I work from home, which allows me to give pets plenty of attention throughout the day—whether that’s walks, potty breaks, playtime in the yard, or just companionship. I’m home for the majority of the day and rarely gone for long periods, so your pet will have consistent supervision and care. My own dog also thrives on the extra company, so we build our routine around keeping everyone happy and active. Safety is always my top priority. In my home, pets are supervised closely and introduced to my friendly black Lab at a pace that keeps everyone comfortable. I have a large, fully fenced yard where dogs can play and explore safely—never unsupervised—and I monitor all interactions to make sure they stay positive and stress-free. Inside, I create a calm, pet-friendly environment with plenty of cozy resting spots, fresh water available at all times, and secure areas for pets who prefer quieter spaces. I follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible and use positive-reinforcement handling to ensure they feel safe and understood. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I treat their space and their routines with respect. I always take the time to understand feeding instructions, medication needs, safety rules, and preferred habits so your pet feels comfortable and your home stays just the way you left it.

About: I’ve always loved pets and animals, especially dogs and cats! I have been taking care of my dog since 2020 when he was still teething 🥹 In the past couple years I’ve walked and dogsat for friends and family while they’re on vacation, giving their pets the love and care they deserve, while keeping pet parents’ minds at peace by sending them updates ❤️🐶😸 I’m currently a student at a local college, as well as work part time a few days a week, so I’m able for drop-ins during mornings (8-9am) and afternoon (3-7pm) all days except Wednesdays (3-4pm). For walking, I’m available Mon, Tues, Thurs, Friday (4:30pm-7pm), or Sat & Sun (6-7:30pm) I treat every pet like they’re my own, making sure they are safe, comfortable, and having a good time! On walks, I make sure they’re securely leashed and stick to safe & familiar routes, and for drop ins I always make sure to be respectful of your home and property, paying attention to all doors/gates/locks, and make sure your pets get food, fresh water, and all the attention they deserve, as well as clean up after them as needed! I’ll also always send quick updates so you know everything is going well :) 🫶

About: My history is mostly with cats. Growing up around cats and small dogs, I have always been a big animal lover. I have two of my own kitties for the past 8 years - Black and Pepper. They both have existing conditions so I am very accustomed to giving topical, oral and injectional medication. I love love love cats! Please pick me so you little one(s) and I can be friends! You won't regret it! I am currently exploring a new career path so caring for animals while I navigate my own trajectory helps give me perspective and purpose, lower my stress level and get me out of the house and away from the screen! I have deep respect for every pet owner’s established routine with their animals. I am myself a cat owner with very specific routines with my cats so I want to make sure my presence in your home and around your animals to as smooth and least disruptive as possible, so that it is enhancing to your babies.

“Casey was awesome! I had to schedule her house sit last minute and she was super responsive, on time, and communicated super fast with me. We had a meet and greet to see if my cat would be ok with her dog (which I wasn't sure how he would react to dogs and Bella was lovely and is super-highly trained). She stayed with us during the meet and greet until I was comfortable with their interaction (my cat wasn't a fan but they did well enough for me to feel comfortable and knowing he wouldn't be super stressed) and she answered all my questions. She kept me informed (with pictures) every day on their day-to-day and was super respectful of and attentive to my cat's special needs. Kobe needs a balanced diet with many supplements and a strict medicine schedule and she took amazing care of him. My apartment was also super tidy and clean when I returned. About: I live in Highland Park and I currently work in hospitality. I’ve been an animal lover my entire life; my own cat is 13 years old, and I’ve had her since she was a couple months old. Growing up, I cared for two energetic black labs, and over the years I’ve looked after pets of all sizes and personalities. I have experience with kittens and senior cats, including fostering, bottle feeding, and transitioning babies from milk to solid food. I’ve also cared for many dogs, cats, and birds for friends and families, from high-energy pups to older pets who need medication or a gentler environment. I’m currently working part time so I have some flexibility- usually always available in the mornings/during the day & have reliable transportation to drive to and from places I am punctual, have a reliable car, can provide updates and photos whenever and always have my phone on me. I also don’t mind FaceTiming or calling whenever you want to check up on your fur baby!
