pup was doing and we could tell our dog was having a lot of fun playing with Kelly’s dog Ralph all day. It was our dogs first time staying with someone she didn’t know and Kelly and Ralph made sure to make her feel welcomed.
Porcelain is truly a lover of animals. She came to my rescue when I had a sudden schedule change that required extended boarding for my furry son. She kept me updated on his activities, let me know when other fur babies were arriving, and always made his safety and comfort a priority. He truly seemed like he was having his own little vacation. Jeanette was a lifesaver this past weekend. I had to make a lastminute reservation, and I appreciated her experience with dog boarding. Drop off was quick and easy. I received updates on my Zorro throughout the weekend as well as precious photos and videos. Jeanette had another dog under her watch,so that allowed Zorro to socialize which is always good for him. Jeanette was very kind, evenkeeled yet playful towards Zorro and even welcomed her bed for him to sleep in which I thought was sweet of her-Zorro loves human contact. I felt at ease and was able to enjoy my travels with my baby girl. This was my first booking,and I think Ive been converted versus using large chain boarding facilities. I appreciate you Jeanette! I will definitely seek her services in the future.
