I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your best friend — and I take that responsibility to heart. You’ll get regular updates (with photos, of course!) and can rest easy knowing your pup is in loving, capable hands. I’ve been through the heartbreak of leaving my dog behind when traveling, and I aim to create an stress-free, warm experience — for both of you. Caring for dogs is currently my full-time role. I would love the opportunity to care for and love on yours - whether that’s a walk, potty break, check-in, whatever you need. Happy to attend to whatever wishes you have for your dog(s). I made sure to Book Dean a few months before my scheduled vacation because Dean is hands-down, without a doubt the best cat sitter. I’ve had many cat sitters in the past and they were all very kind and I felt that my cats were safe with them but it’s different with Dean. When we come home after a long vacation, my cats feel different if they have been watched by Dean. We can tell that they were not only safe and well fed, but they felt loved. Dean brings over handmade cat toys and special treats and engages with them the entire time. We can tell just by the photos how much our cats love Dean. I’m generally a nervous person when it comes to my cats because they are my babies and when we get Rover cards from any other Rover, I immediately have nerves thinking “what if something went wrong”. With Dean, my husband and I have general excitement when we get the Rover card. We are always so excited to see what they have been up to. It’s such a blessing when you know your pets are safe with someone but it’s beyond wonderful when you know they feel loved.
Lifan did an amazing job watching my cat, Mittens! Every day I received lots of adorable pictures and updates about how the visits were going. Lifan was so flexible and responsive and was even able to come earlier than we initially discussed when my plans changed. She also got along great with Mittens, who looked so relaxed and content in all the pictures. Should I need Mittens watched again in the future, Lifan is absolutely my first choice.
