As always, Carling was an amazing retreat for my boy while I was out of town. 5 stars is not even high enough to rate based on how happy my dog is staying with her. Carling is very attentive, responsive to owner, and extremely loving and caring for your dog. If you have ever wondered if a sitter will take as good of care as your baby as yourself, Carling is as close as you can get. Thank you so much again.
Once again, Jade has proven to be among the most reliable and caring fits for Chadwick. As I've said before, she's basically become his godmother at this point. Got plenty of pics, she took him places and gave him plenty of toys to play with. She's the best and puts up with my quirks as Chad's dad with the crazy schedule as much as Chad's own goofiiness. Can't say enough good things.
There is no better feeling than coming back from a trip to find that your dog wants to stay and play some more - though it was sad to find out i was so easily replaced! Of course he was happy to see us but then pretty much went back to playing with the other dogs and then ran back over to Margaret to visit her. This was my experience when i came to pick up Snickers and this is definitely not always the case when i have had him stay elsewhere. Also, from what i can tell he seemed to have eaten all the food we had alloted and didn't seem especially hungry once we got home. All that to say that it points to him having a great and stress-free time. He was just tuckered out from playing so much :) This was our first stay with Margaret and I found her to be very responsive and clear in all our communications. Ours was a last minute request where we needed to go out of town for long weekend to finish up our move to LA. When our return trip got delayed, she accomodated a request to delay our pickup until the next day. She really removed all the stress of boarding our little pup . One the the perks of boarding with Margaret was the cast of playful dogs you might find in her shaded backyard/play area. She seems thoughtful in assessing how the various dogs will get along and has plans in place should any dogs need to be in separate areas. Mr. Snickers hasn't had a lot of opportunity to socialize with dogs since we moved so this was a real boon for us. Last point to add is that she regularly sent us updates with pix and videos so we had a sense of how it was going each day. In short, she does her best to make a home away from home for the dogs she cares for and I'd highly recommend her.
Our experience working with Christian has been really great. He is very responsive and easy to communicate with, he has gone above and beyond in more ways than one to accommodate our dog’s unique medical needs, and he didn’t hesitate to help us out when we had a flight get delayed overnight and couldn’t get our dog on time. Before our first booking, he invited us in to make sure our dog was comfortable in the space and that he knew everything he needed to know about our dog and his needs. He also sends photos daily. Naomi is the absolute best. Our little one has issues that make him difficult but Naomi stayed with it. She was very communicative and was willing to work with our dog, zero. Naomi was in constant communication with updates and pics. Zero came back healthy and thats all I could have asked for. I would 100% recommend her to anyone and everyone i know.

Bianca was great with Hapoo. This was his first overnight stay away from us, so we were a little nervous, but she made the process feel comfortable. We first did a meet-and-greet and a short 1-hour trial, then moved to an overnight stay. Hapoo played with Calypso, settled well, and slept calmly, which was very reassuring. Bianca kept us updated and was honest about how he did, including a couple of potty accidents since he is used to having a doggy door at home. I really appreciated her patience and communication. Overall, this was a very positive first experience for Hapoo, and we feel much better knowing he was in good hands.
