Hi there! I’m Jing. I have loved dogs my entire life and have raised dogs since I was 12 years old. My husband and I are passionate dog lovers. We currently do not have personal pets at home. Over the past two years, I have cared for hundreds of boarding dogs, gaining extensive and professional hands‑on experience with all kinds of dog personalities and needs. I work from home full‑time. Except for occasional short outings of 1–2 hours, I stay home all day, so I can supervise and accompany your furry friend at all times.💕 I live in a safe, pet‑friendly house with a fully secured private backyard. The yard features 6‑foot tall double fences and solid walls, built to minimize escape risks and designed to deter coyotes from entering the property. The ground combines durable concrete flooring and soft artificial grass. The surface stays clean and mud‑free, so pups won’t track dirt indoors. The yard is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and disinfected three times daily: morning, noon, and evening. I take extra care to cool down the artificial grass during hot summer hours so pups can play comfortably. Your dogs can play freely and safely in an always‑fresh hygienic environment. Separated by an extra safety fence, we have a fully enclosed private swimming pool. The pool is only open during summer. With explicit owner approval, water‑loving dogs can enjoy fully supervised swimming and water play sessions.🐾 My Care Approach I am a patient, attentive, and loving in‑home dog sitter. I treat every visiting dog with careful, family‑style care.🐕 I accept friendly dogs under 40 lbs. I cannot accept dogs with aggressive behavior or severe anxiety issues. Multiple dogs may board at the same time. When hosting multi‑dog stays, I introduce dogs to each other one‑on‑one slowly and carefully. I separate quiet, calm dogs and high‑energy playful dogs into different activity areas, so every pup has its own comfortable space without stress. I provide a wide variety of interactive and puzzle toys. All toys are regularly washed, sanitized, and disinfected for safe, all‑day free play. Important Rules & Pre‑check Information • If your dog is unneutered or has marking behavior, please inform me in advance. Additional fees will apply. • All dogs must be fully vaccinated. • I provide daily snacks at noon and in the afternoon. Please notify me of any food allergies before check‑in. • Please inform me of any medication needs or special health requirements in advance. Daily Care Includes: • Multiple supervised outdoor play sessions in the fully fenced backyard • Customized activities based on each dog’s age, personality, and energy level • Full‑day companionship, gentle attention, and sufficient rest time Enrichment Equipment: • Snuffle mats for scent enrichment • Mental stimulation puzzle toys • Various interactive toys All play tools are strictly sanitized regularly. 🕒 Check‑in & Check‑out Time Policy My business hours are 7 AM – 9 PM. All drop‑offs and pick‑ups must be scheduled within this time frame. For stays longer than 24 hours, I offer a 2–3 hour grace period. Any overtime beyond the grace period will be charged additionally. 🏊 Summer Pool Supervision Pool access is seasonal and owner‑approved only. Water play is completely optional for the dog, and all water activities are closely supervised personally to ensure every dog’s safety. 🐾 About Crate Use I do not support long crating hours. I will never crate your dog without your permission. I prefer letting dogs move freely and comfortably in a secure home environment. If your dog is crate‑trained or needs a crate for rest and safety, I am happy to follow your instructions. 🏡 Cleanliness & Safety Safety and cleanliness are my top priorities. Both indoor areas and the backyard are cleaned and maintained daily to ensure a comfortable, pet‑safe environment. 🍓 Optional Add‑on Services (Extra Fee) Available upon advance request: • 🦷 Dental tartar cleaning & full dog bathing service • 🍗 Homemade fresh customized meals (based on your instructions, portion sizes, and allergy notes) ❤️ My Care Philosophy With rich experience caring for hundreds of dogs, I deeply understand every owner’s worry and trust. Everything was good, just one thing was that she gave Percy more of the wet food than what I had told her and it ended up upsetting his stomach but everything else was good.

Jing did a great job taking care of my 2 cats while we were away on a long vacation. She was friendly, responsive, and sent us updates on our cats through photos and text messages almost every day! We missed our babies so much but her updates made them feel a little closer. She even fed our cats snacks which they really enjoyed and it helped them get acclimated into their new environment!! 😸

Afterward, we spend most of the time indoors—relaxing in a cozy, air-conditioned room if it’s hot—so everyone can enjoy a peaceful midday nap. 🌿 Afternoon – After naptime, the pups can head back out to the yard to play, explore, or just relax. I’m always home, so your pup is never left alone and always receives plenty of love and attention. 🌆 Evening – Dinner time! For any picky eaters, I like to mix in a little shredded chicken or tasty toppers to encourage them to eat up. After dinner, they head back out to the yard for more play and relaxing family time. 🌙 Night – Right before bedtime, we go out to the yard one last time for a final potty break. Afterward, your pup can settle down for a calm, restful night, feeling completely safe and loved in their favorite cozy spot.

🏡 A Safe & Secure Home Away from Home Your pup’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. My home is a single-family house with a spacious backyard that features a double-gate system for extra peace of mind. Your furry friend can run and play in total safety, with zero risk of wandering off! Additionally, we have an in-ground pool surrounded by its own locked safety fence. The pool area stays securely locked at all times to ensure complete safety. However, if your pup is a water lover, I’m more than happy to unlock the gate and supervise some splash time with your permission! Indoors, our home is clean, quiet, and kept refreshingly cool with air conditioning on hot days. Because I am home full-time, your pup will never be left alone. Whether they are napping, playing in the yard, or enjoying cozy cuddle time, they’ll receive gentle, around-the-clock care. I treat every dog like family—balancing fun, structure, and endless love. With regular photo and video updates sent directly to you, you can relax with complete peace of mind knowing your pup is in a reliable, super secure, and loving environment. ❤️

Young Puppies: Puppies that have not yet completed all of their vaccinations will be kept in a separate, isolated area for their safety and will not interact directly with other dogs. 2. 🍖 Dietary Restrictions & Special Health Care Allergies & Food Sensitivities: Please let me know in advance if your pup has any food allergies, intolerances, or sensitive stomachs so we can completely avoid trigger foods. Medications: Is your pup taking any medications? If so, please provide clear instructions (dosage, schedule, and preferred method), and I will ensure they receive their medication on time. 3. 🐕 Social Temperament & Dog Friendliness Reaction to Other Dogs: How is your pup around unfamiliar dogs? How do they typically react when meeting a new dog (e.g., friendly, excited, shy, nervous, or territorial)? Knowing this helps me carefully manage interactions and tailored playtime so everyone stays comfortable and safe.
