“Robin did a wonderful job taking care of our two kitties for our longest time away from them ever (12 days)! Her visits were always punctual, and I looked forward to her detailed updates, which included pictures of the cats as well as anything relevant in the home that we had discussed (e.g. thermostat, litter box, cat food area etc.) Great service!”

“My first time using Rover and will definitely use it again. My kitty sitter, Rose, was amazing. The updates and pictures she provided me throughout her visits really made me feel at ease. I never worried about my kitties while we were away. She went beyond what I expected. Thank you Rose.”

“Longlong took such great care of our cats! I was nervous because we had a large time difference but he was very responsive. He even helped out with some issues with our automatic feeder. It really gave us peace of mind. Thank you Longlong!!”

“Michelle was the perfect pet sitter! She took great pictures, provided regular updates, and gave us detailed reports on how our two cats were doing. She went above and beyond in terms of meeting our cats where they were at – whether that was playing with our 10 month old kitten and wearing him out, or giving our older cat some respectful space. We felt so relieved, knowing that Michelle was looking after our boys. Thank you so much!”

About: Hey! My name is peter and I’m messaging you to welcome you to the rover! community. If your pat needs a new companion or just some extra exercise, I’m here to help! You can book services directly with me by hitting Book Now on this message. Thanks, and welcome to the rover! community! I currently work part-time and am available at home from 8 AM to 5 PM every day. I start working for Uber after 5 PM. Therefore, I would like to use my daytime hours to take care of cats and dogs. My little dog is named Piao Paio, and he's a Teddy dog from China. He's 7 years old, and I take him with me almost every afternoon when I deliver Uber Eats. He's very well-behaved and waits for me in the car. He usually roams freely in the yard. He eats half dog food and half homemade food, and he especially loves dragon fruit.
“Nicole is an outstanding provider of care and companionship! Our senior cat needs special attention and Nicole was very kind and attentive to him. We felt confident while we were away and would not hesitate to have her take care of him in the future. Thank you, Nicole!”

About: I love dogs! They have been a part of my life for more than 22 years. I have had the pleasure of raising our family dogs to my own set of fur babies. Life is more enjoyable with pets! As a pet parent, I know how challenging it can be to find someone to care for your pups, since no one loves them like you do. Let me help take some of the stress out of pet care. I provide convenient, reliable, and safe dog walking/boarding services. I have experience helping with crate and potty training, administering medication, and rubbing bellies. From pups to senior dogs, I tailor my care to their needs. All breeds are welcomed for walking services and pet sitting; small to medium breeds are welcomed for boarding. Look forward to hearing from you! I am currently working part-time and have a flexible schedule when it comes to pet care. I can provide morning, afternoon and evening walks as needed. I am able to board dogs any day of the week and can provide house sitting services with advance notice. I have two dogs at home who are playful and friendly, and a cat that knows she is the queen of her domain. My dogs are crate trained and have access to the house whenever my wife or I are home. Your dogs can expect to have a safe environment, companionship, with regular walks. I live in a very dog friendly neighborhood, a short drive from a very nice dog park.
“Kevin did a great job with taking care of my skittish cat! She was able to hide and do her own thing but Kevin made sure she was fed (with medication) and her litter box was taken care of. I appreciate that he even sent a picture of my cat while I was gone. She seemed perfectly fine after I came back.”

“Shari was great! She kept our cat entertained, fed, watered, and happy. (Our escape-artist kitty did get out once during her time, but thankfully she wrangled him without much trouble.) In person, she was pleasant and clearly detail-oriented and diligent. Thanks for the great work, Shari!”

“Alysha and Roman took such good care of our cat Chubs! I left instructions that were followed perfectly. We received text updates and photos too. We could tell that Chub was well looked after and the house was perfect. We will be using them again when we leave town.”

About: No special skills here. Just a former dog owner/lover whose dog passed away several years ago. I don't currently have pets. I work from home primarily and see this as a win win for me and owners who need a walk or sitter. Married. Late 30s. Former Law Enforcement. Ask me anything you have concerns with. Working from home most of the time with some field appointments. I am generally available during the week as long as I have advanced notice to plan for my work. Just me and my wife in our apartment. No pets on our end to worry about. Could follow any rules in your home if applicable.
“Felecia took great care of our two little monsters. She is very attentive to the cats and was very communicative with their humans allowing us to enjoy our vacation without wondering if our cats would be okay while we were away.”

“Hi, I'm Gopher, and Siobhan and Carl are my parents. Zoë J came to meet me and my parents one day and she was so nice I let her pet my belly. I don't let just anybody pet my belly. She paid attention to all the rules and stuff (Mom has lots of them, she's kind of overprotective of me). Then she came to visit me over Thanksgiving weekend twice a day while my parents were gone. She fed me, and she talked to me, and gave me pets. Belly rubs, too. I think Zoë is great and she can come back and visit me anytime she wants!”
East Pasadena cat parents share their Rover experiences
Chu Hua was absolutely amazing with my kitties!! She clearly has a ton of experience with cats, and asked great questions when she came beforehand to check everything out and get the run down! She came every day, did what was needed, and played with them! Got so many photos and videos too! Will definitely be using her again in the future!!

Michelle was the perfect pet sitter! Thank you so much!

I left town last minute and was so thankful that Aisa and David could come check on Kita. She knows them and is able to connect with them so sweetly. I’m so grateful to have someone I trust to either board or look after her when I’m out of town. They’re so attentive and so helpful and they go above and beyond. 10/10 as always!

Thea did a wonderful job taking care of our two kitties, Richi and Molly for two weeks. She did two drop-ins every day and gave us an update with photos and video each visit. She followed the instructions we left her and even remembered that they like to get a "licky spoon" before getting their meals, which I just told her about. She emptied the automatic litterbox bag with no problems and cleaned the floor around the food and litter areas when needed. Our babies seemed to like her and would greet her by the door. We will gladly hire Thea again.

Nicole is an outstanding provider of care and companionship! Our senior cat needs special attention and Nicole was very kind and attentive to him. We felt confident while we were away and would not hesitate to have her take care of him in the future. Thank you, Nicole!
