About: We are not ready to own a pet full time just yet but I would love to help other owners with their pets. I do have children my youngest being 6 so they do have to be children friendly but I also have a safe space your pet can be separate from them when they want or need to be. I grew up with all different types of animals my whole life as well as worked taking care of, full time, a rescue that consisted of 16 cats, 5 dogs and 5 horses. About: I’ve had animals in my life for as long as I can remember, from growing up with a cat to horseback riding, owning a horse, helping care for other people’s horses, walking friends’ dogs and having dogs of my own, including a German shepherd and two dachshunds. I currently don’t have pets, which is a big reason I’m signing up for Rover. I miss having animals around and would love to help care for yours. I’m an avid walker and hiker, so getting in my steps with a furry companion sounds wonderful. I’m comfortable with both larger and small dogs, and I also love cats, whether that means cuddling, giving them space or simply making sure they are well cared for. While I’m new to pet sitting through Rover, I’m a responsible, competent and trusted animal lover. Having had my own dogs, I know how much it means to find someone reliable and kind to care for your furry family members while you’re at work or on vacation. I’m a semi-retired freelancer with a flexible schedule and plenty of availability throughout the day. I prefer early morning through mid-afternoon visits, but will try to be accommodating according to your schedule. I have a large play area with a doggie door that can be closed off if necessary. Dogs are walked twice daily and I am trusted by animals and their owners alike. I provide one on one attention and in most cases, allow one family at a time. You and your pet are welcome to come visit anytime before you make a decision. Currently, I am a pet sitter/dog walker,home full time, and have a small "doggie day care" service also. For walking, I’m available Mon, Tues, Thurs, Friday (4:30pm-7pm), or Sat & Sun (6-7:30pm) I treat every pet like they’re my own, making sure they are safe, comfortable, and having a good time! On walks, I make sure they’re securely leashed and stick to safe & familiar routes, and for drop ins I always make sure to be respectful of your home and property, paying attention to all doors/gates/locks, and make sure your pets get food, fresh water, and all the attention they deserve, as well as clean up after them as needed! I’ll also always send quick updates so you know everything is going well :) 🫶

About: Over the years I have taken care of my family, friends and of course my own animals. I have had experience with a majority of dog breeds. I have taken care & bottle fed puppies and kittens and given medication to dogs. When I am caring for your fur family, I will follow your schedule and any commands you may be trying to teach. My senior dog can’t play much any more so I would love to have some awesome dogs I can walk, play with, and keep company awhile you are away. I work two jobs, so your pup may be alone between four to six hours but I ALWAYS keep families updated with my schedule and of course lots of pictures. I currently do not provide care in my home. So I always follow your house rules. I make sure not only is your animals safe and cared for but also your home.
