I'm very attentive and always keep a close eye on my dogs, and I'll give your pet that same level of care and attention. Mardi is blind and has a tendency to try and eat random things on the floor so my reflexes and observational skilla re pretty on point. I know pets are family, and I'll treat yours like my own while you're away. My goal is to make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for until you're back home.

A typical day
Every pet is different, so I'll tailor our time together to what works best for them. Does your dog enjoy long, fast-paced walks, or are they happier taking their time to sniff every tree and fire hydrant? Do squirrels turn them into Usain Bolt? Whatever their personality or energy level, we'll come up with a routine that keeps them content.

Thanks for stopping by my profile! I'd love to get to know you and your pet. Every pet is different, so I like to learn as much as I can about their routine, personality, likes, dislikes, and any special needs. The more I know, the better I can make them feel comfortable while you're away. I'm a lifelong animal lover and have two dogs of my own. I got Mardi in 2010 when he was just 8 weeks old. He's a professional napper and loves nothing more than cuddling on the couch. In 2019, I adopted Ripper from a PetSmart adoption event. She came to me with severe separation anxiety, and helping her work through it with training, hiking, enrichment, and lots of patience has taught me so much about caring for anxious dogs. I've cared for dogs of all ages and personalities, ranging from energetic pups to sweet seniors, grumpy seniors, dogs with disabilities (blind, deaf), and pets who take daily medications. Mardi is diabetic, so I'm comfortable giving insulin injections and oral medications. I am all about routine and will always be sure your pet gets their medication on time. I also have experience caring for cats, guinea pigs, snakes, turtles, tortoises, arboreal tarantulas, and jumping spiders, so I'm happy to care for more than just dogs. I'll treat your pets like they're my own and make sure they get plenty of love, attention, playtime, and pets. I look forward to meeting you and your pet. Kudos for reading all of this. (:
