They also helped him move around the home and play with other dogs, which is made hard for him due to his disability. He absolutely loved his stay and I loved the thoughtful care he received. “Adrienne and Mike were a great team in caring for Sadie, our 14 pound 7 year old cockapoo. Sadie is a bit timid and has only stayed with one previous caregiver. So a 16 day stay was a concern as Sadie is very attached to her two human parents. Adrienne and Mike helped prepare Sadie to know we would be coming back for her by offering two complimentary stay overs, 2 hours each, for Sadie to get used to them and their home and to know we would be coming back to pick her up. Sadie has always been hand fed and Adrienne had no problem in realizing that on her own and accomodating Sadie's special need. In interviewing different care givers we found that not all caregivers let you see the actual inside of the home where their pup will be staying. But this was no problem for Adrienne and Mike. We also liked that they were a 2 person team so if one of them came down ill, there would always be a back-up. We definately recommend this two person team to others. Thank you Adrienne and Mike !”
“Frances was super nice and accommodating. This is the first time we've used Rover.com and the first time we've left our 4 month old rescue. Frances made us feel comfortable by offering to meet first. She also arranged for us to meet with a dog (and its owner) who she would be sitting for at the same time as ours to make sure that our puppy would be comfortable and get along with the other dog. Frances was diligent in keeping us updated on our pet's activities while we were gone and she sent lots of pictures. It was a very good experience.”

“Lifesaver. Not only was our flight delayed for 2 days and Loretta was awesome and so understanding and flexible about it…but she had to evacuate with our dogs due to the recent fires/winds. “Great experience. The meet and greet went well and I felt at ease when I brought my little rescue yorkie to meet Angelicas 2 dogs. They were playful and easy going. She was kind with a very positive and honest vibe that convinced me she was the right choice for this 3 day stay. Her daughter is not only a dog lover but treated her dogs and Oxford gently and with love. Those are the important things that any dog sitter should have especially with small breeds. Without me even mentioning it, she knew that she would feed Oxford in a calm and dog free environment so he could eat without distractions. “Ana and Mitchell were incredibly caring with Sophie. I needed a last-minute sitter for Sophie, who isn’t used to being home alone yet at 5 months, and they were amazing. What I love about them is that someone is always home and they only take one dog at a time. They were quick to schedule a meet-and-greet and were very welcoming. Sophie got to meet their dog, Ellie, and they got along instantly. Ana and Mitchell were flexible, accommodating, and asked thoughtful questions to make sure Sophie’s needs were met. We set up a short doggy date for a couple of hours, and it went perfectly- Sophie didn’t even notice we had left! Since leaving Sophie is new for us, we appreciated the frequent updates and their respect for her schedule. She came home happy and content, and it was clear she had a great time. Sophie will definitely be back soon. We even forgot a couple of things at their house and stopped by later, and Sophie was eager to go back inside to Ana and Mitchell’s home- showing just how comfortable she feels there.”

“Henry was happy at Jane's resident. He got along well with her, her dog and family. Her husband gave Henry special attention at night because Henry did not want to be in a separate room at night so he slept in same room as Henry. Jane has a yard that Henry enjoyed with her dog. Molly was a godsend! We found her last minute because my family planned a weekend trip impromptu. Molly was very responsive and accommodating for our fur dog, who can be a little timid when meeting new people and in unfamiliar surroundings. She immediately felt comfortable with her two pups and her kitty. She had an amazing time and we got just the right amount of updates for reassurance that she was in good hands. Alejandra was a perfect fit to board our guy Chadwick for two weeks while we took an overseas vacation. Offered updates and pictures that showed how happy he was (I think he probably enjoyed a vacation from us, too) playing with toys and spending some time in a spacious home. We even got some more insight into his personality. I'd recommend Alejandra in a heartbeat. The best.
Meena was wonderful! She cared for Frankie as if he were her own, and we couldn't have asked for a better sitter. From the start, she was incredibly friendly, communicative, and understanding. We received regular updates and plenty of photos, which gave us so much peace of mind. When Frankie got a little anxious on his first day and had an accident (so sorry again!), Meena was understanding, kind, and patient.
