“Hailey came into our lives unexpectedly in September. I knew our biggest problem was boarding for a trip already scheduled. Difficult to leave your baby, by now, she’s our baby, with a stranger, and we needed a place with no other animals. Natural that Haley was one I contacted on Rover. She answered promptly. We had a quick meet and greet, but I felt it was too short. Huskies aren't the easiest. She agreed to another, and we discussed a lot of things, and I believe she took it all to heart. Also flexible on dropoff and pickup. Hailey charmed her hostess and her roommates the first night. We got photos and updates and by the second day, we were totally relaxed about Hailey in Haley’s care. She walked more than I expected, even took her to coffee shops and other places. Photos kept coming. In short, it is a great relief for us to know we now have someone we trust when we need her. The first time we met, Hailey was friendly to Haley, the second time, Hailey was happy to see her, and at dropoff, she jaunted with Haley up to her building door, tail wagging, never looking back. Doongz had a wonderful time at Erik’s! I could tell from the videos and photos that Erik sent that Doongz was having a blast. It was our very first time meeting and working with Erik, yet Doongz looked like he and Erik had been bff’s forever. Erik is very sweet and caring, and great with communication. Also, easy drop off/pickup. Highly recommend!
Ashlee is absolutely amazing! She is genuinely loving and caring for her boarders and my dog immediately fell in love with her. Her house was the perfect home away from home for my dog Bailey. She has an amazing safe yard that Bailey loves to explore. Her home is like a vacation home for her!
Had an amazing first experience with Hyesun, she was very communicative, offered a meet & greet which went very smoothly, and truly provided compassionate care for our 2 dogs. She also followed all the directions we left for her and kept us updated multiple times throughout the day. I felt very comfortable leaving our fur babies with her :)
100 stars! I felt very comfortable leaving Obi with Kevin for 5 days. He was easy to work with and stayed in close contact, sending me lots of photos. He met with us for a greeting first and even dropped off my dogs at the last minute as requested. He really went out of his way to take care of my furry baby, and I won't hesitate to work with him again.
Ekaterina took wonderful care of Bailey while I was away in New York, and I felt completely at ease knowing he was with her. She sent me lovely photos and a thoughtful update every day, which meant so much while I was traveling and helped me feel connected to him, even from across the country. She was very attentive to his routine and made sure he received his medication and meals on schedule. She also took him for walks, gave him plenty of attention, and made sure he was comfortable and well cared for throughout his stay in her home. It was clear that Ekaterina treated Bailey with genuine kindness, patience, and care, not just going through the motions. Knowing he was safe, comfortable, and looked after so thoughtfully let me enjoy my trip without worrying about him. I’m incredibly grateful to Ekaterina for taking such good care of Bailey, and I would absolutely trust her with him again. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone dependable, attentive, and truly caring with their pet.
A friend had recommended us booking Natalie as they had a good experience. We also would recommend Natalie now having had her sit our dog Halo. She was really great to communicate with very swift with response. We got cute photos of our Halo w/ her everyday. She was very accommodating and seems to really love caring for dogs. Our experience working with Christian has been really great. He is very responsive and easy to communicate with, he has gone above and beyond in more ways than one to accommodate our dog’s unique medical needs, and he didn’t hesitate to help us out when we had a flight get delayed overnight and couldn’t get our dog on time. Before our first booking, he invited us in to make sure our dog was comfortable in the space and that he knew everything he needed to know about our dog and his needs. He also sends photos daily.
