About: I have had dogs my entire life, and what can I say — I just love them. I have cared for dogs for 20 years, and even spent a few years training dogs at the American Kennel Club (AKC). I rescued my own pup nearly 10 years ago, and rescued my cat ~5 years ago now-- and have since been equally obsessed with felines. They’re incredibly different animals, with their own way of looking at the world, both of which I respect :). Over the years, I have walked and cared for many family's, friends’ and colleagues' dogs and cats of all ages, and recently opened my network to my neighborhood. **Currently, I am open for dog walking and dog/cat drop-ins. About: I've taken care of family and friends' pets for many years. I began learning to understand dog behavior when I became a volunteer dog walker at the Utah Humane Society in middle school. If I could give Mari ten stars (or fifty), I would. She is absolutely great. She goes above and beyond. She clearly loves and understands animals, and she bonded with my cat during her introductory visit. My only concern is that my cat might prefer Mari to me henceforth (I'm only half joking.). Emily was so easy to work with - we had a prep visit and she offered to track all the instructions herself, which I really appreciated. Then when we were gone, our power went out and she was so sweet & willing to find our breaker box to reset it.
